We reached out on extremely short notice for an overnight stay for our deaf, likely vision-impaired, fearful bully mix puppy, and Ashley and her family welcomed her into their home with open arms and all the chew goats she could imagine. They have several amazing dogs of their own, which ended up being such a great experience for our puppy. She was able to socialize, play, and experience all the normal puppy things we hoped she could have in a safe and loving environment. Honestly, I think she may have been more comfortable there than she is at our home! She did so well there. Their house is incredibly dog-friendly. Their dogs are clearly part of the family, and they gave our puppy so much patience, love, and reassurance even though she can be nervous, unsure, or reactive at times. Their backyard is basically a dream setup for dogs, with room to relieve themselves, run and play safely. I got so many updates and photos of my dog smiling and having an amazing time with their pups and getting naps. She had such a good time! I truly cannot recommend Ashley highly enough. About: I have been doing drop-in pet sitting since I was 10 years old. I also worked at a Collie breeding facility for two years. I now own my own dog and have trained her and cared for her for 7 years. I have the ability to teach agility as well as basic obedience (sit, lay down, heel, roll over, etc). I started when I was 10 years old, my neighbors across the street had a boxer and a bull dog they would have me care for when they went on family vacations. From then on my love for pet sitting had grown. In high school I was involved with FFA & agriculture classes, especially when it came to animal sciences. I competed on a state level veterinary science FFA competition in 2017 at Murray state University, and am registered in animal nutrition. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, moose is a 2 year old Great Pyrenees, and Gracie is a 6 year old Australian shepherd. I also have a 6 year old cat, he’s an indoor only kitty! My pets are my world plus some, they make my world go round. I work from home Tues-Saturday, and my work is very independent. I only have 1 meeting a day around lunch time, with 2 15 minute breaks, and then a 30 minute lunch break. During my breaks i give my dogs potty breaks & fetch time, but im able to give them potty breaks whenever necessary! As I mentioned in my experience, I work from home! Tuesday-Friday I work 10am-6:30pm. I receive 2 paid 15 minute breaks, and a 30 minute lunch break. My work is very independent, and if needed I’m able to step away from my desk for a few minutes. During my 15’s I like to sit out on the porch and soak up some sunshine, while the dogs potty, play, or enjoy the fresh air! On my lunch break, I eat as quick as I can so I can get outside to play fetch with my Australian shepherd Gracie! My Great Pyrenees, moose, is a laid back big ol boy, he goes with the flow all day long. My Aussie gracie on the other hand, is very routine based! We feed gracie before bed time to prevent tummy upsets during the day due to her high energy. I’m very aware of how dogs can be when it comes to feeding, and I tend to feed pets separately to prevent any tiffs. I have a large fenced in yard, and 2 dogs to keep your pup company! Both of my dogs are very friendly, and very well behaved. They’re both crate trained, and we have 2 crates for them. We love toys around here, so we have lots of toys to choose from!

About: I've had at least four dogs as long as I can remember. As a child, they were my first companions and my second caretakers. Even as I grew into an adult, they were always there to comfort me and to brighten the darkest of days. About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for over 50 years. I was so lucky to grow up in a home that was the local Noah’s Arc. This childhood formed my commitment and love to animals. About 20 years ago, I decided to enter the world of pure bred dogs and have been an avid exhibitor and breeder of Pointers and Ridgebacks focused always on good temperaments and health. I have been offering animal care services for eight years, and I completely love and enjoy doing it. The love that animals have for humans is an incredible thing to experience. Caring for animals makes my life so much more meaningful, and I love doing it for people who need my services. I'm currently working as an RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician) (I work with people with autism and help them better adapt to everyday life), and I work with Rover as a petsitter as well. If you contact me for a lenghty petsit, I am able to ask off work with no complications (with more than a 2 week notice), however if you are in need of a speedy petsit, I can work with your schedule (but I may have to work a few hours during the day on week days, with no complications). I prefer going to a client's house to take care of their animals in a familiar environment, along with a detailed list of instructions of do's and dont's for their pet. Instructions on animal care are to ensure the animal's safety when they are with me, without me needing to unnecessarily contact and bother the owner while they are away. Also, a general