About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. I am taking off work for the next two months so my schedule is open minus a couple dates here and there. You can expect me home majority of my days. My pets are always fed and given water through the day and let o it frequently. They enjoy playing fetch or running in the yard and going on car rides or walks.

About: I have 4 dogs of my own and one cat. I have cared for pets as long as I can remember. My dogs are all house trained and crate trained they also are well mannered and like other pets. I can house train and also train dogs to do certain tricks. I'm 27 years old and own my own home with a large fenced in back yard. My house has no carpet so accidental pet messes can be cleaned easily. I have my own transportation to house sit or dog walk any time I am needed. About: I know that you have many options for care. I have been working through Rover since early 2020 and would like to share some information about myself. I made the decision to take an early retirement after twenty-two years at Northwestern State University when my husband and I relocated to Shreveport and both of our children went off to college. This move gave me the opportunity to pursue a job that I ❤️ and am passionate about. I believe dogs and cats are the most awesome of Earth's creatures, and, in my eyes, are such precious members of our families. I am a long-time dog and cat owner and currently a parent to three rescued dogs. I also was an active volunteer and Board Member for Natchitoches Hope for Paws dog rescue from 2012 to 2022. During this time, I worked with 150+ rescued dogs at the site and through the foster program. I found so much pleasure and enjoyment working as a rescue volunteer and wanted to expand my love and care of these most precious of animals. As a volunteer, I cleaned kennels, administered medications, walked and played with dogs, worked with basic training techniques and leash walking, and evaluated and monitored dog behaviors and personalities for proper socialization and integration with other dogs including aggressive and high anxiety dogs. I treat all animals as if they are my own. I love all fur babies big, small, young, and old. I am available at any time and since I am retired, I am able to provide drop-in services, walks, and overnight care (for socialized and house trained dogs who are current on all shots and flea/tick preventives), including medication administration and care for aggressive and high-anxiety dogs. I have no problems with cleaning up accidents and will ensure that your home stays clean of messes. I am also a firm believer in sending pictures while you are away so you can be comforted that your dog (or cat) is receiving nothing but the upmost care and love while you are away. No requested service is to great or small! I would welcome the opportunity to help you with care needs for your fur babies! Since I am retired, I am available at any time for drop-ins, walks, and overnight boarding (socialized and house trained only). I am also able to work around flexible and changing schedules. I live in a house with a large fully fenced backyard and have a doggy door which allows the dogs to move freely in and out of the house as they desire.

About: It can be really hard with work or other responsibilities to spoil your pet like you want too. Let me help! I’ve grown up with pets all my life. Currently, I have a miniature schnauzer mix. His name is Teddy! He’s super sweet and he’s spoiled rotten! He’s pretty small but I’ve kept dogs of all sizes. Big or small, I got you. If it’s a drop in just to check, or you need me to watch them for a week while you go on vacation. I can help! I have a fenced yard now and your pup will have a friend. His name is a Teddy, he’s a miniature schnauzer and he loves to play! My daughter also loves all the animals that comes to visit, so expect your pet to be a little spoiled to her when you return! I finally finished my nursing program! YAY! Nurse Beth has a nice ring to it! Thank all of y’all for all the wonderful support. However, that means I won’t have as much time to take care of all your sweet doggies. I am more than happy to keep your pet but please understand I will no longer be home all day. I have some help at home so I’ll still be overseeing the care of my regulars when I am able too. I have a fenced in back yard and a sunroom that’s heated and cooled! About: I’ve cared for animals for 10+ years as a shelter worker, vet tech, vet assistant and pet parent myself. I’m knowledgeable on diabetic care, senior care, pediatric training and socializing and much more! I’m able to fit your pets care anytime needed due to my open schedule! I’m usually up by 6:00AM to start caring for my mini zoo but able to get up earlier. Your pets safety comes first to me. If any meds are needed they will be given on time every time. You’ll receive as many updates or possibly more of your babies.

