About: My family has owned dogs since I was 3 years old. I have taken care of animals of all kinds, including big, little, and elder dogs, cats, rabbits, and chickens. I adopted my own dog in July of 2025. He was a rescue from Dubach, LA and loves dogs more than people! Currently I am working on my Masters of Business Administration online, meaning I have plenty of time to dedicate to anyone’s wonderful animal(s)! When I enter a client’s home, I always want to ensure the upmost respect is being given not only to the owner, but also their home and possessions as well. But most importantly to the animal. My main goal is making sure they get plenty of potty breaks and can get energy out by having fun and using their brain.
About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. I am taking off work for the next two months so my schedule is open minus a couple dates here and there. You can expect me home majority of my days. My pets are always fed and given water through the day and let o it frequently. They enjoy playing fetch or running in the yard and going on car rides or walks.

About: I have a successful pet sitting business in Houston, TX. I am relocating to Shreveport and would love to take on new clients in the area! I was a zoo keeper for 6 years, so I have experience with reptiles and exotics. I worked in a vet clinic as a kennel tech, so I do have vet care knowledge. I also do really well with geriatric pets. About: I know that you have many options for care. I have been working through Rover since early 2020 and would like to share some information about myself. I made the decision to take an early retirement after twenty-two years at Northwestern State University when my husband and I relocated to Shreveport and both of our children went off to college. This move gave me the opportunity to pursue a job that I ❤️ and am passionate about. I believe dogs and cats are the most awesome of Earth's creatures, and, in my eyes, are such precious members of our families. I am a long-time dog and cat owner and currently a parent to three rescued dogs. I also was an active volunteer and Board Member for Natchitoches Hope for Paws dog rescue from 2012 to 2022. During this time, I worked with 150+ rescued dogs at the site and through the foster program. I found so much pleasure and enjoyment working as a rescue volunteer and wanted to expand my love and care of these most precious of animals. As a volunteer, I cleaned kennels, administered medications, walked and played with dogs, worked with basic training techniques and leash walking, and evaluated and monitored dog behaviors and personalities for proper socialization and integration with other dogs including aggressive and high anxiety dogs. I treat all animals as if they are my own. I love all fur babies big, small, young, and old. I am available at any time and since I am retired, I am able to provide drop-in services, walks, and overnight care (for socialized and house trained dogs who are current on all shots and flea/tick preventives), including medication administration and care for aggressive and high-anxiety dogs. I have no problems with cleaning up accidents and will ensure that your home stays clean of messes. I am also a firm believer in sending pictures while you are away so you can be comforted that your dog (or cat) is receiving nothing but the upmost care and love while you are away. No requested service is to great or small! I would welcome the opportunity to help you with care needs for your fur babies! Since I am retired, I am available at any time for drop-ins, walks, and overnight boarding (socialized and house trained only). I am also able to work around flexible and changing schedules. I live in a house with a large fully fenced backyard and have a doggy door which allows the dogs to move freely in and out of the house as they desire.

About: I have 4 dogs of my own and one cat. I have cared for pets as long as I can remember. My dogs are all house trained and crate trained they also are well mannered and like other pets. I can house train and also train dogs to do certain tricks. I'm 27 years old and own my own home with a large fenced in back yard. My house has no carpet so accidental pet messes can be cleaned easily. I have my own transportation to house sit or dog walk any time I am needed. Daycare Service: I generally only take 1 dog per day, unless dogs happen to already live together (siblings for instance). I do this in order to provide the best experience and time with your pets. For Drop-In Visits (Cats & Dogs): For home visits, my priority is maintaining your pet’s existing routine to minimize anxiety. For Dogs: I focus on a productive potty break, fresh water, and a 'sniffari' (a mental-stimulation walk) or indoor play. For Cats: I focus on their specific social needs—whether they want active play with a wand or just a calm presence nearby while I refresh their food and litter. I always perform a home security check before leaving (ensuring doors are locked and water bowls are full) and leave a detailed 'petdate' on how they behaved and what we did. Dog Walking: Walks are tailored to your dog’s energy level and the weather. Growing up on a farm, I am hyper-aware of animal body language and surroundings. I practice 'defensive walking,' meaning I am always scanning for other off-leash dogs or distractions to keep your pup safe. I also pay close attention to Shreveport’s heat; I check pavement temperatures and ensure we stay hydrated and shaded. After our walk, I’ll wipe their paws and make sure they are settled back in safely.

