I’m also a full-time nursing student, but even with my busy schedule, I always make time for your pets. I don’t offer boarding in my home just yet, but I’m more than happy to come to your home to care for your pets! If you have ANY questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask — I’m very responsive and always willing to help. Whether I’m house sitting or just stopping by for a check-in, your dog will get plenty of attention and time outside. I genuinely enjoy spending quality time with pets—whether that means playing, going for walks, or simply relaxing with some snuggles. I believe dogs deserve companionship and stimulation, not long hours confined to a crate. When they’re in my care, they’ll stay active, engaged, and loved—chances are they’ll be happily worn out by the time you return!
About: I have been caring for animals for 8 years plus counting and it's by far my favorite kind of job. I'm very comfortable with reactive dogs and can use my training to help better understand their behaviors. I have experience with senior dogs and post surgery care. I am comfortable with pet medication and administering when needed for pets. I'm currently working part-time, so my time is very open. I'm available anytime after 1pm during the weekdays and anytime after 12pm during the weekends. I have a fenced in yard and live near a park with trails. “I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet!
