We had interviewed our 7mo old puppy for Camp Bow Wow the day prior and we’re just horrified that anyone would board their dog there. About: Lauren and I have always had family pets since we were kids. As adults, we cared for our own pets and the pets of family and friends. We've cared for dogs of all sizes and ages and are aware of dietary restrictions that many pets have. We always ask questions to get to know you, your home, and your pets to ensure that we a re providing a safe, respectful sit for all involved. We live full time in a converted van that we've used to travel the US for the past year. We shoot media for music festivals and bounce from festival to festival! With the winter coming, we decided to settle down into our new favorite city. We can't wait to meet you and your pets! While caring for your pet, my wife and I will be home most of the day as we'll be working remotely. We are available for the majority of the day to attend to your pets needs including walks, play, snuggles, and feeding. We are used to morning and afternoon feeding and walks with dogs. We are typically up around 7 am so animals who are early risers are not a problem. If sitting in your home, know that we are clean, respectful, and recognize that we are guests in someone else's home and your home and animals will be treated as such.
About: I’ve had a dog in the house since I was 5 years old. I worked at a vet clinic for 2 years as a boarder before I permanently moved to Baton Rouge. I go to LSU and major in animal science. I have medicated and taken care of anxious/aggressive dogs. I am patient, gentle, and I take account that each pet is a family member to each owner. I am currently enrolled at LSU majoring in Animal science. I have wanted to foster or get a pet of my own since moving here but I have not been able to, so I decided to make my side hustle helping others with the things I love to do. I update my colander regularly, but sometimes things come up, just message me! I am easygoing and easy to communicate with. I have a fenced little yard and I enjoy walking around my gated neighborhood, so I will do so with your pet. I follow instructions well, I am aware each pet is different and have their own personality. I’m slow and a quick learner, since I have handled hundreds different dogs for a handful of years. If I am ever confused on an instruction my first instinct is to contact you to make sure and not just “assume”.

We had interviewed our 7mo old puppy for Camp Bow Wow the day prior and we’re just horrified that anyone would board their dog there. When we did a meet and greet the next day, our pup vibes with her and her son immediately!! They had a clean home and BIG pet friendly backyard. After meeting her in person we knew they were the perfect option for our pup while we were away. Maverick (our dog) had a cough before we dropped him off with Courtney, and his symptoms just got worse. Courtney took him to the emergency vet for us on a Sunday and made sure he was properly seen and cared for! She’s gone so out of her way to treat our boy like her own and it really shows!
