I've trained my full grown golden doodle into adult hood although I got busy with dental school and decided it best for her well being to give her to a loving family who would be able to give her more attention because when going through dental hygiene school , I knew before starting I would not be able to give her the full attention that she deserved , me and my son had her for 5 great years and still visit with her and her new family . I am now no longer in dental school although I do work in dentistry and am looking for a part time side hustle , thank you for giving me this opportunity , working with animals is actually I job I enjoy. I do live in Kentwood La - very rural country , I am willing to travel as there is not a lot of business out here thank you for your understanding. I currently work as an expanded dental assistant working Monday - Thursday , the latest I get off is 4:30 and most days earlier than that . I work one Friday out of the month . I can come to you and watch your animals after 4:30 during the week If not earlier than that time , and I'm usually free Friday thru Sundays , I'll work with you and your schedule. About: I have grown up with dogs before I even had a conscious mind. I have loved dogs and animals in general my whole life. there is nothing more that I would like to do than make an animal feel taken care of. being always surrounded by animals at various ages has given me plenty of different experiences- for example, taking care of a dog with seizures, cancer, diabetes, and more. I have dealt with dogs with high anxiety and managing to keep them at a calm state but I have also dealt with dogs who have more aggression and have learned ways to calm them as well. I truly do have a love for animals beyond anything else. I genuinely enjoy any time I can get with them. there is a 100% guarantee that if there is an animal at someones house..I'm with it. I am looking forward to taking care of everyone's little animals (their children) and providing the best care not only for the pet in need but for the owner to feel reassured that their animal is in good hands. I am currently working four times a week but being able to take care of fur babies has been something I have been wanting to do for the longest time!! so although my schedule can be tight I'm willing to work around it when I can. I used to have three dogs in total in all different sizes. I took care of my dogs as if they were my literal children. at points they were probably too spoiled but I couldn't help it! I always made sure my dogs were fed and went out my way to find the best food that would suit their individual needs. two of my dogs were super anxious especially during any type of storm and I never turned them away, I was willing to do anything to make them feel safe. even if that meant sleeping on the floor or some nights not getting any sleep. more often than not I out my dogs first! one of my dogs loved walks so therefore I took him (and still take him) own a walk everyday and let him take as much time as he needs. I don't believe in hitting or yelling at any animal/using any form of aggression. I am a very empathetic and compassionate person. King usually sleeps all day, but I make sure he goes out and runs around several times a day. I go on long walks, but he had a very expensive surgery and I don't think he can take long walks. Whether I'm caring for a pet in my home or a client's home, all rules will be followed. My primary reason for being on Rover and caring for dogs is to make sure that nothing is missed while the hoomans are away!

About: All the Doggies sleep with me in my bed! They are allowed on furniture & anywhere they’d like to be comfortable. All you have to bring for your baby is their dog food/cat food. At bed time I put on relaxing music for the dogs to calm down & sleep, heating pads for cold nights, lots of blankets & beds. Any of their comfort items I would suggest bring with them. I do live in a new trailer, lots of room for your babies to roam & play! non smoker. I have experience with large dogs to small dogs, senior dogs & ones with bad anxiety or kennel aggressive ect. I am also pit bull friendly 💕 The babies I board/doggy daycare have FREE ROAM. Which means they can go as they please anywhere in my home, they can sleep with me or they can sleep on the couches or their beds, but If you prefer your baby in a kennel at night, I will respect your wishes. I only have one kennel designated just for that.. You will receive lots of pictures/videos & updates to the point where it may be a little annoying but you’ll never have to text me first checking on them. I give them lots of love! I stay home everyday with the babies, so they will get all of the attention they need. The night before pick up/drop offs, I do give them a bath, each one no matter what. I can pick your dog up or drop them off, I have never had an issues with any dogs fighting, running off or accidents. I am VERY experienced in RUNNERS, the ones who wait for you to open the door to escape. Never had a runner succeed in getting away. I can clip your babies nails & give them a little trim if need be free of charge. If your dog needs medication I can administer it to them at the times needed. Prozac, prednisone, insulin, antibiotics ect, I’m familiar with all. About: Became a dog/cat bather for a grooming salon at the age of fifteen years old. I’ve had pets of all shapes and sizes and breeds my whole life. The maximum amount of animals I have taken care of has been 10 animals at once in my own home! Super familiar with tons of breeds and personalities of fur babies! I am a stay at home mother, so my schedule is super open and flexible! Great to do any sort of services at any time of day, or day of the week! I do not have a fenced in yard, but I walk my dogs on leashes every single day to go potty. My own animals are kennel trained, and very friendly. About: I have worked with big dogs like Great Pyrenees and , medium dogs like Pit bulls, and small dogs like toy poodles. My most recent dog lived to be 14 years old and so I’ve grown an appreciation and understanding of care for those dogs. My current dog is a fostered young Pit Bull from the shelter. About: I’ve loved dogs since I was little—they’re my favorite thing on this earth. I started pet sitting 2 years ago and it’s been a joy ever since. I provide feeding, watering, walks, bathroom breaks, medication if needed, and even overnight stays to ensure your pets get the best care possible. They have tons of toys that are played with, I let them lay in the bed with me or chill on the couch. I feed them every morning and water them frequently. I walk them every 30mins-1 hour. I will also play with them outside etc. they cuddle and get plenty of belly rubs and scratches while I’m near. I am the type of person who loves seeing your pets and will think about them all the time even if I only watched them once! I love bringing them toys and treats! The phrase I have never met a stranger resonates with me in human and animal aspect! I love meeting new people and animals are always a plus! Pet care is always my top priority. I chose to animal sit over my part time job. I want your pets to have the best care possible. If I ever have work I make sure it’s not longer than a few hours. I want your fur babies to always be attended to and taken care of. I have several pets in my own home that are mine. They are kennel trained and leash trained.
