About: I’ve been taking care of animals my whole life but I really got into it when I was around 10 years old. I’ve been taking care of horses, dogs, cats, birds, fish, goats, reptiles, rodents, etc! I find peace in training dogs and have been for about 10 years now. I’m currently in school for Animal Health and Behavioral Sciences to get my certification in dog training! I love seeing a happy owner with the progress of their dogs. It’s incredibly rewarding for me! I’ve dealt with dogs from all walks of life so no dog is too scary or too big for me. Your pet will be in great care with me! I currently have a full time job, however, we do have long weeks and short weeks as well as working nights and days. I typically watch over friends and family’s pets on my short weeks but I can also be flexible on my long weeks as I live 5 minutes from my job. On the nights that I work, my husband will be home to aid in any extra care your pets may need. I have a fenced in yard, a little on the smaller side but I also offer to take dogs on walks and can bring them to the dog park as my 3 dogs love going there! My fur babies are super sweet and playful. If your pet needs crate training or potty training, I’m an expert as I’ve raised several puppies throughout my life. I also don’t mind giving your pet medication and/or supplements as my dogs get special food and supplements everyday! They are up to date on vaccines and flea, tick, dewormer is administered every month! While my house isn’t the biggest, I always make sure to make other pets feel at home and safe while they’re here.

My mom was a rescue manager, so naturally, her love for furbabies poured over to me, as well. About: For over 10 years, I’ve been the trusted pet sitter for friends and family. My duties are basically stopping in to make sure pets are fed, have fresh water, and most importantly, feel cared for while their humans are away. Julia sent pictures and updates while we were away, and I appreciated her honesty when I asked how Sable did. About: Hello neighbors and fellow pet parents! My name is Allie and I am a full time night shift RN. What full time means for me: I work three 12 hour night shifts per week and on those days and for half the day after my 3rd shift I don’t offer pet sitting services because your animals deserve all the attention. It also means that I am home 4-5 days out of the week all day. I have two indoor/outdoor cats named Karma and Mo. I also have a sweet 7lb Chiweenie named Murphy. All of my animals are fixed and UTD on vaccinations. I have a large fenced in back yard that has plenty of room for more paws. My cats keep to themselves and are used to Murphy’s zoomies. Murph loves dogs and cats of all sizes as well as children (talk to me about babysitting as well). I am just looking to give Murphy some socialization and playtime with friends on my off days and have more doggos to pet 🥰 I am home during the daytime and I work 3 night shifts per week that is not a set schedule. I will update my specific availability every month. I have a large fenced in backyard and I live close to Lafreniere park for frequent walks if the weather is right. Murphy loves laying in the sun and running around with any animal that will play with him. He even befriended a neighborhood turtle. I only accept maximum 2 dogs each time. I don't appreciate dogs inside the cage (only by request) so must of the time they are free on their own separate space. I have my own grooming salon in my house, and I will be able to offer grooming services as an extra.
About: I previously worked at an animal shelter for three years. I handled all dogs and cats, the nice and the not so very nice. I had over 20 adoptions of dogs alone, with two aggressive dogs changed to happy puppies. I currently own a dog who is absolutely great I’m a dog lover. I’m a stay at home mommy, I take care of my son and my 1 year old pup. I’m pretty flexible on time. If I’m not able to do specific dates, I will mark them as unavailable to help assist with booking times. Please ensure that your pet is good with babies and other dogs before hand. I do not want to have any issues between the dogs that will cause harm to my baby. I have a fenced in yard, and I also have a block that I walk my pup around. If you have specifics for your pet, please let me know. I am pretty easy going when it comes to the proper care for your fur baby!
About: I've taken care of dogs since having my first dog at 6 years old. I love dogs and treat every fur baby like my own. Your pet will be in great care with me! I currently have open availability so any time is great to take care of your pups! I have plenty of time to play with your pups, even on weekends. I have 2 dog parks at my apartment complex. About: At tia ale's house , your fur baby is not an animal or pet. They are part of our family... not only will they be loved and cherished (that is a given) but also we will try to enrich their curiosity and animal nature!! (depending on their breed & preferences) fetch, walks, bubbles, and sniffing activities will be part of our day! as well as snacks and fresh ice cold water. Your fur baby will have a vacation away from home at Tia ale's house. I have plenty of time for their care, entertainment since I’m home 24/7. We would get up early in the morning and exercise then mind stimulation during the afternoon. Bed time would be from 7-9 pm depending on how tired your fur baby is. I have a fenced yard, and cameras around the house. We also have a nice backyard that gets sprayed every 3 months for fleas and bugs.

