“We will definitely use Melody again- you will not be disappointed! We have a 9 month old golden doodle and decided to take a last minute trip. We have never used a boarding service before, so I was extremely nervous! Upon booking, we spoke with Melody, who was quick with her responses, she explained her background (30 years of dog sitting!), the layout of where the dogs stay, and her daily routine with them. We felt she was a good match for our expectations. We arrived at her location, and felt a huge sense of relief! Melody has safe drop off/ pick up procedures, she has multiple gates you have to go in/ out of, and a large area in the back for the dogs to run and play. She evaluated Charlie and reassured us she was in good hands. We received a text 5 minutes after drop off that Charlie was happy and had already made a few puppy pals. With our overly excited, crazy dog I was expecting to get a phone call asking us to pick her up-NOT AT ALL! We are very happy with this experience and in fact, we spoke with Melody about bringing Charlie a few times durning the week for daycare. She is reasonably priced and truly cares about each pup! Only negative was, we did not get to see the atmosphere of where the dogs stay inside, but this is Melody’s house, so we respect that.”

“If I could give her more stars I would. I had been looking for a little while for someone to care for Sage with no progress. Unfortunately this means I was looking for last minute places for her to go. Something I truly dreaded because I really didn't want to leave her home and I couldn't take her with me. On top of all that I wanted to be able to trust the person or else I wouldn't be able to really rest with Sage being gone. I am so so so thankful for Tina. She responded quickly and was just a pleasant person from beginning to end. When I actually met Tina I had peace in leaving Sage. I was not worried at all. She was my miracle and exactly what I had been praying for.”

About: Taken care of and lived with multiple family dogs since I was a child but I’ve taken care of my own dog personally for the last 7 years. I currently only work 3 shifts a week so I am available to take care of and board your pets! I have a lot of free time which means your pet will have all the attention and love they desire. At first our dog was a little shy and unsure, but she eventually warmed up to her and started getting excited for their walks and playtime. I was honestly nice seeing her look forward to the visits. She always made sure our dog was fed and had fresh clean water, and even with only 30-minute visits, she still took the time to walk and play with her. Our dog can pull a lot during walks, but she handled her really well and seemed patient with her. About: I have been in the pet-sitting scene for 3 years now! Started with friends and family, then branched out from there! I've learned how to care for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and my favorite type of pet: rodents (Guinea Pigs are the Best!). Taken care of older pets that need medications and careful care, as well as young and energetic pets that need some more playtime and enrichment! I believe one of the most important skills to have to be a great pet sitter is proper and clear communication with the owners. I communicate how often an owner would want! I would communicate with videos and pictures of your pet's adventures, or communicate any concerns if any arise. I want to make sure that while you're away, you can rest easy knowing your pet is safe and happy! :) I do work part-time as of right now, typically working 15-25 hours a week. I mostly work morning shifts from 10:30-5:00, but usually leave an hour early. If you need me to stay most of the day, please let me know at least a month in advance; I would happily take off work! There are a few things I would like to know about your furry little friend: 1. How often do they need to go out? 2. How much enrichment do they need? 3. Do they take any medication? 4. Do they have any triggers I should be concerned about? 5. Do they have a good understanding of commands? (It's ok if not :3) 6. How long can they be left alone? In addition, I have taken care of many animals in their homes for their owners. I can handle many 'extras,' including bathing, nail trims, gland expression, and I am willing and able to medicate pets, orally or through injection (in cases such as a diabetic pets). We have never used a boarding service before, so I was extremely nervous! Upon booking, we spoke with Melody, who was quick with her responses, she explained her background (30 years of dog sitting!), the layout of where the dogs stay, and her daily routine with them. We felt she was a good match for our expectations. We arrived at her location, and felt a huge sense of relief! Melody has safe drop off/ pick up procedures, she has multiple gates you have to go in/ out of, and a large area in the back for the dogs to run and play. She evaluated Charlie and reassured us she was in good hands. We received a text 5 minutes after drop off that Charlie was happy and had already made a few puppy pals. With our overly excited, crazy dog I was expecting to get a phone call asking us to pick her up-NOT AT ALL! We are very happy with this experience and in fact, we spoke with Melody about bringing Charlie a few times durning the week for daycare. She is reasonably priced and truly cares about each pup! Only negative was, we did not get to see the atmosphere of where the dogs stay inside, but this is Melody’s house, so we respect that.”