list of outdoor activities I can do with the pet is welcome. For example, if I can take the pet hiking, to the park, for walks, etc. Also, does your pet get along with other animals, children, or people well, and does your pet get car sick? These variables are essential information for me to know to ensure the best care while you are away. My passion is pets, and I want to ensure your pets are comfortable and safe with me, so I highly encourage more than enough information on caring for your babies. Please note if your location is 40 miles, plus, in distance from my Rover given location, I charge for milage, for the traveling/distance in the initial reservation contact message for meet and greets. About: I have been caring of a variety fur babies since I was a kid. I have experience with working with both younger and older fur babies. I am currently working full time while coming my masters online in counseling so I do have flexibility with working overnights. If need more availability please contact me. “Ashley was absolutely amazing. We reached out on extremely short notice for an overnight stay for our deaf, likely vision-impaired, fearful bully mix puppy, and Ashley and her family welcomed her into their home with open arms and all the chew goats she could imagine. They have several amazing dogs of their own, which ended up being such a great experience for our puppy. She was able to socialize, play, and experience all the normal puppy things we hoped she could have in a safe and loving environment. Honestly, I think she may have been more comfortable there than she is at our home! She did so well there. Their house is incredibly dog-friendly. Their dogs are clearly part of the family, and they gave our puppy so much patience, love, and reassurance even though she can be nervous, unsure, or reactive at times. Their backyard is basically a dream setup for dogs, with room to relieve themselves, run and play safely. I got so many updates and photos of my dog smiling and having an amazing time with their pups and getting naps. She had such a good time! I truly cannot recommend Ashley highly enough. About: Hello! Thanks for considering me to care for your fur babies! I’m an avid animal lover and always have been! I started when I was 10 years old, my neighbors across the street had a boxer and a bull dog they would have me care for when they went on family vacations. From then on my love for pet sitting had grown. In high school I was involved with FFA & agriculture classes, especially when it came to animal sciences. I competed on a state level veterinary science FFA competition in 2017 at Murray state University, and am registered in animal nutrition. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, moose is a 2 year old Great Pyrenees, and Gracie is a 6 year old Australian shepherd. I also have a 6 year old cat, he’s an indoor only kitty! My pets are my world plus some, they make my world go round. I work from home Tues-Saturday, and my work is very independent. I only have 1 meeting a day around lunch time, with 2 15 minute breaks, and then a 30 minute lunch break. During my breaks i give my dogs potty breaks & fetch time, but im able to give them potty breaks whenever necessary! As I mentioned in my experience, I work from home! Tuesday-Friday I work 10am-6:30pm. I receive 2 paid 15 minute breaks, and a 30 minute lunch break. My work is very independent, and if needed I’m able to step away from my desk for a few minutes. During my 15’s I like to sit out on the porch and soak up some sunshine, while the dogs potty, play, or enjoy the fresh air! On my lunch break, I eat as quick as I can so I can get outside to play fetch with my Australian shepherd Gracie! My Great Pyrenees, moose, is a laid back big ol boy, he goes with the flow all day long. My Aussie gracie on the other hand, is very routine based! We feed gracie before bed time to prevent tummy upsets during the day due to her high energy. I’m very aware of how dogs can be when it comes to feeding, and I tend to feed pets separately to prevent any tiffs. I have a large fenced in yard, and 2 dogs to keep your pup company! Both of my dogs are very friendly, and very well behaved. They’re both crate trained, and we have 2 crates for them. We love toys around here, so we have lots of toys to choose from!

About: I currently work at a doggy daycare/boarding business in NKY, I’ve learned a lot from working there. My love for dogs has grown more than I could imagine. I’ve had many pets growing up and I now have two of my own. I have two dachshunds named Harmony and Hazel. My favorite pet I’ve ever owned was my chinchilla! Her name was Bella. A home is not the same without a pet. I currently work a part time job and know my schedule two weeks at a time. I also have a business and work from home for that. I know my schedule usually months ahead of time. With that being said, my schedule is flexible! I can work mornings, mid day and evenings. I have a large back yard and a cute neighborhood that I walk my two dogs around. I live close to a few parks. I also have a full finished basement so if you need your pet to be crated or would like for them have a large space to themselves I have plenty of room.