About: I used to work in the pet grooming industry from 2013-2021 bathing dogs and making sure the dogs in the daycare were being watched, taken care of, and having all the enrichment they need. I am willing to bathe and blow out dogs depending on size and fur type for a fair cost if you ask! I do have all equipment including a forced air dryer and I always have fabric on hand for bandanas 🥰 I dont have the service listed as I simply dont feel it fair for smaller dogs or dogs with short hair to overpay with the only option being 1 price. I have a dog and cat of my own and understand body language and behavior in both dogs and cats. I rescue my pets and typically grab the ones that may be overlooked and passed up. All my pets, including my late dog, the lab in photos, all have medical needs and requirements ranging from gastrointestinal issues to neurological. I am familiar and comfortable with giving medication. Its very important for me that my pets are in excellent health so I completely get it when an owner is not wanting extra snacks or a walk to be skipped! As someone who recently experienced a senior dog in my home, i am very understanding and patient with elderly pets. I am also in the hobby of fish keeping and have some exotic critters like hermit crabs 💞 I have been a stay at home wife and mother since 2021. My day starts with letting my dog out to potty after the long night then straight to feeding my dog and indoor cat. I then go and check on all my tanks, counting critters, making sure everyone in tanks is good and turning lights on. My dog goes out several times a day and outside of errands and the occasional day out with friends, I am always home to make sure there are plenty of potty breaks. In the evenings I feed all the tank critters, and double check to make sure everyone is well before I shut tank lights off and feed my dog and cat. Finally, my dog goes potty 1 last time before bed! I do hace a fully fenced in backyard but anytime we leave the property, we ensure all pets are leashed. I do not let my dog outside unsupervised and no dog in my care will ever be outside unsupervised for any amount of time regardless of the fence. I have 3 cameras for my backyard that i minitor constantly as well. I belive in always leashing a pet in public and never approaching other pets whether it be with or without a leashed pet of your own. If a dog is a known puller on walks, i do prefer to walk with a slip lead. I do have crates in the home along with built in gates. During boarding, my dog stays in the bedroom and office areas, and our guest dogs stay in the living areas. Any dogs in my care must be up to date on all vaccinations and flea medication, must not jump gates or fences, and must be crate trained and potty trained. These are all for safety reasons and to make sure things go as smoothly as possible for everyone involved.

About: I have had the privilege of having been able to care for my two best buds since they were pups for the past 14 years. Buddy, a shitzhu, and Zeus, a pitbull, were inseparable. We have been through potty training, teething, the woes of senior dog care, and the heartbreaking finality of letting them cross over the rainbow bridge. I wouldn't trade my time with them for anything. I feel confident your furbabies will have a great time in my care and have no doubt in my ability to care for them! We will be the best amigos! I work full time but my schedule is flexible enough to allow me to work from home if needed and pop in for whatever needs your pups will need. I'll have cameras in the living area to make sure they are happy and content when I am not home and have a fenced in yard to allow them to play safely. I have a fenced in yard and have crates as well as gates that can be setup for their safe areas. A camera will also be set up for monitoring when I am not home.
About: I can train puppies as early as 6 weeks old. This includes house training as well. For elder dogs it may take longer to train, but it is still possible. I also provide basic daily care such as feeding, walking, bathing, and grooming. I have nothing to do! I would rather watch your pet all day. Caring for animals is my dream and I’d love to fulfill it with yours. I have a two bedroom apartment in which I’ve turned my second room into my “pet room” I have a 8 month old puppy to keep your fur baby company!

“If I could give more stars, I would. Last night was the very first time I've been away from my Great Dane ever. This couple that cared for Axl is top-notch. They sent me pics of her going for a walk. I was really concerned about the attachment issues and the worry behind them. But I'm happy to report I did better than I thought I would being away from her! Lol. I HIGHLY recommend this couple. They have an absolutely obvious love for animals. It shows. About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. I am taking off work for the next two months so my schedule is open minus a couple dates here and there. You can expect me home majority of my days. My pets are always fed and given water through the day and let o it frequently. They enjoy playing fetch or running in the yard and going on car rides or walks.

About: I’ve been caring for Dogs for the last 12 years from all kinds of breeds. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding with their schedule, and keeping them active and happy! I am currently in the airforce, I am available between Thursday, Friday and Saturdays to spend time with your pups. I’m also available mornings and nights or whatever works for you:) I will make sure they go on plenty of walk and go outside. They also will get all the love and attention they need. About: Pet sitting is awesome because I want to spend time with as many wonderful pets as I can. I'll treat them just as well as I would like my pets to be treated since I know how important they are. Prior to Good Dog, I would pet sit for family, friends and neighbors. They deserve the best care even the little rambunctious ones. I have been working and volunteering in pet care for years. Interacting with any animal makes me happy but bunnies will always have a special place in my heart.
