About: My family has owned dogs since I was 3 years old. I have taken care of animals of all kinds, including big, little, and elder dogs, cats, rabbits, and chickens. I adopted my own dog in July of 2025. He was a rescue from Dubach, LA and loves dogs more than people! Currently I am working on my Masters of Business Administration online, meaning I have plenty of time to dedicate to anyone’s wonderful animal(s)! When I enter a client’s home, I always want to ensure the upmost respect is being given not only to the owner, but also their home and possessions as well. But most importantly to the animal. My main goal is making sure they get plenty of potty breaks and can get energy out by having fun and using their brain.

We had not left our animals in such a long time and we were looking for a more personal experience. Our stay was scheduled just a few days prior to needing her, and we didn’t have time for a meet and greet, but on arrival she was so accommodating. She let Jace ( Labrador) 11 yo and Max (Pomeranian) 1/12 yo have time to get used to their surroundings and my husband and I to feel comfortable leaving. It felt as much like home, as it could be. About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. I am taking off work for the next two months so my schedule is open minus a couple dates here and there. You can expect me home majority of my days. My pets are always fed and given water through the day and let o it frequently. They enjoy playing fetch or running in the yard and going on car rides or walks.

About: I know that you have many options for care. I have been working through Rover since early 2020 and would like to share some information about myself. I made the decision to take an early retirement after twenty-two years at Northwestern State University when my husband and I relocated to Shreveport and both of our children went off to college. This move gave me the opportunity to pursue a job that I ❤️ and am passionate about. I believe dogs and cats are the most awesome of Earth's creatures, and, in my eyes, are such precious members of our families. I am a long-time dog and cat owner and currently a parent to three rescued dogs. I also was an active volunteer and Board Member for Natchitoches Hope for Paws dog rescue from 2012 to 2022. During this time, I worked with 150+ rescued dogs at the site and through the foster program. I found so much pleasure and enjoyment working as a rescue volunteer and wanted to expand my love and care of these most precious of animals. As a volunteer, I cleaned kennels, administered medications, walked and played with dogs, worked with basic training techniques and leash walking, and evaluated and monitored dog behaviors and personalities for proper socialization and integration with other dogs including aggressive and high anxiety dogs. I treat all animals as if they are my own. I love all fur babies big, small, young, and old. I am available at any time and since I am retired, I am able to provide drop-in services, walks, and overnight care (for socialized and house trained dogs who are current on all shots and flea/tick preventives), including medication administration and care for aggressive and high-anxiety dogs. I have no problems with cleaning up accidents and will ensure that your home stays clean of messes. I am also a firm believer in sending pictures while you are away so you can be comforted that your dog (or cat) is receiving nothing but the upmost care and love while you are away. No requested service is to great or small! I would welcome the opportunity to help you with care needs for your fur babies! Since I am retired, I am available at any time for drop-ins, walks, and overnight boarding (socialized and house trained only). I am also able to work around flexible and changing schedules. I live in a house with a large fully fenced backyard and have a doggy door which allows the dogs to move freely in and out of the house as they desire.

His name is Teddy! He’s super sweet and he’s spoiled rotten! He’s pretty small but I’ve kept dogs of all sizes. Big or small, I got you. If it’s a drop in just to check, or you need me to watch them for a week while you go on vacation. I can help! I have a fenced yard now and your pup will have a friend. His name is a Teddy, he’s a miniature schnauzer and he loves to play! My daughter also loves all the animals that comes to visit, so expect your pet to be a little spoiled to her when you return! About: I can train puppies as early as 6 weeks old. This includes house training as well. For elder dogs it may take longer to train, but it is still possible. I work 8-5 during the week, but I am able to leave for an hour during the day to check in. I’m somewhat flexible and can make schedule exceptions if necessary! **Safety** I take all animals safety very seriously! I make it a point to be cautious about all toys, objects, and food items pets may encounter around the house. As I mentioned, my dad is a vet, so I have experience with sick and injured animals. If your furbabies have special needs/requirements, be sure to let me know! **About Me** I have two kitties, Ollie and Luna, and love them both so very much! I hope to one day have dogs again but I currently live in a smaller apartment. My partner and I love to take them on walks in their stroller & backpacks. I love to craft, hike, paddle board, and play pool! If you have any questions, please feel free to message me💖 I currently have 2 cats that I take care of. I feed them each and every day and I clean their litter boxes constantly because even cats can be a tad messy sometimes! I play and cuddle with them everyday and make sure to show them lots of love! When taking care of anyone’s pets & fur babies, I make sure they’re comfortable, safe, & have enough toys to play with! When pet sitting, I of course check to make sure they have necessities like food, water, & treats (if allowed). I, myself, have pets and worry about them feeling lonely or missing me. I make it a point to treat anyone’s pets like my own. Which is why I always make sure to give lots of love and sit and spend time with any pets I get to visit with!
About: I am a huge animal lover I actually have 4 dogs. I am a college student so I will be away for 3-4 hours max 2 days a week. I’ve had dogs for 9 years and before that had cats. I care for your animals like I would my own (and mine are spoiled). I just want to make sure your fur babies are well cared for while your away. I have a decent sized fenced in back yard in a pet friendly neighborhood. And I have experience with dogs of all sizes. I’m really good with hyper breeds and I know tricks for giving meds. About: My family has owned dogs since I was 3 years old. I have taken care of animals of all kinds, including big, little, and elder dogs, cats, rabbits, and chickens. I adopted my own dog in July of 2025. He was a rescue from Dubach, LA and loves dogs more than people! Currently I am working on my Masters of Business Administration online, meaning I have plenty of time to dedicate to anyone’s wonderful animal(s)! When I enter a client’s home, I always want to ensure the upmost respect is being given not only to the owner, but also their home and possessions as well. But most importantly to the animal. We had not left our animals in such a long time and we were looking for a more personal experience. Our stay was scheduled just a few days prior to needing her, and we didn’t have time for a meet and greet, but on arrival she was so accommodating. She let Jace ( Labrador) 11 yo and Max (Pomeranian) 1/12 yo have time to get used to their surroundings and my husband and I to feel comfortable leaving. It felt as much like home, as it could be. About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. I am taking off work for the next two months so my schedule is open minus a couple dates here and there. You can expect me home majority of my days. My pets are always fed and given water through the day and let o it frequently. They enjoy playing fetch or running in the yard and going on car rides or walks.

I'll treat them just as well as I would like my pets to be treated since I know how important they are. Prior to Good Dog, I would pet sit for family, friends and neighbors.
