Candy readily agreed to a meet and greet to make sure it was a good match. Cody was right at home the minute he was let out of the car, especially when he saw the Bayou. It was very hot the week that Cody was staying with Candy; she still found ways to entertain and make comfortable Cody and his new friends. Cody is a major water dog and really enjoyed his time in the Bayou, not to mention the boat ride. About: I have worked as a vet assistant at an animal hospital for 3.5 years with plans to apply to the LSU vet school. I have also owned and cared for animals my whole life, including farm experience. I am currently working part time, so I don’t have many weekly hours. I also live with my fiancée who is part time as well in a two bedroom townhouse. I have an unfenced yard with plenty of grass and walking area. I have 2 very friendly medium sized dogs to keep your dogs company. I have a large kennel if needed. I am also very active and can run and walk long distance for active dogs.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cat for approximately 10 years for family members. I also have 3 pets in my home now and volunteer at an animal rescue! I am currently working full-time Monday through Friday, but I’m available Friday evening through Sunday for boarding. I’m also available for pop ins and daily walks in the morning from 6am to 7:30am and evenings from 6pm to 7:30pm I have a nice big yard that your dogs can be leash walked in along with one big and one small dog available to keep your babies company. I also have no problem in crating your fur babies if you need me to as well.

About: While I didn’t grow up with cats until I was older since I was scared of them, I think because of that I was able to really form a connection with cats for who they are haha. I had two female family cats and I loved them very much, they were super self dependent but I was always super grateful when they wanted cuddles. At my part time job they board cats for over night or just for the day so I have experience in regular feeding, medicating, playing and changing litter boxes. I love when a kitty plays with a flirt pole, i’ll play all day until my arm falls off if I could. I also love some good kitty snuggles so if your cat wants some I will be more then happy!

“My experience with Robin was exceptional. I have used another sitter through Rover before and the experience was okay, but I noticed my puppy would come home very riled up and needing to immediately decompress. It often felt like I had to calm him down and get him back to his normal baseline. With Robin, the experience was completely different. When I picked him up, he was calm, relaxed, and acting exactly like he does at home. Even during the ride back, he settled into his crate and rested. That told me he was comfortable and well cared for during his stay. I was also a little nervous about having him around other dogs since he hasn’t spent a lot of time with other puppies. Robin was incredibly patient and reassuring. She allowed me to observe and helped me feel confident that he would be just fine, and he truly was. Another thing that stood out was how much my puppy liked her right away. As soon as he got out of the car, he was excited and curious about going inside, which meant a lot to me. I’m so glad I found Robin and truly look forward to working with her again. It’s clear my puppy felt safe and comfortable in her care.”

About: I've taken care of dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, ducks, chinchillas, and squirrels. I have 4 of mine own very spoiled pups, 2 cats that stay in the home, and several chickens and rabbits. I am a full time pet sitter and I have plenty of time to play with and care for your pups. I have four pups that can keep your pups company as well. I have a fenced in yard for dogs to run around in plus full access to the sofa for cuddles and cool down time. I have a crate available if it is needed as well.

About: I've cared for dogs my entire life because I was raised around them. More specifically, I had the experience of caring for a German Shepherd puppy for a year. I'm more than confident in my ability to care for your pup! I'm a part-time worker with a very flexible schedule. I'm available during mornings and evenings but completely available during the weekend. However, I'm always willing to work around your schedule. I have a friendly Siberian Husky I care for on my own. He is crate-trained but he is well-behaved enough to roam freely in my space. About: I have loved animals ever since I was in elementary. I have had 5 Dogs, from a German Shepard to a little Yorkie Poodle mix. Currently I have 2 Guinea Pigs and 2 Leopard Geckos and a beautiful cat named karma. Family members and friends have asked me to look after their fur babies for days and entrusted them with me. I give my all when watching the fur babies and treat it as if they were mine. :) I am currently a full time college student, I am studying marine biology and plan to use that degree to go to a veterinarian School. While I may have classes in the morning and late afternoon, I have plenty of time to look after the beautiful fur babies you trust me with. When first entering an environment, it's important to take a mental note of any hazards that could be a danger to the animal. Any hazards being, loose metal wires they could chew, or foods that may be dangerous to them. Examining a new environment is also important. Always making sure to not have any allowed guests inside the customers house is very important part of great service as well, to instill that trust that the client has put in you for their furry loved one!

It was very hot the week that Cody was staying with Candy; she still found ways to entertain and make comfortable Cody and his new friends. Cody is a major water dog and really enjoyed his time in the Bayou, not to mention the boat ride. About: I have worked as a vet assistant at an animal hospital for 3.5 years with plans to apply to the LSU vet school. I have also owned and cared for animals my whole life, including farm experience. I am currently working part time, so I don’t have many weekly hours. I also live with my fiancée who is part time as well in a two bedroom townhouse. I have an unfenced yard with plenty of grass and walking area.
