“I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet! About: I live in Shepherdsville with my husband and son on just under 7 acres. We have two dogs ( Olive and Blue) along with two cats (Amelia and Soleil). I am an active person and enjoy walking. In my free time I enjoy hiking with the family and camping. I currently work Monday - Thursday at Jefferson Memorial Forest. I am available in the evening and weekends. I am off all major holidays as well. We live in just under 7 acres at the end of a dead end road. Lots of room for dogs to roam and explore. Our dogs love it. About: I have been taking care of dogs since 2017. I have been professionally trained for grooming and other needs. I would love to see your dog or cat anytime. I am currently working full time at a grooming shop. But leave early morning and come back mid afternoon. They would still have a lot of play time and a free back yard to roam around in. About: Throughout most of my life my family has had cats. For a long time when I moved to the country, we only had one cat that was outside most of the time, his name was Henry and he was so sweet. However, after he passed, we adopted two beautiful baby kittens a few months later, Teddy and June! Me and my siblings helped raise those tiny kittens to the big beautiful fur balls they are now and they are the most loving and sweetest cats we have ever had for our family. I also help take care of cats through the humane society at my job at Petsense, I do my best to visit the local humane societies as often as I can to love on all the kitty babies. Cats are beautiful creatures and I truly love every single one I meet, I want to take care of each of them as best I am able. ❤️ I am very clean and make sure that when I am cleaning their space (litter box, play toys, etc.) I do a good job so they can be comfortable. About: As far as cats go, I have experience bathing, brushing, and trimming nails. As well as bathing and brushing for dogs. I also have experience administering liquid and pill medicine for both cats and dogs. :) I am the parent of a lazy domestic short hair cat named Eddie. I’ve had him for about three years and before Mr. Eddie, I’ve helped in providing care for many cats and dogs of all different breeds for family and friends. I feed Eddie twice a day (morning and night) and refill his water fountain every morning. Litter is changed every other day. He has two cat towers and more toys than I can count. He enjoys playing with other cats and has no problem sharing his space. As for pets in others homes I follow routines exactly as instructed.

About: I've had a fur baby in my arms since I was a child. Not only did I raise my own, but I've kept my friends, my co-workers and my son's dogs while they were out of town, for a day, a week and sometimes longer. I cared for my son's senior boy while he worked, and then he brought the newest baby to me everyday she when she was a puppy, so she wasn't home alone and I could potty train her with love. I raised our German shepherd with my sons from the time she and my youngest were both just 8 weeks old. When Libby was almost 18 yo we had to have our vet assist her in crossing the rainbow bridge. From there I got my first tiny dog, a little boy named Dexter, Chihuahua 6.6 lbs, and then shortly after I got Danika, Chihuahua 5.5 lbs. They went everywhere with me, vacations, nail salon, shopping. They had a purse they loved to jump right in and 2 booster seats so they were secured safely in my car. I lost Dexter to heart disease at 14 yo and poor little Danika was lost without him. I adopted Lucylle, Chihuahua 6 lbs, she was 2 yo. She was left at the vet by her previous family, that never came back to get her. She was very aggressive towards everyone in the beginning and it took me 3 months of patience and love to bring her out of it. By that time her and Danika were best friends, and loving companions, of course they went everywhere with me. We lost Danika just few months ago, she was 16 yo. That's when I decided to start my journey with Rover, to bring some added joy into mine and Lucylle's life and give other fur babies a safe and loving place to visit when family were away. I retired 04-2024, Lucylle and I have plenty of time on our hands. I bought a patio home, with a nice fenced back yard, where I sit in the morning or anytime during the day/evening and watch Lucylle go out and do her business or just play. We take walks around the neighborhood or down at the walking trail. My neighbors are also dog lovers, they just love little Lucylle. I have a fenced back yard for them to play in with my girl, and I keep a watchful eye on them when they are outside. I can crate your baby if needed, as I do my own sometimes. I have little beds and/or a blanket for them to snuggle when they are napping. Being retired gives me plenty of time for your fur baby (and mine). Caring, playing and loving them as if they were my own.

They all have extensive training and are completely safe with others. They know just how to make our new guest feel right at home! All my boarder dogs are treated as family, allowed on beds and furniture and cage free unless otherwise requested. Bath or grooming add ons are always available! All baths/ grooms come complete with a cute Pic! Please feel free to reach out with any questions ❤️ I work from home in my at home grooming salon, so your pet will never be alone. Should I need to leave the house for small errands, there is still someone left at home, or the animal will have a safe enclosed room to themselves. My Backyard is attached to the house and fully enclosed with a large wooden privacy fence. Pets are never left outside unattended and are kept in my view at all times.

About: I’ve always had an especially loving touch with animals, I’ve got 3 cute cats at home that I help care for and I’ve been professionally cat and dog sitting/walking for a while! I prefer going to a client's house to take care of their animals in a familiar environment, along with a detailed list of instructions of do's and dont's for their pet. Instructions on animal care are to ensure the animal's safety when they are with me, without me needing to unnecessarily contact and bother the owner while they are away. Also, a general list of outdoor activities I can do with the pet is welcome. For example, if I can take the pet hiking, to the park, for walks, etc. Also, does your pet get along with other animals, children, or people well, and does your pet get car sick? These variables are essential information for me to know to ensure the best care while you are away. My passion is pets, and I want to ensure your pets are comfortable and safe with me, so I highly encourage more than enough information on caring for your babies. Please note if your location is 40 miles, plus, in distance from my Rover given location, I charge for milage, for the traveling/distance in the initial reservation contact message for meet and greets. “I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet! About: I have been taking care of dogs since 2017. I have been professionally trained for grooming and other needs. I would love to see your dog or cat anytime. I am currently working full time at a grooming shop. But leave early morning and come back mid afternoon. They would still have a lot of play time and a free back yard to roam around in. Each pet will have there own room. With kennels available. Water full time and plenty of toys and love to go around for all the little ones.