I feed them each and every day and I clean their litter boxes constantly because even cats can be a tad messy sometimes! I play and cuddle with them everyday and make sure to show them lots of love! When taking care of anyone’s pets & fur babies, I make sure they’re comfortable, safe, & have enough toys to play with! When pet sitting, I of course check to make sure they have necessities like food, water, & treats (if allowed). I, myself, have pets and worry about them feeling lonely or missing me. I make it a point to treat anyone’s pets like my own. Which is why I always make sure to give lots of love and sit and spend time with any pets I get to visit with!
About: I have been dog sitting and dog walking consistently since high school. I have always had a huge love and interest in dogs which has led me to now, where I am currently training to be a dog trainer! I recently started shadowing an amazing experienced dog trainer just outside of Shreveport where I have learned so much about training dogs and the career. I have fully trained both of my pups, including off leash training, and have worked with a few other dogs and their owners, mostly being puppies! I am a lover of dogs of all ages and sizes and have had experience with a wide range of temperaments and personalities. I am currently in sales working remote from home where I am lucky enough to be able to do my job anywhere as long as I have my computer, and am able to essentially set and adjust my schedule. I am able to do drop-ins during business hours M-F and some evenings, and for dog sitting I have flexible availability including weekends! I have two pups of my own, Joey and Winnie, who are both friendly and well trained. I have dog sat many dogs in my home and naturally, safety is my highest priority. I never leave my dogs and a client’s dog unsupervised whether I am in the next room or running errands. Both of my dogs are crate trained and when I have to leave while watching a client’s dog, they are secured in their crates. I do prefer a client’s dog to also have their own crate if possible just to ensure the most safety at night and if I need to leave. However, if a client does not have one or use one, I can work with that as well. I have a fully fenced in backyard, but even so, I go out with the dogs every time they need to go so they are never in the yard unsupervised either. I am a bit of a helicopter mom😅
About: I have 4 dogs of my own and one cat. I have cared for pets as long as I can remember. My dogs are all house trained and crate trained they also are well mannered and like other pets. I can house train and also train dogs to do certain tricks. I'm 27 years old and own my own home with a large fenced in back yard. My house has no carpet so accidental pet messes can be cleaned easily. I have my own transportation to house sit or dog walk any time I am needed. Thank you for considering me for taking care of your pets I currently work full time split shifts so I can take care of animals between shifts before shifts and after shifts. I have reliable transportation to and from also I have a large fenced in back yard and I currently work in the animal field so I am trained on medication management and also have vet tech experience.

About: My family has owned dogs since I was 3 years old. I have taken care of animals of all kinds, including big, little, and elder dogs, cats, rabbits, and chickens. I adopted my own dog in July of 2025. He was a rescue from Dubach, LA and loves dogs more than people! Currently I am working on my Masters of Business Administration online, meaning I have plenty of time to dedicate to anyone’s wonderful animal(s)! When I enter a client’s home, I always want to ensure the upmost respect is being given not only to the owner, but also their home and possessions as well. But most importantly to the animal. My main goal is making sure they get plenty of potty breaks and can get energy out by having fun and using their brain.
About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. I am taking off work for the next two months so my schedule is open minus a couple dates here and there. You can expect me home majority of my days. My pets are always fed and given water through the day and let o it frequently. They enjoy playing fetch or running in the yard and going on car rides or walks.
