About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for over 50 years. I was so lucky to grow up in a home that was the local Noah’s Arc. This childhood formed my commitment and love to animals. About 20 years ago, I decided to enter the world of pure bred dogs and have been an avid exhibitor and breeder of Pointers and Ridgebacks focused always on good temperaments and health. I love dogs and really believe it’s important that each animal I care for, feels at home, comfortable, pampered, exercised and loved. I have 4 dogs that are super casual and it has been very easy to bring animals into my home. I will only take 1 or 2 dogs at a time, as I want to be able to provide the best care possible for them. Your animals are treated as though they are mine and the care and love they will experience can only be exceeded by you. It’s always stressful for animals to be away from their families, so the more I can do to relieve this stress, the better I feel. I always tease my clients that their dogs may come home a little spoiled. I’m very much available all day really to take care of the dogs as my schedule is very flexible. In addition my brother lives with me and he helps me take care of the dogs. There is always a person at our house while your dog will be visiting. I have two cats and two dogs at home so I spend plenty of time with all of them by playing with them, feeding them, showing them new activities, and spoiling them! We have a fenced in back yard. I am ok with potty training, as I taught my own puppy!! short drop ins, long hours, overnight, I’ll do it all. About: I have always had dogs and cats in my life. I have cared for senior animals when it got more difficult and puppies that needed round-the-clock care. I’ve also been trusted by family, neighbors, and friends to care for their homes and pets while they were away. About: Lifelong animal lover with two dogs and a horse currently. I work as a registered nurse but my alternate career path would’ve been veterinary medicine! One of my dogs is medically fragile so I am comfortable caring for dogs who require a little extra attention for their needs. I work full-time as a flight nurse but my schedule is incredibly flexible and I have whole weeks off at a time. During my on weeks, I have availability for drop-ins on the days that I am home.
