“We are so thankful for Jon! He did an INCREDIBLE job watching our pack of 4 poms over our wedding weekend! We have never used Rover before or left our dogs overnight and were pretty nervous. We even got on a call with Jon prior to booking and he was more than willing to answer our millions of questions. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times (we drove into NOLA from STL) and was so patient with my "helicopter parent" husband that wanted to set up their beds himself and was so anxious to leave them. Jon's house is also on a side street that made drop off really easy. We received multiple updates and the cutest photos the whole weekend! Our pack definitely had a great time. They loved the backyard! We have a senior dog with mobility issues that he was very careful with, and another pom with some hearing and vision loss and he was wonderful with both. It was very obvious that Jon loves dogs and took care of our fur babies like they were his own! When we picked the pups up he had everything packed up which was a huge time saver since we were driving back home. He had even ran one of our blankets through the dryer so they would have a warm spot to lay since the weather had gotten cold that morning! It is so difficult to trust someone else with your animals, and we were lucky to find such a caring and thoughtful Rover. What full time means for me: I work three 12 hour night shifts per week and on those days and for half the day after my 3rd shift I don’t offer pet sitting services because your animals deserve all the attention. It also means that I am home 4-5 days out of the week all day. I have two indoor/outdoor cats named Karma and Mo. I also have a sweet 7lb Chiweenie named Murphy. All of my animals are fixed and UTD on vaccinations. I have a large fenced in back yard that has plenty of room for more paws. My cats keep to themselves and are used to Murphy’s zoomies. Murph loves dogs and cats of all sizes as well as children (talk to me about babysitting as well). I am just looking to give Murphy some socialization and playtime with friends on my off days and have more doggos to pet 🥰 I am home during the daytime and I work 3 night shifts per week that is not a set schedule. I will update my specific availability every month. I have a large fenced in backyard and I live close to Lafreniere park for frequent walks if the weather is right. I had an emergency situation come up and needed somebody to look after my 3 dogs for an ambiguous amount of time (I did not know if I was going to be looking at a daycare sitch or a multi-day stay.) What they like to do? If they have any bad habits, or typical habits of their age, for example, if they like to chew on things, or eat grass. Do they have fleas or ticks, been vaccinated, and/or if they have skin allergies or any medical issues I need to be aware of? Spayed or neutered. If they prefer being inside or outside. How many times they need to go out. Their feeding schedule and how many cups? Anything that will make me aware of their needs and protect them for we all want the best for all our dogs. My house has a large yard and is fully fenced in. I live here with my father who helps me and my yorkie. I'll send pictures and will call you about your dog as you be available or want to get it. I only accept maximum 2 dogs each time. I don't appreciate dogs inside the cage (only by request) so must of the time they are free on their own separate space. I have my own grooming salon in my house, and I will be able to offer grooming services as an extra.

About: At tia ale's house , your fur baby is not an animal or pet. They are part of our family... not only will they be loved and cherished (that is a given) but also we will try to enrich their curiosity and animal nature!! (depending on their breed & preferences) fetch, walks, bubbles, and sniffing activities will be part of our day! as well as snacks and fresh ice cold water. Your fur baby will have a vacation away from home at Tia ale's house. I have plenty of time for their care, entertainment since I’m home 24/7. We would get up early in the morning and exercise then mind stimulation during the afternoon. Bed time would be from 7-9 pm depending on how tired your fur baby is. I have a fenced yard, and cameras around the house. We also have a nice backyard that gets sprayed every 3 months for fleas and bugs.

During each visit, I’ll send photo updates and messages so you can see how your pet is doing and have peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I love animals and have cared for friends’ pets whenever they’ve needed a trusted dog sitter. I’ve also fostered dogs for Take Paws Rescue, from young puppies to senior dogs, which has given me experience with pets of all ages and personalities. About: I’ve spent my whole life taking care of my dogs. Throughout college I had many roommates with cats and grew a love for them as well. About: Hi! I’ve had dogs my entire life and they’ve always been at the center of my world. My most recent pup, Effy, was with me for 15 years — she was truly the love of my life. While I’m not quite ready to have a dog of my own again, I couldn’t imagine my life without them, which is why I’m so excited to be here on Rover! Your pet will be loved and cared for like my own. I can’t wait to meet them I work from home Monday–Friday, so your pet will have my full attention throughout the day — no long stretches alone. About: I started my animal care experience working for the Audubon Science and Nature center in animal husbandry by caring for native and exotic animals, birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians in outreach and environmental education! My husband and I cared for wild, rehabilated, exotic, domestic and farm animals throughout our careers. “We are so thankful for Jon! He did an INCREDIBLE job watching our pack of 4 poms over our wedding weekend! We have never used Rover before or left our dogs overnight and were pretty nervous. We even got on a call with Jon prior to booking and he was more than willing to answer our millions of questions. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times (we drove into NOLA from STL) and was so patient with my "helicopter parent" husband that wanted to set up their beds himself and was so anxious to leave them. Jon's house is also on a side street that made drop off really easy. We received multiple updates and the cutest photos the whole weekend! Our pack definitely had a great time. They loved the backyard! We have a senior dog with mobility issues that he was very careful with, and another pom with some hearing and vision loss and he was wonderful with both. It was very obvious that Jon loves dogs and took care of our fur babies like they were his own! When we picked the pups up he had everything packed up which was a huge time saver since we were driving back home. He had even ran one of our blankets through the dryer so they would have a warm spot to lay since the weather had gotten cold that morning! It is so difficult to trust someone else with your animals, and we were lucky to find such a caring and thoughtful Rover. About: My husband and I have trained puppies through the Pet Smart program, nursed a kitten rescue, and fostered several dogs with local nonprofit rescue organizations. We are available for twice a day feeding and plenty of spacious yard time. Our teenage boys are also available for playing and extra cuddles. Our pets are family!
