About: My dad is a veterinarian so I grew up surrounded by animals. I’ve had many pets throughout the years including turtles, chickens, rabbits and more. I’ve always loved being surrounded by and caring for animals. I currently have an 11 year old boxer and a young cat. About: My husband and I have always had pets growing up. We knew we wanted this for our children as well. Our daughter and son love pets and would want a farm if we allowed it! I am available mornings, afternoons and evenings. Before I leave for work all pets are fed and taken outside. Upon returning home I let the pets out again for a bit longer to play in our fenced in yard. Mornings begin with food and water and a morning treat. Bella lets us know when she needs to go out by going to the patio door. During the day she is very chill and usually lays on the sofa waiting on the kids to return from school. I previously worked at Camp Bow Wow so I’ve worked with 100’s of dogs with different temperaments, personalities, and personal needs. While working there I had to give all sorts of meals and medicines. I personally have 2 dogs and a cat but I’ve had snakes, a chinchilla, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, among other family pets. I’ve never sought out an animal, I’ve only taken in animals when other people couldn’t continue caring for them. Everyday, I have to do basic pet tasks such as feeding, changing water, changing litter, and medications. I also walk my dogs multiple times a day. I follow any basic rules set out for me, i.e. diet, walk time, social time. They are the children of the owner and I understand they sometimes need special care or the pet and owner have a certain routine in place. But I have basic knowledge on plenty animals and can gladly care for them as if they are my own.
About: I’ve pet sat for friends and family for years and have been walking neighbors’ dogs for a few months. I have a large dog myself so I can be relied on to walk and care for large dogs. About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and patience I have for animals. I’m 29 years old, born and raised in Louisiana, and I’ve been caring for pets for over 5 years. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, not just a job or side hustle. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets because they’re family. I know the importance of making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I’m experienced with both dogs and cats of different personalities, ages, and energy levels — from playful puppies and kittens to older pets that need extra patience and gentle care. I also have a spacious backyard where pets can enjoy fresh air and outdoor time safely on adjustable leashes, allowing them room to move around comfortably and stretch their legs based on their needs and activity level.
