She also has a Toy Chihuahua named Paco and they became like "three peas in a pod!” My drop-off day was very hectic and behind schedule due to me preparing to go out of town, but Ms.Elena was pleasant and patient with me. When we arrived to her home, we were welcomed into a beautiful, clean space with Southern Hospitality galore! During the stay she emailed me updates along with pics and videos of their playtime. Once I arrived home she offered to meet me at a convenient location to drop-off my baby, that she now calls “her baby”, since we lived a bit of a distance from one another. Sooo sweet...but that's not the best part. When I received Jeaux he had been bathed, his bed and towel washed and she even sent him home with his favorite toy from the visit! If you want someone to treat your dog like their own, this is the place. My experience with Ms. Elena was pleasant from start to finish and I would highly recommend her services. Our diabetic, kidney-compromised, 15 year old cat, Wylean, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, has been on a feeding tube since early November with a whole litany of medications. Nycole, a skilled and longterm vet tech, was able to give truly incredible, exhaustive care to Wylean for days, both during this latest stay to see my parents (my dad was and still is in the hospital for a broken hip) and during Christmas (to see my mother-in-law in hospice). Her three times a day updates were like something a seasoned vet would make, and Wylean was markedly better when we returned than when we left. She has gained the better part of a pound over the last month, and I credit Nycole for at least part of that. We will always be grateful. If we could leave one hundred stars, we would. A combination of empathy, high skill, talent, and an obvious, deep love for animals makes Nycole the best. Anyone hiring her is lucky, and we only hope we can hire her again for future trips. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and they’ve always been my favorite kind of company. I’m patient and keep things calm and low-key. I usually watch just one dog at a time, so you can rest assured that I will treat your dog as if they were my own. Since I work remotely, your dog won’t be left alone much and will get attention throughout the day. I make sure to follow whatever routine helps your dog feel most comfortable. About: I grew up in an animal loving home and have had them as pets since birth. Since I can remember, I have been the one friends and family have called on to care for pets, young and old, healthy and injured. I have fostered and owned dogs with dog aggression issues and have a special place in my heart for these often misunderstood souls. I live within walking distance of City Park and walk almost daily. I have open yard that is not fenced in but I have temporary fencing that I can use for dogs who require more outside time than lengthy walks. I have several crates that I can setup for dogs that need them or if you don't want to transport your own. I follow the owners lead if dogs are allowed on furniture, but if so, they are welcome to cuddle on the couch. I prefer that dogs sleep in their own bed, one of my loaner beds or a crate. I will honor the owners feeding schedule as to make the transition easy for everyone. I do have 2 cats in the home who have grown up around dogs their whole life and are generally ambivalent to them. I send daily photo updates and generally treat your baby as my own while in my care.

About: My family has had at least one dog in our house since I was born. Everybody in my family has dogs. I have a few family members that rely on me to help them with their dogs when they need it. Everyone in my family treats their pets like they are humans and I do just the same! I am currently in between jobs so I’m available pretty much whenever. I do have my own dog at home so I prefer to not stay somewhere for a long, extended period of time. I am pretty flexible with that though so just ask me and I’ll let you know if it’s doable! I have a fenced in yard. I have a 14 year old rescue that just mainly stays to herself. There is a 1 year old Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix now living here as well, under the care of someone else that’s not me, however she is very rambunctious with other dogs. About: I’m lucky to come from an animal family. I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life - big dogs, small dogs, old dogs, lap cats, moody cats - I’ve loved them all. Recently, my two children and I found ourselves pet free for the first time. I miss having my own full-time furry companion but I also travel regularly for work. I decided to take this opportunity to open my home & heart to your pets. For me and my children, this is a win / win situation. We love caring for animals and we love the joy they bring to our home. We live in a cozy house in mid-city with a fully fenced in yard for dogs who wants to run and sniff and explore. My children, aged 8 & 4, have grown up with pets their whole lives and love participating in the day to day care. They are gentle and know how to approach and interact with animals of all ages and sizes. We’ve hosted dogs and cats in our home and we truly love doing so. I am active and will take your dog for as many walks and/or jogs as they desire. I also have a fenced in yard for those who want to roam and sniff around. I work from home so your pet will have company all day and rarely be left alone. I am available for on-demand walks, scratches and cuddles. I have experience administering medication to both dogs and cats. Before hosting or caring for any pet, I'm happy to meet with you to get to know your unique pet’s needs and temperament. I work from home so I am almost always around to provide on-demand cuddles, scratches, and walks for pets who are staying with us in our home. When caring for your pets in your home, my schedule means I have a lot of flexibility to work around your pet’s unique routine and needs. As a remote worker, I can work from anywhere and can provide extra love, support, and company for pets when their family is out of town. My home is quiet and comfortable with a fully fenced in back yard for dogs who want to run or sniff or feel the sun on their skin. About: What sets me apart is that I don’t simply “check in” on your fur babies; I genuinely enjoy spending time with them and getting to know their individual personalities, routines, and needs. I have years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, including regular and extended care while their families travel. For the past six years, I’ve been consistently trusted to care for pets when Dad and Mom go away on frequent trips, including stays of more than 30 days. I’m comfortable administering medications, staying at your residence, accommodating specific dietary needs and feeding schedules, maintaining established routines, regular walks and exercise, litter care, playtime, and, of course, plenty of companionship and affection. And please, give me ALL the instructions! You can leave me a legitimate PowerPoint presentation about your baby, and I will happily follow it to a T. 😂 I know every pet has their own routine, favorite things, quirks, boundaries, and very specific ways they like things done. (I’m a Virgo, so I know meticulous details. 😂) I’d much rather know every little detail so I can keep their world as familiar and comfortable as possible while you’re away. I will also send you pictures and updates to provide you with peace of mind. I’m patient with shy or cautious animals, attentive to changes in behavior, and happy to adapt to different personalities, ages, and energy levels. Whether your baby needs long walks and playtime, is a workout nut (to keep me in shape, too 😂), needs extra attention, wants a cuddle buddy, or needs someone who understands that affection happens strictly on THEIR terms, I’ll follow their lead. Most importantly, I understand that you’re trusting me with a member of your family and, often, your home as well. I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is for you to enjoy your time away knowing your babies are safe, your home is safe, and your babies are comfortable, loved, and having a pretty great time with their favorite auntie, while you take care of whatever needs your attention, without having to stress about what’s happening back at home. 🐾❤️ I have a very flexible schedule, so I’m able to easily incorporate pet care into my daily and weekly routine. Whether your baby needs early morning or evening walks, scheduled feedings, medication at specific times, regular check-ins, playtime, or simply someone around to keep them company, I can adjust my schedule around their needs. I’m also available for overnight and extended stays in your home, which allows your pets to remain comfortable in their own environment and maintain the routine they’re already used to. Since my schedule has flexibility, I’m happy to spend quality time with your babies rather than rushing in and out. 🐾❤️ When caring for pets in my home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’ll follow your instructions closely regarding feeding, medications, walks, exercise, litter care, playtime, bedtime routines, and all of those little details that make your baby feel safe and at home. We spend most of the day together, so they are not alone for long periods of time if I have to run off to check on another baby. I’m happy to stay overnight and spend quality time with your pets rather than simply popping in and out if you prefer. I’ll give them the level of attention and affection THEY are comfortable with, whether that means lots of cuddles and companionship, plenty of activity, or giving a shy kitty their space until they decide I’ve earned their approval. 😂 I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect I would want someone to give mine. I’ll keep things tidy, clean as needed, and secure, and send you regular pictures and updates. I want you to be able to enjoy your time away knowing that both your babies and your home are being genuinely cared for. 🐾
