About: I am a dog mom of two! They are my world, but I have never met an animal I didn’t like!! Small or big they are all special and need love!! I work as a caregiver in the evenings Monday through Thursday 3:30-10 and Friday 3:30-8. So I am available all other hours of the day. I also have the flexibility if I must to make a quick stop by during working hours if I need. I have a fenced in yard and two dogs who love making new friends and having play dates! I believe that the house is there home and they are welcome to sleep and lay on the couches and beds!!

I had spoken to many people and wasn’t comfortable with anyone as I had my prior dog walker in Ny for over 10 years. I found Tanika and she and I hit it off right away: she was super accommodating to my ever changing schedule. I was nervous to have my one rescue dog meet anyone because he could be unpredictable. Tanika came armed with treats and was relaxed and so easy going with all the dogs that he took to her first!!!! Tanika had been above and beyond amazing . About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life—I’ve never known a home without a dog. Growing up, I had the opportunity to care for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from energetic Jack Russell Terriers to loyal Labrador Retrievers and loving Pitbulls. About: Throughout most of my life my family has had cats. For a long time when I moved to the country, we only had one cat that was outside most of the time, his name was Henry and he was so sweet. However, after he passed, we adopted two beautiful baby kittens a few months later, Teddy and June! Me and my siblings helped raise those tiny kittens to the big beautiful fur balls they are now and they are the most loving and sweetest cats we have ever had for our family. I also help take care of cats through the humane society at my job at Petsense, I do my best to visit the local humane societies as often as I can to love on all the kitty babies. About: I’ve had dogs since I was a kid. I’ve cared for friends and families dogs of all sizes and ages. I currently have a female American bully but in the past I’ve had English mastiffs, pit bulls, and a border collie. I enjoy high energy dogs that love to run and play as well as older dogs that just want to play around and be loved on. I’m currently on summer break. I am an athlete at Eastern Kentucky University and have required practices every day but I’m gone no longer than 3 hours per day. About: With your pets permission, they will be loved on. Pets in my care will be treated like family. I have been around pets of all kinds my whole life and have pet sat for over 5 years! The only days of the week where I’m out for more than 3 hours is Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am at home otherwise, the more time I have with your pet, the better! I do have two cats, so they will likely be separated from your pets in a boarding situation, but I live next to a dog park so it is easily accessible for pups. I have many cat toys and treat varieties as well.

About: Apart from my good aura & energy, cats are drawn to my respectful boundaries & patience to let them come to me when they are ready. I have been cat sitting for so long that I am familiar with several types of litter boxes, toys, foods & signs. "My cat has never warmed up so fast to anyone" remains a common phrase throughout my entire life. I wake up and let my parents dog out, clean the litter box for their cats & then feed the fish in case my mother forgot. I also feed the dog in the afternoon (mom does morning) & the cats as well. Any help that is needed along with vet visits, fall on me since I am home more than anyone. I make sure that I am aware of any hiding spots in other peoples homes for cats so that I can check on them constantly even if it just means checking that they are still in the same spot. Cats, depending on playfulness, need attention & proper care. I make sure I set alarms or reminders if they need medication or special care from the owners. Watching tv, reading a book or cleaning are my favorite past times while I cat sit. If I need to be home all day with them, then I will entertain myself easily.
About: I’ve been an avid animal lover since I was a kid. I have worked with and been around a wide variety of animals including cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, fish, ferrets and more. Not only do my own animals rely on me for quality care, I have had the pleasure of caring for other animals while friends and family are away. Every morning before work I make sure all of my animals have food and water, as well as making sure my dogs get all of their daily vitamins and dental sticks. Currently I have open availability on weekends as well as morning and night availability throughout the week. Caring for pets is a big responsibility and I take pride in knowing animals will be safe with me. At the beginning of booking with me I would set up a meet and greet to make sure your pets are comfortable with me. After doing so, we would begin services. During services I will make sure to closely monitor your pets, keep them leashed while not in a fenced in area, keep away from road ways and other - potentially dangerous animals. I would also ensure timely medication, feeding, and watering schedules.

About: For 8 years I have been working in the animal industry. I started as a pet groomers assistant at a two vet clinics. I quickly decided caring for animals was something i would want to dedicate my life to doing and being someone pet parents could trust and rely on to take great care of their babies.
