“Lauren and Cody provided attentive care for Quincy during our 5-day trip. They sent regular updates with photos and videos, which was very reassuring. They were accommodating with his schedule and made sweet gestures like creating a cozy sleeping space with his special blanket. Their children were especially kind with Quincy. While we had some miscommunication about his potty routine that led to some accidents, they remained patient and caring throughout his stay. Quincy enjoyed playing with their dog Yo-Yo, and it was nice to see him socializing. They were flexible with drop-off/pickup times and maintained good communication throughout.”
“This was my first time booking on Rover and was a little nervous about leaving my dog with someone new. Shante sent daily pictures and videos of my dog which help ease that stress. He was in great hands”

“Keith was absolutely wonderful with Geni. She came home so calm and happy from playing with her new friends. He was amazing and made me feel completely at ease with leaving Geni with someone for the first time ever. She’s a bigger breed and still a pup so she can be a handful and Keith handled her great. I will definitely be using Keith again for future needs!”

“Nicolette was professional and courteous in every sense. It’s understandable why she has so many positive reviews and repeat customers. I wish my dog wasn’t so high energy. It sometimes leads to him becoming over anxious and nervous as well as affecting his eating but that’s just the nature of a rat terrier. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicolette to anyone including friends and family.”

“Kenya took care of our Milo for 9 days while we were out of the country. And she was so awesome with him. She often sent us updates and pictures in regards to Milo while we were so far away. I really appreciated that so much! We will certainly book Kenya again! I wish I could give her more than 5-stars.”

“Savannah was very loving toward my girls. My dogs came home, healthy, and happy and we got regular updates from Savannah during their time with her. Will definitely rebook! She was even willing to work with us when our vacation plans changed, which was a huge relief!”
“Fallyn, Thank you so much for taking care of baby! He throughly enjoyed himself and even cried a little once we pulled off! That was a great sign. All the pictures and updates were amazing as well! You are God sent🙏🏾😊✨”

“Angela and Bill absolutely pampered our senior greyhound. She is very nervous in new environments, but they made her feel completely safe and cared for while we were away. They went above and beyond to make sure she ate every meal, took all of her medications, and stayed comfortable and happy the entire time. They even gave her a bath before we picked her up, which was such a thoughtful touch. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our sweet senior girl was being loved on like family. We would absolutely trust them with her again and cannot recommend them enough.”

“Theo absolutely LOVES Janelle, we don’t know what she has haha but he goes crazy when we get into her apt complex and is always so happy in all of the photos she sends us!:)”

“Chelsy is so awesome! She kept me updated on my pup all weekend which made me comfortable leaving him with her and I knew he was well taken care of. I definitely recommend her as a sitter.”
“She was amazing! She sent me pictures of her and my fur baby and my Diamond started getting attached to her! She kept me updated the entire 4 days and I will definitely be returning if I need care again. I was nervous because it was my JRT's 1st time boarding but she made it super fun and relaxing for her! Thank you so much”

“We were so nervous leaving Willow with someone for the first time. Carol is wonderful! She is so patient and kind. She sent messages and pictures every day. She gave us piece of mind to be able to enjoy our vacation. We would definitely recommend her to anyone! Thank you so much!”

“Sarai was amazing and professional. She was very welcoming and listened to everything you had to say. She sent me pictures all the time of Roscoe. Roscoe definitely loves being with her and her dog. I would definitely be booking Sarai again.”

“This was my first time leaving Toto at home with anyone outside of family, and Lauren immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease knowing he was in good hands. She took great care of him, and Toto took to her right away, even laying on her and relaxing. It was clear he felt safe and happy. He spent the evening playing, cuddling, and getting plenty of rubs. I’m so grateful for the care she showed him and would absolutely trust her with Toto again.”

“Highly recommend Jason. He was easy to work with and took great care of our older dog who can be challenging. Will definitely use Jason again for our pet sitting needs.”

“Zoey (Bunny) took care of our two cats for a week. Bunny did a great job. They kept us informed with updates and pictures of the cats throughout the whole time we were gone and even took care of a few random house issues that came up while we were away! We would definitely recommend Bunny to anyone looking for a great cat sitter and we'll be using them again.”

“Yuli was beyond amazing! Communicative, reliable, and super friendly. She let me know about any concerns going on at home as well as sent pictures and updates abt my baby. Couldn’t recommend more!!! Book her!”

