I love animals and am willing to doggy/cat sit anytime any day. I have 3 dogs myself and love cats. I am patient and I have no trouble with bigger dogs and will provide service to the best of my abilities. I can also baby sit if needed. I currently unemployed as I will be leaving for college in late May. I am available all day everyday and can stop by at anytime to feed, potty break, or walk dogs and cats alike. I’ve also looked after plenty of animals for family and friends when they’re out of town, with one family friend having me come back to dog sit for them for the last three years! Right now, I’m home from college for the summer, and don’t have a job, so my schedule is pretty free unless I have an appointment or other things going on on a certain day! About: I’ve lived around dogs and other animals my whole life. I’ve owed many different breeds of dogs. I feel like often my focus is dogs but I love all animals, cats, rabbits you name it. This is extremely Exciting for me because I love animals, I’m that person who is always wanting to take in that wondering stray. My family bred cocker spaniels when I was a child so that meant cleaning crates, bathing, basic grooming (cutting hair, brushing, trimming nails) I know some training like crate training house training, basic commands such as sit, stay, lay down, come when called, and wait for food. I can work with all breeds and know quite a bit about all dog breeds and backgrounds. I’m currently self-employed and have plenty of time on my hands. My mornings make up most of my free time, so mornings work best for me. Currently I have two dogs of my own that run on a time based schedule that includes routine feeding, bathroom break, play, quiet time, and one daily chewy treat. About: My animal experience goes way back to childhood. At the age of 7 I started in 4h, learning about animal husbandry. By the age of 13 I was volunteering at the local riding stables. By high school, I was working at the local animal shelter, volunteering with local rescues and advancing my education in dog training, with hopes of getting into service dogs. About: My Grandmother was a Colorado State award-winning dog trainer and I grew up helping her care for her three Belgian Tervurans. I've owned several dogs throughout my life as well. I have a history of volunteer work at shelters and have cared for a wide range of dogs! I have three kids aged 3, 4, and 7 who have grown up around all types of animals, including dogs of all sizes. Currently, we have one ferret, one cat, and we just rescued a puppy! We are extremely active with our animals and play with them throughout the day! My wife and I both work 35 hours a week on opposite schedules so one of us is always available! We have separate days off so 5 days a week, one of us has the day off. Outside: We have a large fenced in back yard with only one exterior entry point which is double gated. The double gated side yard is where we usually meet the owners when they come for pick up. The double gated entry way provides protection from escape artists🤣 We have a large metal container that we use as a water trough that we fill with ice water 3 times a day to keep all dogs well hydrated! We have lots of dog toys for the back yard as well. Inside: Dogs sleep upstairs on the main floor, but during the day, they have full access to the house and back yard. We do not provide kennels but will use one if the owner brings one. Dogs eat at the same time we eat. We send LOTS of pictures and updates throughout the day!

