As well as managed the boarding and grooming stations for almost 2 years. My background is in Biology I got my B.S in 2015 and my Bachelors in Nursing in 2019. About: I've grown up with many types of pets throughout my entire life. I love animals and have been a volunteer at Northshore Humane Society since 2020, where I have experience walking, playing with, cleaning after, and even assisting in veterinary care with dogs. I especially love teaching new tricks and playing with them. I also have experience with reptiles and cats. I currently have a 9-year-old border collie and take him on walks and play with him for hours every day. How I care for your pet depends on the specific needs and wants of the pet and what you as the owner would like. If I am house sitting, I am willing to play with, take outside, and walk with your pet as much as is desired. I have both leads and retractable leashes if you would like me to use my own. About: I’m a friendly, dependable pet owner who understands just how much pets mean to their people. I am the primary caretaker of my own dog, Freddy, he’s 3 years old with lots of energy, friendly with other dogs and loves people. I regularly care for my sisters dog and 2 cats while she is out of town, maintaining their normal routines and care. I live in a condo in Mandeville which means I have become extremely familiar with the dog parks, walking trails, dog friendly nature areas and state parks. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting, I treat every animal as if they are my own while providing photo and text updates so you can feel confident while you’re away!😊 Currently I am the office manager for a primary care clinic in Covington, M-F I am available before work, on my lunch break, and after work for drop ins or dog walking. My weekends are always changing and very flexible. I like caring for pets in their own home because that is where they feel most comfortable, following their normal routine and offering attention and companionship. On walks, I focus on your pets safety, energy level, and making sure they are well hydrated.

They are so energetic and keep me active so being active with your dog is no problem. I am available any time as I work from home with a flexible schedule.