“Savannah was amazing in taking care of my cat, Kitty! She sent daily updates with adorable photos and videos and can see that Kitty is well entertained and happy. She’s very detailed oriented and asks all the right questions to make sure Kitty’s needs are well taken care of. Savannah is a true cat whisperer, highly recommend!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my experience growing up around cats and understanding their unique personalities and needs. I know that every cat is different—some love attention and playtime, while others prefer a calm environment and their own space. I take the time to learn each cat’s routine and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owner is away. My goal is to provide patient, reliable care and make the experience as stress-free as possible for both cats and their owners.
About: I have experience with cats, reptiles, and dogs. I have experience with reactive and aggressive dogs and their care, as well as skittish dogs, and normal pups. As I am a small person, I cannot walk untrained giant breed dogs unfortunately, but I can more than happily dog sit and do drop in care! I love animals of all types and find great joy in caring for animals. I've worked with senior dogs, new born puppies, older puppies, rescue dogs, neglected dogs, and longtime family pups. I have experience with all sorts of cats, from skittish to cuddle bugs. I have some experience with training and find joy in helping dogs reach their best potential and learn new tricks. I've been caring for animals since I was at least 13 years old and intend to long into my future.

About: As someone who has worked with a variety of domesticated felines, I’ve learned that the last thing a cat wants is a sitter. Lol. Most just want someone who can scoop their box and open their can of food. I’m a professional in that area. I’m also good at reading kitty behavioral cues. I can usually tell if a feline is going to be my friend or not. I know when to give them their space. I’ve watched kitties who are social and some that are shy. I’m pretty good with a laser and always enjoy playing with or sitting with a sweet cat or cats. I can also prepare special diets and give insulin shots. The Kitties always train me well!

About: The black furred beauty in the pic is Asha. I love all animals but cats especially. I understand their needs are a bit more soft spoken than their dog peers. My own cat keeps me on my toes and because of that, patience has been learned to be earned!

“Lyndsi was a wonderful pet and house sitter. She shared photos or a video of the pets each day while we were away along with text updates on how things were going. We were very comfortable that our pets were safe and sound while we were away for a few days. We highly recommend booking Lyndsi.”

About: I’ve been caring for cats my entire life, both indoor and outdoor. I love and have fun creating enrichment activities that your cat will love, too. My own kitty has special needs that require medication, so I’m comfortable with giving both pills and inhaler meds! If your cat has been properly exposed to it, I can trim nails too. My experience with kitties ranges from 6 weeks - end of life care; I’m here for everyone!
“Isabel is professional, reliable and cared well for my dogs. She’s also a kind person and easy to work with. She’s a great communicator and I appreciate everything she did for keeping my dogs safe. Thank you, Isabel!”

About: I’ve owned 3 dogs throughout my life and they have taught me that I am an absolute lover of all dogs. I’ve had a German Shepherd/Pit Bull mix, a Boxer, and a Shih Tzu. I am comfortable with ALL dog sizes. Last summer I had the privilege of being able to job shadow my dogs vet at her All Pets Animal Hospital which was a very interesting and unique experience. Since starting college, I have started volunteering with an animal shelter to walk and take care of dogs, giving me experiences with young dogs and old, hyper and anxious etc. I am currently an intern at an animal shelter for the summer. I assist the vet techs with tasks such as giving dogs and cats their medicine, give vaccines, prep them for surgery, etc. As of now, I do work a summer job along with my internship but it does allow time for pet sitting. As my job isn’t full time and my internship is only a few days a week. Being able to fill in the extra time taking care of dogs and cats would keep me occupied until I return to school on the fall. I have had a few animals of my own over the years. I treat all dogs as if they were my own because I know I would want the same treatment if I had a pet sitter. They deserve love, respect and comfort. I will respect their boundaries while making sure they get everything they need plus some.

