About: I have 4 dogs of my own and one cat. I have cared for pets as long as I can remember. My dogs are all house trained and crate trained they also are well mannered and like other pets. I can house train and also train dogs to do certain tricks. I'm 27 years old and own my own home with a large fenced in back yard. My house has no carpet so accidental pet messes can be cleaned easily. I have my own transportation to house sit or dog walk any time I am needed. About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. I am taking off work for the next two months so my schedule is open minus a couple dates here and there. You can expect me home majority of my days. My pets are always fed and given water through the day and let o it frequently. They enjoy playing fetch or running in the yard and going on car rides or walks.

About: My family has owned dogs since I was 3 years old. I have taken care of animals of all kinds, including big, little, and elder dogs, cats, rabbits, and chickens. I adopted my own dog in July of 2025. He was a rescue from Dubach, LA and loves dogs more than people! Currently I am working on my Masters of Business Administration online, meaning I have plenty of time to dedicate to anyone’s wonderful animal(s)! About: I know that you have many options for care. I have been working through Rover since early 2020 and would like to share some information about myself. I made the decision to take an early retirement after twenty-two years at Northwestern State University when my husband and I relocated to Shreveport and both of our children went off to college. During this time, I worked with 150+ rescued dogs at the site and through the foster program. I found so much pleasure and enjoyment working as a rescue volunteer and wanted to expand my love and care of these most precious of animals. As a volunteer, I cleaned kennels, administered medications, walked and played with dogs, worked with basic training techniques and leash walking, and evaluated and monitored dog behaviors and personalities for proper socialization and integration with other dogs including aggressive and high anxiety dogs. I treat all animals as if they are my own. I love all fur babies big, small, young, and old. I am available at any time and since I am retired, I am able to provide drop-in services, walks, and overnight care (for socialized and house trained dogs who are current on all shots and flea/tick preventives), including medication administration and care for aggressive and high-anxiety dogs. I have no problems with cleaning up accidents and will ensure that your home stays clean of messes. I am also a firm believer in sending pictures while you are away so you can be comforted that your dog (or cat) is receiving nothing but the upmost care and love while you are away. No requested service is to great or small! I would welcome the opportunity to help you with care needs for your fur babies! Since I am retired, I am available at any time for drop-ins, walks, and overnight boarding (socialized and house trained only). I am also able to work around flexible and changing schedules. For everyone’s well-being, please make sure if your pet isn’t spayed or neutered, just let me know so I can plan one-on-one time for their comfort. To help them feel at home, please bring their usual food and a favorite toy for their stay. I’m fully available and happy to accommodate your schedule. Preferred drop-off and pick-up times are 8 AM, noon, or 5 PM, but I’m flexible if you need a different time. The only thing you need to bring is your dog’s food for the duration of their stay. If you’d like, you’re also welcome to bring their toy to help them feel more comfortable and at home. I have a dog-designed living room where pets sleep in kennels for comfort and routine. I also have a TV where I play soft, calming music to help them stay relaxed. I have a large backyard where dogs are taken out to play 3–4 times a day. During these breaks, they go potty and enjoy supervised play. If dogs get along and are a good match, they may play with other dogs one-on-one. For safety reasons, all dogs are taken outside using a secure tether at all times. This helps prevent escapes and ensures close supervision.

I have a decent sized fenced in back yard in a pet friendly neighborhood. And I have experience with dogs of all sizes. I’m really good with hyper breeds and I know tricks for giving meds. About: I’m a military member waiting to continue my training. I would love to spend my time playing and walking pets. I have had a dog since I was 5 years old and a cat since I was 7. I love all animals dearly. I worked through Rover at my last assignment as well! My week days are typically very free and I can be available on a moments notice. I can plan ahead to be available on weekends as well. I unfortunately cannot take animals into my home but promise to respect your home and your pets. All animals deserve a loving home and I would never want to disrupt that.
About: I have experience with dogs and cats my entire life. Have always been a huge animal lover. I have a 1 1/2 year old cat that keeps me on my toes and my roommate has a 6 year old blue pit (the son of my late Pit) and she also has a 1 year old miniature dachshund. Experienced with young to senior pets. I also have had years of experience with ferrets and birds! No animal will go unloved! I have a part time job, so plenty of time for fetch, walks, or simply loving on your animals. I’m good with overnight stays and even administering medicine if needed. I have crating experience as well as yard/no yard. I’m experienced with cleaning cages as well! My pets love a good porch sit and I love sitting with them. Not to mention the ample amount of toys!
About: I am a huge animal lover. I have 3 dogs, 2 cats, a bearded dragon, a snail and a fish. I love to play fetch with my doggies and love on my kitties. Our bearded dragon is a blast to feed and watch crawl all over the floor. My pets are not pets, they are family. The sleep in my bed and are treated like one of my kids. We love our animals so much when we my kids talk to them they call them bubba and sissy. I absolutely love being around animals. About: I work with Chimpanzees at Chimp Haven! I also have two amazing cats named Bellion and Kid! In addition I also have a bearded dragon named Thor. I have had animals since I was 3 and I have been caring for animals since then. I have experience walk training dogs and I have plenty of regular training experience as well. I use to volunteer with multiple dog and cat no kill shelters where I would walk, play, and groom with both dogs and cats. I would also go to events and communicate with potential adopters for these dogs, as I did these events I would be walk training the dogs so that when they get adopted they would know! I do work a full time job from 7am-4pm every day. My evenings are completely free and I currently have Saturdays and Sundays off from work so I am free all day on those days to help train or walk pets! Since my evenings are free I can check up or even stay the night to take care of your babies! My cats and lizard are very spoiled in our home. They get fed twice a day and plenty of love and play time. I absolutely adore animals and I want to make sure your pets are taken care of while you're at work or vacation!

About: I have 4 dogs of my own and one cat. I have cared for pets as long as I can remember. My dogs are all house trained and crate trained they also are well mannered and like other pets. I can house train and also train dogs to do certain tricks. I'm 27 years old and own my own home with a large fenced in back yard. My house has no carpet so accidental pet messes can be cleaned easily. I have my own transportation to house sit or dog walk any time I am needed. About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. I am taking off work for the next two months so my schedule is open minus a couple dates here and there. You can expect me home majority of my days. My pets are always fed and given water through the day and let o it frequently. They enjoy playing fetch or running in the yard and going on car rides or walks.

About: My family has owned dogs since I was 3 years old. I have taken care of animals of all kinds, including big, little, and elder dogs, cats, rabbits, and chickens. I adopted my own dog in July of 2025. He was a rescue from Dubach, LA and loves dogs more than people! Currently I am working on my Masters of Business Administration online, meaning I have plenty of time to dedicate to anyone’s wonderful animal(s)! About: Pet sitting is awesome because I want to spend time with as many wonderful pets as I can. I'll treat them just as well as I would like my pets to be treated since I know how important they are. Prior to Good Dog, I would pet sit for family, friends and neighbors. They deserve the best care even the little rambunctious ones. I have been working and volunteering in pet care for years. Interacting with any animal makes me happy but bunnies will always have a special place in my heart.