About: Hi! I’m Alison, but most people call me Alie. I’ve grown up around pets my whole life—everything from hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits to cats, geckos, and of course dogs of all sizes. I’ve raised dogs from puppies all the way through their senior years, and I’ve also adopted shelter dogs. My early experience comes from helping at the animal hospital where my mom worked, and that taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, and compassion in caring for animals. I’m 40, have a degree in Elementary Education, and work full time. Outside of work, I spend most of my free time with my own dog, Sammy. We go hiking, kayaking, walking in the woods, and even out on the river together—he’s truly part of the family. That same love and dedication is what I bring to caring for your pets. ⸻ My Care Style • I treat pets like family, making sure they get plenty of love, attention, and activity. • I follow your pet’s routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. • Walks, playtime, and enrichment are always part of the day. • I can take pets on fun outings like park walks, trips to Lowe’s/Home Depot, or pet stores if requested. • Safety is a top priority—I drive a mid-sized SUV with a hammock in the back seat to protect pets during travel. ⸻ Availability • I work on Ft.Knox, I can walk and/or do check-ins on weekdays if you live on post (weekends also of course) • I live in Elizabethtown, I can assist in the surrounding areas before or after work hours, on my way to and from work • Weekends not limited and can accommodate anything including house sitting. ⸻ Helpful Info I’d Like to Know To provide the best care, I ask pet parents to share: • Any food or toy aggression triggers • If your pet dislikes being touched in certain areas • How they behave with kids, loud noises, or other pets • Whether they’re comfortable in new environments or around stairs • Any allergies, health issues, or special routines The more I know, the better I can make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. My daily schedule is basically built around my two dogs, and caring for them isn’t something I would consider as “fitting-in”, they are my routine. My friend tells me that I have an “unnecessary amount of empathy” for my dogs. I don’t care for my dog, or any pet, like normal people do. I treat animals as my kids and love to see them happy, healthy, and in a good home ( mine has the tv on when I go to work). If I’m caring for another’s pet, Sammy usually goes to his grandmas so your pet can have my full attention. If I am caring for a pet in a clients home, I’m flexible and will accommodate the pets usual schedule, plus anything extra such as taking them to the park, to Lowe’s or Home Depot to walk around, or a pet store. I have a mid sized SUV and I use a hammock in my back seat to prevent injuries in the event of any accidents.

I establish a " sense of security" for the animals with training and intuition , that has developed over my life experiences handling animals. I enjoy seeing the happiness in my own pets; for instance, after a hike. I will treat your pets with compassion and as if they are a ' part ' of my family , while they are in my care. We are an active family so being outside a lot is important and we love to share that with animals. I do not have a fenced yard at my house, I always stay with my puppy weather on leads or ecollar. We have an electric fence but I ensure nothing can come into our yard(other animals, people etc). If we do not use the electric fence we use a long lead. At a clients home if they have a fenced yard I would still never leave an animal unattended, that’s just me personally. I would love to spend time with your pets outside, maybe we can play a little or if your fur babies just wanna soak up some sun and relax, I’m here for it all! If the client does not have a fenced yard I would use a long lead or regular leash and never leave the pup pup unattended. For safety both in my own home or clients I utilize a crate if necessary, and positive reinforcement for good behavior! I also have experience with muzzles and other tools(collars, leads, head leads, etc) Its not only about protecting me and others but to ensure the safety of the animal as well. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. I grew up on a farm, and love all animals. I watch my friends and families dogs regularly; walking, feeding, and bathing their four legged family members I do work from 8-330 Monday-Friday, but have an 1.5hour lunch daily, and always have free time after work. Outside of work, I just spend time with my dog. I have a fenced in yard, 4 year old Australian Shepard mix that loves other dogs. Tons of toys, and activities to keep your pups busy.

About: I spent my whole life around cats and dogs. I even helped take care of neighbor pets when they were out of town. Now as an adult I have four cats (Maya, Millie Gracie, and Hank) and 3 dogs (Koda, Skye, and Duke). All of them are spoiled and treated just like my kids. Our family has fostered for the local animal shelter and rescue groups. Some of our fosters were injured, pregnant, new mom with babies, and sick ones needing nursed back to health. As a family we also travel and so I understand the need to have not only reliable but caring and trusted care for your pets. I can guarantee that I will provide that. I’ve also looked after plenty of animals for family and friends when they’re out of town, with one family friend having me come back to dog sit for them for the last three years! I also have a slat mill and dog pacer treadmill to provide plenty of exercise during inclement weather. I can also provide plenty of enrichment via puzzle toys, lick mats and kongs which is important for mental stimulation.

I love animals and am willing to doggy/cat sit anytime any day. I have 3 dogs myself and love cats. I am patient and I have no trouble with bigger dogs and will provide service to the best of my abilities. I can also baby sit if needed. About: Animals have a special part in my life. I have always loved and taken care of animals since I was little. I am a very flexible person and I will always change my schedule to meet yours.
