Because of my experience with dog training, I am very familiar with dogs of all personalities and am comfortable with anxious or reactive pets. I was an emergency vet tech for 5 years, before switching over to dog training! I have 8 years total experience of animal care taking and know how to properly administer injectable and oral medications, and I know emergency care for all species! I would love to take care of your babies while you are away! I sometimes work out of my house but majority of my time is spent working at home training dogs. All dogs are kept separate unless owner specifically requests differently. I am only available for in home boarding on days that I am off, in order to provide top tier care for your sweet babies! I live in a rural area, far from main roads! I have plenty of land to run and get energy out, dogs are required to be on leash to walk the main part of property. When I started my own family, me and my husband got our first pet cat named Sebastian and we love and care for him as if he was another one of our kids! I have learned so much over the past few years about how to care and treat animals and I have enjoyed every minute of it! I have a pretty flexible schedule. I’m currently working from home from 6am-3pm and I can even stop by on my lunch break! Weekends I have the most flexibility. I will treat your cats/pups with respect and give them the outstanding service(s) they need with a whole lot of love and care! I will take them on long walks and make sure they eat/drink well!
About: I have worked for a year and a half at a doggie daycare/boarding service as a kennel technician. I owned a dog since I was 7 years old and was responsible for walking, feeding, training, and bathing her. Unfortunately, the dog aforementioned has passed the rainbow bridge as of December 2023. I am now 25 years old. I have also worked for a 24/7 veterinary hospital for 8 months as a veterinary assistant. I know how to properly restrain animals using Fear Free techniques. I can also trim nails and provide bathing. Lastly, I worked at a local dog walking/pet sitting company for about 4 months. I have had experience taking care of dogs and cats throughout my time at this company which serviced all of Monmouth County, New Jersey. I’m looking to go all in on pet care, so I am going to be available 7 days a week. I’m looking forward to scheduling with you! I have a lot of energy, so I would love your pets as my companions on my many daily walks. I currently share a pet-friendly apartment with my fiancé, therefore, I am open to providing all services from boarding to house-sitting for all of your pet-care related needs!
About: I’ve been in pet care for many years taking care of my own pets and other pets in my pre-vet collegiate career. I have background experience in agriculture and large animal care as well. I work from home so my pets are my day long coworkers! They help give me structure and a routine instead of sitting at my desk all day long.