I’ve trained dogs all my life, and I have loved cats since I was a little girl. Taking care of your pup will be great! Im currently playing sports for my university, so we do travel a lot, but most of the time I'm always available after 3pm everyday! And free on the weekends! About: I have over 15 years of experience caring for dogs, including dog sitting for friends and neighbors and owning my own dog for the past six years. As a dog owner, I understand how stressful it can be when your dog is out of sight, so I closely supervise dogs at all times and do not allow off-leash activity or interactions with unfamiliar dogs. Safety and attentive care are always my top priorities. I work remotely during the day and attend school in the evenings, so I am only away from home for a short period, about three hours. This allows me to provide consistent supervision, timely walks, and attentive care throughout the day. I have a fenced yard and one dog in my home. Dogs are always closely supervised, kept on leash outside the yard, and never allowed to interact with unfamiliar dogs. Safety, structure, and consistency are my top priorities.
About: My family and I have always had multiple dogs raised from puppies to full grown dogs that I helped to care for. This includes walking, bathing, feeding, playing fetch, trimming nails and taking them to the vet. I have also taken care of our farm animals daily needs. I work part time and my day to day schedule is very flexible. I am open to same day sitting jobs if needed. I am available to take dog to the vet as well. I have one friendly dog that loves furry company. I can accommodate needs of sitting location, depending on client’s preference. I have toys, crates, treats and dog beds to ensure comfort and needs are met.

Please leave clear instructions with your fur-baby so I can ensure they utmost care. I treat pets the same we way we treat our children. They will get the best care in my home. I am flexible with your instructions.
About: Hi! Please see note before sending a message: I work during the day from 7-4, but am provided a lunch break, during which time I always go home and take care of them. I am a dog-lover and mom, and will do whatever it takes to spend time with dogs and more dogs! I love going to the dog park to see dogs play and just simply be dogs. I have been a proud mom of an old Great Dane, and currently a 6-year old. I have also watched friends’ and family members’ dogs for a couple of days to up to a few weeks. I love having them around me. I will take wonderful care of your four, three, or even two legged animal, because all dogs deserve the best! I love walking, running, laughing and playing with dogs, so whatever your fur-baby needs, they shall have! I hope we have the opportunity to meet soon! I would love to help out you, and most importantly, your animal! I have a daytime, during the week job, but can fit in your animal’s needs around my schedule. Weekends are always wide open for me I make sure to update you with pictures during your pet’s stay, and have plenty of toys for your baby to play with. I make sure to keep doors closed and open them carefully, so they don’t escape
“My dog absolutely loved him. He was anxious the first day but Keith really helped him get comfortable and by the third day he was happily running inside, not sparing me a second glance. Would 100% have Keith watch my dog again.”

About: I’ve been a dog dad for 6+ years and have taken care of pets for neighbors, teachers, and friends for years, from walking and feeding to live-in care. I’m a college instructor on break between semesters so my schedule is flexible with lots of availability for all your pet care needs, whether one time walking or in home stays. I have a friendly corgi named Rufus who loves other dogs and we live in a house near the Garden District with an unfenced yard where I walk him around the neighborhood twice daily.
“My experience with Robin was exceptional. I have used another sitter through Rover before and the experience was okay, but I noticed my puppy would come home very riled up and needing to immediately decompress. It often felt like I had to calm him down and get him back to his normal baseline. With Robin, the experience was completely different. When I picked him up, he was calm, relaxed, and acting exactly like he does at home. Even during the ride back, he settled into his crate and rested. That told me he was comfortable and well cared for during his stay. I was also a little nervous about having him around other dogs since he hasn’t spent a lot of time with other puppies. Robin was incredibly patient and reassuring. She allowed me to observe and helped me feel confident that he would be just fine, and he truly was. Another thing that stood out was how much my puppy liked her right away. As soon as he got out of the car, he was excited and curious about going inside, which meant a lot to me. I’m so glad I found Robin and truly look forward to working with her again. It’s clear my puppy felt safe and comfortable in her care.”

“Anika clearly cares so much about dogs. Before booking my dog in for daycare, she wanted to meet with us to see if our dogs were a good fit together. I really appreciated her taking the time to do that, because my dog is extremely playful and energetic and not all dogs can handle that! Knowing about a bad previous experience I had with a sitter, I feel like she took extra care to send me updates and pictures of Kaju to put me at ease. She went above and beyond in his care- taking him for walks, letting him play with her dog in the yard, and feeding him on time. I trust her completely to care for Kaju, and I know he trusts her too because he was able to take naps at her place (something that he is not always able to do due to trust issues). Anika is an exemplary dog sitter and we will be returning regularly!”

About: As a pet owner myself, I have experience with how to keep feeding routines, administer meds, walks, playtime, potty breaks, grooming and recognizing when something isn’t quite right. I’ll also provide regular updates and photos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I’m currently working remotely and part time. This leaves me plenty of time to care for pets on weekdays and weekends, throughout the day. Early mornings and late evenings are no problem. We have a private fenced in yard for those that need ample activity. Pets are cared for in the home but also have their own room for when they need a quiet corner.