After serving in the military, I rescued my dog Deku, a border collie–schnauzer mix who learned full obedience and trick training within months. I’ve also helped raise my brother’s Catahoula/Blue Heeler mix, Snoop — another high-energy, intelligent dog who taught me how to handle rough play and stubborn behavior. I’ve worked at Petco handling small animals, volunteered at shelters, and now regularly walk dogs, giving me experience with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. From Farrah: I’ve cared for cats and dogs my entire life, and my Boston Terrier — who I walked and ran with for over 10 years — shaped my understanding of daily pet care, consistency, and companionship. As an adult, I fostered a kitten for almost a year and have been house-sitting for the past 3 years. I’ve cared for up to 4 cats, 2 dogs (large and small), and even goats and chickens for the family I regularly house sit for. About: My family and I have fostered and adopted injured/disabled dogs in the past so I understand what it takes to care for special need animals. I also have a senior dog and so I know the steps needed to care for an older dog(s)! I do not work and therefore have a lot of time to take care of your pet(s)! About: Hey there! I’m Sarah. I'm so excited to be here on Rover! I have been surrounded by animals my entire life. My mom was a rescue manager, so naturally, her love for furbabies poured over to me, as well. I grew up helping my mom with our furfamily, fosters, and I even went with her when she was pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors. I wanted to be as much help as I could to my mom and them. Tho my mom doesn’t pet sit anymore, she is still my go to and may come with me from time to time to help. In mentioning my mom, she drinks coffee out of a mug that reads, "I WILL SAVE THEM ALL." I love that mug! We have a furfamily of 5 dogs and 2 cats. I love them all so much and am grateful for each of them. They make me smile from ear to ear on a daily basis. I also work full-time 3 to 1130 Thursday-Monsay. I could work on my off days, which is Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but that has to be midday visits/walks Available Thursday-Monday 7 AM to 3 PM. Of note, I will always do my very best to give plenty of notice for days I will not be available (ie. Holidays and personal time off, etc.). I offer drop-in services only. I am excited to have this opportunity to be there for you. I understand how important it is to be able to trust who takes care of your furbabies. About: I have always had a passion for animals goes beyond care. I have 2 cats, a leopard gecko, and an African Dwarf frog as my own pets. I have volunteered at animal shelters and worked in a veterinary clinic for a summer as a vet tech. I am also able to help with other types of pets as well, such as reptiles or mammals! I had a pet rabbit for 10 years and plenty experience with reptiles! I currently work part time right by lakeside mall, so I am available before I go in, during my lunch break (1 hour), and after I get off (latest will be 5:30) I am able to play with your pets/walk your dogs in the mornings before I go to work, during my hour long lunch break, and/or when I get off of work! About: Hi! I’ve had dogs my entire life and they’ve always been at the center of my world. My most recent pup, Effy, was with me for 15 years — she was truly the love of my life. While I’m not quite ready to have a dog of my own again, I couldn’t imagine my life without them, which is why I’m so excited to be here on Rover! Your pet will be loved and cared for like my own. I can’t wait to meet them I work from home Monday–Friday, so your pet will have my full attention throughout the day — no long stretches alone. I am able to work remotely so care during the day is no issue. I live in an apartment in Meraux above my dad’s office, so while there’s no yard, we have plenty of space to get outside for walks. There are stairs, but I’m happy to carry pets up and down as needed.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life! They are treated like children! I always have treats on hand :) I am the one everyone calls when they have questions about their animals! I am very knowledgeable when it comes to animals! I would love to watch your animals and let them come over and play! I am a teacher, and have two young boys. My 4 year old will give your pet all the exercise and playtime! I do have cameras inside so I can watch throughout the day also! Other than being at school, I am always home! I have a fenced in yard and two dogs to keep your dogs company! We also have a large empty lot next to us that the dogs could run around and play in!
About: My husband and I have trained puppies through the Pet Smart program, nursed a kitten rescue, and fostered several dogs with local nonprofit rescue organizations. We are available for twice a day feeding and plenty of spacious yard time. Our teenage boys are also available for playing and extra cuddles. Our pets are family!
