About: I am an experienced dog watcher, I worked in a vet hospital as a kennel tech and managed puppy playgroups with 50 plus dogs. As well as managed the boarding and grooming stations for almost 2 years. My background is in Biology I got my B.S in 2015 and my Bachelors in Nursing in 2019. I have a large fenced in back yard with a little pool for the dogs. Boarding will be inside. I have an in-home camera system and 4 separate boarding rooms. If you prefer, I can come to you! I have excellent references and can even provide leash training for those excited pups. I volunteer with the SPCA, NOLA and Jefferson Parish. I currently am going to school for my RVT and am also working in the clinic at our Parish animal shelter. I am easily adaptable to your pets needs in home and outside. My goal is to make visits and transitions as seamless as possible for your pets; what works for you is what's best for me! We love to board, WE BOARD MULTIPLE ANIMALS AT A TIME! Sometimes there will be overlap from different households. Please know that we always prioritize safety, are very adaptable with separation and never leave our boarded animals together unattended. Your pets will be housed in our refinished shed a few steps away from our side door. The area is climate controlled, has electric, and is monitored via camera 24/7. About: I've grown up with many types of pets throughout my entire life. I love animals and have been a volunteer at Northshore Humane Society since 2020, where I have experience walking, playing with, cleaning after, and even assisting in veterinary care with dogs. I especially love teaching new tricks and playing with them. I also have experience with reptiles and cats. I currently have a 9-year-old border collie and take him on walks and play with him for hours every day. He's a very active dog and I enjoy being active with him, as well as grooming him and interacting with him through any and all means. I love all dogs, but my favorite breed is the doberman! I also have a black cat named Breezepelt (named after my favorite book character), and a mexican black kingsnake named Asclepius! How I care for your pet depends on the specific needs and wants of the pet and what you as the owner would like. If I am house sitting, I am willing to play with, take outside, and walk with your pet as much as is desired. I have both leads and retractable leashes if you would like me to use my own. I am comfortable with crating if so desired. I will be keeping a constant eye on your pet and will ensure their safety to the upmost degree.
About: I grew up on a farm, had lots of dogs, cats, and all sorts of other animals to care for. As an adult, I’ve had quite a few cats, and I’m the current owner of three small dogs. I am currently working from home. Travel once a month. So I have plenty of time to check on the babies, play with them outside, and give them occasional treats. I have a fenced in yard that is designed for small dogs, a large dog would likely jump over. But it works great for the small dogs, plenty of shade, plenty of grass. And in the house, I have an abundance of pet beds, and blankies.

About: All of my cats are well provided for and taken care of. The four of them have 2 litter boxes that hook into the plumbing that only need to be looked after once a year. I am well versed in those systems if you have them but can also do the old school scoop and dump if that’s what you’re asking for. ❤️

About: Cute storyyy: I was on the back road home in Bush and happen to see something very tiny, but also a huge lifted truck that hurried and stopped. I didn’t know what it was. I just know it was tiny and seemed like it didn’t know what to do or where to go so I saved it. Poor baby, it was a black kitten with a white cross on her chest, and her eyes weren’t opened yet. I don’t think she even knew what she was because next thing you know she’s on my shoulder, the smallest little parrot ever! Well Nova is what I had named her, and I can say I’m beyond thankful for our family friend that took her in, spoiling her, and giving her not just an amazing home but the best older fur sibling and family! Nova is definitely something special!💜

We are a family ran facility in Covington La .In our in home we offer doggy day care ,boarding ,baths and grooming ,and some training . Training in/for crate and leash with clicker and positive reinforcement behavioral training . We are currently available 24/7 . We are able to work with any schedule and times. We just asked that you schedule your arrival and deport times/dates ahead of time . I am no longer a full-time stay-at-home caregiver. I will be working away from home for about five hours a day. each pet will have one-on-one time during their stay. We have two acres of open land in Covington where your pet can enjoy fresh air. We have five outside kennels and five inside crates. Your pet will be able to rotate throughout the day to their preferred area.

About: I have a love for all animals, as a child growing up I have always wanted to be a Veterinarian Assistant. I began doing foster care for dogs in 2020 after doing this for a while I felt a much greater need to help even more. I began my own dog rescue in 2020. I walk, play, love and care for each animal. About: I grew up on a farm, had lots of dogs, cats, and all sorts of other animals to care for. As an adult, I’ve had quite a few cats, and I’m the current owner of three small dogs. I am currently working from home. Travel once a month. So I have plenty of time to check on the babies, play with them outside, and give them occasional treats. I have a fenced in yard that is designed for small dogs, a large dog would likely jump over. But it works great for the small dogs, plenty of shade, plenty of grass. Please know that we always prioritize safety, are very adaptable with separation and never leave our boarded animals together unattended. Your pets will be housed in our refinished shed a few steps away from our side door. The area is climate controlled, has electric, and is monitored via camera 24/7.