About: I have loved animals ever since I was in elementary. I have had 5 Dogs, from a German Shepard to a little Yorkie Poodle mix. Currently I have 2 Guinea Pigs and 2 Leopard Geckos and a beautiful cat named karma. Family members and friends have asked me to look after their fur babies for days and entrusted them with me. I give my all when watching the fur babies and treat it as if they were mine. :) I am currently a full time college student, I am studying marine biology and plan to use that degree to go to a veterinarian School. While I may have classes in the morning and late afternoon, I have plenty of time to look after the beautiful fur babies you trust me with. When first entering an environment, it's important to take a mental note of any hazards that could be a danger to the animal. Any hazards being, loose metal wires they could chew, or foods that may be dangerous to them. Examining a new environment is also important. Always making sure to not have any allowed guests inside the customers house is very important part of great service as well, to instill that trust that the client has put in you for their furry loved one!
About: I’ve been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always been a natural part of my life. Growing up with pets taught me responsibility, patience, and the joy that comes from truly understanding an animal’s needs. As an adult, I’ve continued that commitment through responsible pet ownership, giving my own pets a loving, structured, and enriching home. My foundation in animal care goes even deeper thanks to my years in 4‑H, where I gained hands‑on experience in dog husbandry. From training and grooming to understanding canine behavior and proper health routines, 4‑H gave me practical skills that I still use every day. It shaped the way I approach pet care—with intention, respect, and a focus on safety and well‑being. Whether it’s daily walks, structured play, or simply offering a calm, comforting presence, I bring a lifetime of experience and genuine love for animals to every pet I care for. Your dog isn’t just another booking to me—they’re a member of the family, and I treat them with the same attention and affection I give my own. Working from home allows me to build pet care into the rhythm of my day in a way that feels effortless and intentional. Mornings start with a quick check‑in, fresh water, and a walk to get everyone moving. Throughout the workday, I’m able to offer consistent companionship — whether that’s a midday potty break, a play session between meetings, or simply being a calm presence while I work. I can keep an eye on their behavior, maintain feeding schedules, and respond quickly to their needs. Afternoon breaks often turn into enrichment time: a walk, a puzzle toy, or a little training practice to keep their minds engaged. Even as I wrap up my workday, pets stay part of the flow — evening walks, dinner routines, and plenty of attention. Working from home means your pet gets steady care, structure, and affection woven naturally into my day, not squeezed in around it. I have a fenced yard and 2 friendly dogs (74 lb. silver lab + 35 lb. terrier mix). My goal is to keep your pets routine consistent while providing a clean, safe and calm environment. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their normal rhythm. I follow your feeding, walking, and medication schedules exactly as you outline, and I make sure they get the same level of attention and affection they’re used to. I also keep your home tidy, respect your space, and provide updates so you always know how your pet is doing.
“Jason was great with Bowie! So glad we were able to find him in a pinch. Jason kept in great communication with us, and it was clear Bowie really enjoyed his stay.”

“My boy had such a good day with Courtney!! He attached to her and made him a new bestie today. Very thankful she was able to accommodate me in my last minute needs! Would definitely trust her with my baby again in the future!!”

About: I have three huskies at home. Taking care of them requires a lot of attention, energy, and patience. (Heavy on the patience LOL) My boyfriend also has a boxer, so I have plenty of experience walking, feeding, and playing with large energetic dogs. I am always looking to walk, house sit, or just have a playdate with your fur baby! I am always willing to anything to provide a great life for our babies. Whether that is a walk, playing, or giving them their favorite treats! I keep safety and care for our babies by simply following the rules! If specific rules or instructions are placed ( ex: certain ways to feed your dog or cat) the. I follow them to a tee. Before letting dogs out I always look to see if there are any wild animals before letting them out. (One of my huskies brought me an opossum. Was not fun🙈) Small actions like these provide safety and protection for our fur babies.
About: I am an animal science student at LSU (geaux tigers). I have both personal and clinical experience with many pet species and have a deep understanding of their needs and will ensure they are properly cared for. I have plenty of time during the weekends! In addition, I am available early mornings 6-8 am and afternoon/ evenings 3-8pm. These time ranges ensure I’m available during feedings and safe walking temperatures. As an animal science student and personal dog parent, I understand the importance of animals needing to feel loved and safe. I am knowledgeable on proper walking practices as well as common commands for trained dogs in order to keep both the pet and I safe.
About: I’m an animal lover through and through! Hopefully one day soon, a professional pup groomer☺️ and I would love to spend time with your fur babies!! I would prefer to watch your pup(s) at my house since I do have fur babies of my own, or be able to bring my dog along with me to your house. Only if it’s safe to do so of course! Just for reference, my baby is a male, mini-dachshund. He’s 11 years old and is a timid, loving sweet boy. But if that’s not an option, that’s okay too! I also have two cats who are both loving and do well with dogs! If we’re boarding at my house, I can pickup and drop off for you as well. I work a Monday-Friday job, and am typically off by 4:30! Anytime outside of those hours will be allotted for the care of any fur babies you entrust me with(: I live in a quiet spot not far from LSU! I have a pretty big yard and safe walking areas for long walks. All I’ll need is a collar and leash (:

