They loved the backyard! We have a senior dog with mobility issues that he was very careful with, and another pom with some hearing and vision loss and he was wonderful with both. When we picked the pups up he had everything packed up which was a huge time saver since we were driving back home. He had even ran one of our blankets through the dryer so they would have a warm spot to lay since the weather had gotten cold that morning! It is so difficult to trust someone else with your animals, and we were lucky to find such a caring and thoughtful Rover. About: We are a small family with a super friendly lab-hound mix named Charlie. Charlie loves to play with other dogs and is generous with his space and toys. Our six-year-old daughter loves meeting new animals, too. Our home is fenced all around so the dogs have a circle run as well as the backyard and front porch to play and relax. About: I grew up raising dogs and cats in my household. Since 2010 I've adopted pets on my own, cats and a dog. I currently have one cat I rescued as a kitten three years ago and a dog who loves to play that I rescued 2 years ago from a shelter. I live within walking distance of City Park and walk almost daily. I have open yard that is not fenced in but I have temporary fencing that I can use for dogs who require more outside time than lengthy walks. I have several crates that I can setup for dogs that need them or if you don't want to transport your own. I follow the owners lead if dogs are allowed on furniture, but if so, they are welcome to cuddle on the couch. I prefer that dogs sleep in their own bed, one of my loaner beds or a crate. I will honor the owners feeding schedule as to make the transition easy for everyone. I do have 2 cats in the home who have grown up around dogs their whole life and are generally ambivalent to them. I send daily photo updates and generally treat your baby as my own while in my care.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds my whole life. As a teenager, I began taking care of dogs for folks in town that would go on vacation. Since then, I’ve often been the go-to guy for several friends and family that trusted me with their beloved pets. I’ve always found it natural to get along with dogs, even dogs that I was told didn’t generally take to strangers well. I’m more than happy to take care of all your dogsitting needs and hope to become your pup’s new best friend! I currently live a very pet friendly lifestyle. I can provide care during morning, afternoon, or evening hours. I can easily fit my schedule around the needs of your pets as I am frequently out in the neighborhood parks and on walks with friends both quad- and bi-pedal alike. I understand how different dogs can be in personality and energy, and can provide care accordingly. I'm just as comfortable lounging around the house as I am walking to the park or just wandering the neighborhood. I am sensitive to the needs of your pets and am always willing to assist in providing proper care when it comes to feeding for your pet or attending to their basic needs. About: We are a small family with a super friendly lab-hound mix named Charlie. Charlie loves to play with other dogs and is generous with his space and toys. Our six-year-old daughter loves meeting new animals, too. Our home is fenced all around so the dogs have a circle run as well as the backyard and front porch to play and relax. We travel and have used Rover for our dog and we’re happy to be on the other side hosting and caring for your pet. I have volunteer experience with multiple animal shelters and experience caring for both healthy pets and animals with special needs. The other side of our double shotgun is currently unoccupied so we have additional space to separate dogs if need be.
