“Brittney did an amazing job with my 2 cats. In addition to all the basics being well done, Brittney gets cats - not everyone does! She was attentive and interacted with both of them on their terms as both have very different personalities. My very interactive “dog” cat followed her all around and I could tell from the pics that she was less anxious than usual when I am away. The shyer cat, who some folks never even see, was actually PLAYING with Brittney by the 2nd visit! Both of my cats have been loving and friendly on my return rather than sulking and hiding. About: I am a pet owner myself. I have a 2 year old puppy, great pyrenees and mount bernese mix, Willow. We adopted her at 8 weeks old and have been happy ever since. I’m currently working part time at a local grocery store. I’m free in the evenings Monday-Wednesdays, available all day Thursdays and Fridays. Available late afternoon Saturdays and Sundays. I’ll follow any instruction that is needed to take care of your pet. I can give baths, play with your pet in the backyard, and I will clean any mess your pet makes. About: I have been in the pet-sitting scene for 3 years now! Started with friends and family, then branched out from there! I've learned how to care for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and my favorite type of pet: rodents (Guinea Pigs are the Best!). Taken care of older pets that need medications and careful care, as well as young and energetic pets that need some more playtime and enrichment! I believe one of the most important skills to have to be a great pet sitter is proper and clear communication with the owners. I communicate how often an owner would want! I would communicate with videos and pictures of your pet's adventures, or communicate any concerns if any arise. I want to make sure that while you're away, you can rest easy knowing your pet is safe and happy! :) I do work part-time as of right now, typically working 15-25 hours a week. I mostly work morning shifts from 10:30-5:00, but usually leave an hour early. If you need me to stay most of the day, please let me know at least a month in advance; I would happily take off work! There are a few things I would like to know about your furry little friend: 1. How often do they need to go out? 2. How much enrichment do they need? 3. Do they take any medication? 4. About: My animal experience goes way back to childhood. At the age of 7 I started in 4h, learning about animal husbandry. By the age of 13 I was volunteering at the local riding stables. By high school, I was working at the local animal shelter, volunteering with local rescues and advancing my education in dog training, with hopes of getting into service dogs. I have also been around dogs my whole life with my own and know how to properly take care of all ages. I know leaving your furry friend can be stressful so my goal is to help you leave some stress behind and know your pup is in loving and caring hands! Being with dogs is my happy place so I enjoy all the little things. I love getting to know each pet’s personality and making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. About: A retired couple who love animals and are willing to care for younger dogs all the way up to seniors. We have two dogs in the home. I will provide a safe, clean, welcoming home environment for your furry pet family members. I have a fenced in backyard. I also live on a cul-de-sac so I can walk the pets safely. We are also on 8 acres so they will have plenty of space to play and explore. I provide regular photos and communication so that you have peace of mind while you are away. We would love to care for your furry family member at Serenity acres. Being a retired couple, we take care of our two dogs and our horse. We love being outdoors. Your pet will get a lot of attention and outside fun. Pets are taken out on a regular basis to explore our farm. We will keep them on leash at all times when they are not in a fenced area.