“Chelsy is so awesome! She kept me updated on my pup all weekend which made me comfortable leaving him with her and I knew he was well taken care of. I definitely recommend her as a sitter.”

“Alayja truly exceeded my expectations. Despite the short notice, she provided exceptional care for my dog, treating him as if he were her own. Her attention to detail and genuine love for animals put me at ease. I am incredibly grateful for her outstanding service and will definitely be booking with her again in the future.”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for a variety of dogs through my previous work assisting a sitter on Rover. During that time, I helped with daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, and making sure each dog felt safe and comfortable in their environment. I worked with different breeds, sizes, and personalities, which taught me how to adjust my care to meet each animal's unique needs. I understand how important consistency, patience, and attention are when it comes to animals. Whether it's an energetic pup that needs extra playtime or a more relaxed dog that just wants companionship, I make sure they receive the care and affection they deserve. I'm also comfortable following specific instructions, including feeding schedules, medication, and any special care requests. My goal is always to create a calm, loving, and trustworthy environment so pets feel secure while their owners are away. I treat every animal as if they were my own and prioritize their happiness, safety, and well-being at all times. As a college student with a very flexible schedule, I'm able to dedicate plenty of time and attention to pet care throughout the day. My availability allows me to accommodate walks, drop-ins, and extended stays without feeling rushed. Because of this flexibility, I can adjust to your pet's routine and make sure they get consistent care, attention, and companionship whenever they need it. 1 understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet and your home, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I always prioritize safety by staying attentive, following instructions carefully, and making sure pets are secure and comfortable in their environment. You can count on me to provide dependable, respectful care while giving your pet the love and attention they deserve.
“This was our dog’s 2nd stay with Amanda. As soon as I dropped her off at Amanda’s house, I could tell Marley remembered being there and was excited to be back! Amanda sends frequent updates and pictures, which really helped us not to worry about our baby while we were away. Will definitely book with her again in the future!”

“Bradley graciously accepted a short notice booking for our dog Ghost. He was very communicative and responsive leading up to and throughout the boarding stay. Bradley’s dog Beaux is very sweet, gentle & got along well with Ghost. We 100% recommend Bradley for boarding.”

“We have been so happy with Tracy and her level of care for our toy poodle. Tracy and her kids treated our dog like she was family. I know our dog felt right at home while we were gone. I received multiple updates and pictures while we were away. We’ve booked with her twice now and will continue to use her for the future.”

“Emery was wonderful, communicated a ton, took upon herself to brush her daily and take her to get her nails trimmed. So helpful and so kind and accommodating!! Highly recommend and we will be back!”

“I felt so secure leaving Oso with JC! She communicated perfectly, always responded in a timely manner, sent photos and updates on how he was getting along with others. I will 100% be bringing Oso back to her whenever I travel. Usually Oso can’t get away quick enough from people that watch him, but he hung around and wanted her to pet him when she came to drop him off. She has such good energy, very knowledgeable about all dogs, and I could tell Oso felt like he went on vacation with her!”

“Finding someone who genuinely cares for your dog as much as you do is a rare treasure. Olivia is exactly that kind of person. She has been my go-to dog sitter for a while now, and I can't recommend her enough. Every time I leave my dog in Olivia's care, I know he's in the best hands possible. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his comfort and happiness, even considering his special needs. Whether it’s making sure he’s comfortable with his limited mobility or handling the extra care he requires, Olivia does it all with such attentiveness and love. She's simply the best. Thank you so much Olivia!”

“From the moment we stepped into Jena’s home I knew we had made the right decision. I have no doubts 130lb baby was very well taken care of. We will definitely use her again.”
