“Wow!! Before I tell you how incredible our experience with Susan was, I want to first tell you quickly about our horrible experience 3 weeks before when we boarded Bilbo at a local Groomer/Vet/Boarding Center in Shreveport for 8 days. From beginning to end, it was a nightmare, but I'll spare all the details except that when we picked Bilbo up, he wasn't right. He was dirty (even though they are supposed to give him a complimentary bath before pick up) and looked haggard and weary (his eyes were red) and could not make a sound because he was so hoarse from barking. When we got him home, he was panting and drooling excessively. For two (2) days and nights, he paced and panted and did not sleep. We were worried so we took him to his normal veterinarian and they had to put him on antibiotics and another medication. Two hundred dollar ($250) vet bill, Thank You! I don't know what happened, but we knew we could NEVER take him to another Vet/Boarding Center. I started looking online for local pet sitters and after careful scrutinization and reading lots of reviews, I found Susan (Angelic Choir Sounds). We corresponded over Rover.com and I knew that she would take good care of him. When we got to her property and my husband and I walked her spacious fenced in backyard, I knew that Bilbo would be in heaven there! It was a dog's dream getaway with so much space, trees, shade and a flowing water pond for fresh water if he got thirsty. But, then, Susan showed us where Bilbo would be spending his time (with her) and I was blown away. The large, separate, air conditioned building was set up like an extension of her main house. It was open and comfortable just like home (like a cabin style) with a living area, a sleeping area and a dining area for her comfort while she stayed with Bilbo and a couple of other sweet doggies who were set up in large open gated and separated spaces. Each dog had a couch and a rug and were just steps away from Susan at all times. I was impressed with how intimately Susan knew each of the animals that were in her care. She was prepared and equipped to take care of my dog's needs, no matter what they were. When my husband and I left, we felt such a worry and a burden lifted and knew we'd really be able to enjoy our vacation and that he'd be on his own little vacation too!! The day that we arrived to our vacation place, I got a text and a picture of Bilbo walking around outside. I continued to receive photos and updates of what Bilbo was doing every morning and every evening. My husband and I were just giddy about it! At home, Bilbo runs when we pull out our cell phones or camera to take his picture, but he let her take numerous pics of him. We laughed and said, "What the HECK!!" Moreover, Susan was very personable and professional! We brought her back an assortment of fudge as a tiny token of our appreciation, but really there was no gift that could have expressed how grateful we were :) We will always book with Susan going forward, God willing she's available!! About: My family has owned dogs since I was 3 years old. I have taken care of animals of all kinds, including big, little, and elder dogs, cats, rabbits, and chickens. I adopted my own dog in July of 2025. He was a rescue from Dubach, LA and loves dogs more than people! Currently I am working on my Masters of Business Administration online, meaning I have plenty of time to dedicate to anyone’s wonderful animal(s)! When I enter a client’s home, I always want to ensure the upmost respect is being given not only to the owner, but also their home and possessions as well. But most importantly to the animal. About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. About: Animals have always been a part of my life. I’ve rescued many and cared for cats and dogs for years, treating each one like family with love and safety. For everyone’s well-being, please make sure if your pet isn’t spayed or neutered, just let me know so I can plan one-on-one time for their comfort. To help them feel at home, please bring their usual food and a favorite toy for their stay. I’m fully available and happy to accommodate your schedule. Preferred drop-off and pick-up times are 8 AM, noon, or 5 PM, but I’m flexible if you need a different time. The only thing you need to bring is your dog’s food for the duration of their stay. If you’d like, you’re also welcome to bring their toy to help them feel more comfortable and at home. I have a dog-designed living room where pets sleep in kennels for comfort and routine. I also have a TV where I play soft, calming music to help them stay relaxed. I have a large backyard where dogs are taken out to play 3–4 times a day. During these breaks, they go potty and enjoy supervised play. If dogs get along and are a good match, they may play with other dogs one-on-one. For safety reasons, all dogs are taken outside using a secure tether at all times. This helps prevent escapes and ensures close supervision.

About: I’ve taken care of and raised small pets for as long as I can remember, but as I wasn’t able to have a dog of my own as a child, I’ve always taken every opportunity to babysit my older siblings’ and aunts’ dogs whenever they needed ever since I was 15 years old. I’ve now raised and trained my own two dogs from puppies (one is 4.5 years old and the other is 3.5 years old) and I also adopted my sister’s dog permanently, who is a senior (9.5 years old). I’m currently in nursing school, so my schedule is flexible around my classes! Since I’m in school Monday through Friday, I don’t work currently, so taking care of dogs is the only thing I do right now outside of school. And, as of right now, I am available any day of the week! I do have clinicals Monday through Wednesday, so those are the only days I am busy for more than 6 hours during the day, and wouldn’t be able to check on pups who would need more frequent care. Otherwise, I have plenty of spare time to spend helping take care of your pets! I am willing to follow any rules that you have in taking care of your fur babies in your home; I am comfortable with using crates, letting them out to play and potty at certain times, and following feeding guidelines, as well as anything else your dog needs! I have experience walking more than one dog at a time as well, up to 3! My own dogs are also very large, and tend to pull on the leash, so I can handle strong, non leash-trained dogs.

I have had animals since I was 3 and I have been caring for animals since then. I have experience walk training dogs and I have plenty of regular training experience as well. I use to volunteer with multiple dog and cat no kill shelters where I would walk, play, and groom with both dogs and cats. I would also go to events and communicate with potential adopters for these dogs, as I did these events I would be walk training the dogs so that when they get adopted they would know! I work my own scedule so I usually have a lot of time to do pet sitting.i whould love to do this full time if I had the opportunity an clientele I have a back yard with one bar gate door that stands very tall so no animals could get out.i have air conditioning so when they come in they could be cool

About: My family has owned dogs since I was 3 years old. I have taken care of animals of all kinds, including big, little, and elder dogs, cats, rabbits, and chickens. I adopted my own dog in July of 2025. He was a rescue from Dubach, LA and loves dogs more than people! Currently I am working on my Masters of Business Administration online, meaning I have plenty of time to dedicate to anyone’s wonderful animal(s)! When I enter a client’s home, I always want to ensure the upmost respect is being given not only to the owner, but also their home and possessions as well. But most importantly to the animal. My main goal is making sure they get plenty of potty breaks and can get energy out by having fun and using their brain.
About: I volunteer on my off time at my local dog rescue. I also have fostered many dogs in the past year for Caddo shelter and Parish Paws. I grew up around dogs and own two of my own who are always willing to play with other dogs. If there’s ever a concern of aggressive I separate the dogs when let out for potty breaks or in the house. I am taking off work for the next two months so my schedule is open minus a couple dates here and there. You can expect me home majority of my days. My pets are always fed and given water through the day and let o it frequently. They enjoy playing fetch or running in the yard and going on car rides or walks.

About: I have had dogs and cats of my own and loved every second of it. I have genuine love for animals and I will treat your pets like family. I currently work from home and will have plenty of time for your pups. I am available for boarding any day of the week with a day notice. I have a fenced in yard, the gate remains closed and a doggy door if needed. I will follow your pets feeding schedules and give medication exactly as instructed. Swim time is available throughout the day if allowed.

He has ducks, cats, and a couple of dogs. I was worried how Bonnie would react to the other animals, but Dustin was very good at calming her and reassured me that things would be fine...which it more than was. He is friendly and has a good way with our pets. I'm glad that he is nearby as he will be our new go to dogsitter.”
