My children are 7 and 10 years old, they absolutely love animals. They have been educated on the proper way to approach and play with dogs and cats. At no time will the children be left with your pet alone. When my husband is in town, he arrives home around 5:45 every evening and is a big dog lover. He misses having a dog but travels too much for the military.

About: I have been a pet owner all my life and always have had a passion for animals growing up. I have been professionally pet sitting for many years now. I have 2 rescue dogs named Gemma and Ollie who I absolutely adore. I enjoy what I do and would be happy to watch your fur babies! About: Hi, I’m Katie. I’m a college student and I don’t have many years of experience, but I’m looking to gain some. I’m probably the biggest pet person you’ll ever meet and I hope I can help you and your dog or cat. I currently am a college student and I don’t have a summer job or anything so I’m just looking for something to do on the side and keep me busy and something that will fit my schedule while also enjoying time with animals I have a fenced in yard with a boxer half lab who is very friendly with medium to small size dogs and does well with cats. As I got older I began routinely house/pet sitting for my aunt who had 4 cats and my grandma who had 3 dogs. About: I can't remember a time I didn't have a dog! From birth I've always had my dog companons, I currently have 2 dogs of my own.(Deiliah, and scoob) Ive volunteered at several animal shelters delicating alot of my time to the ones who need love, and for the simple fact... How can you be sad surrounded by furry doggos...that's right you can't! I take my dog on daily walks, bathe her, love her, and play with all her favorite toys! Delilah is my rescue dog and she's been the biggest blessing to our family! I've never met a dog I don't like.. so let me love your fur babies! I accept puppies,and old dogs. All breeds are equally loved, pits, labs, Chihuahuas, and even Dobermans! I work 12 hour shifts Wednesday through Saturday. I have availability anytime after 2:00 Sunday through Tuesday I am available all day I currently work Wednesday through Saturday 2:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. I am off Sunday through Tuesday so my availability is flexible feel free to reach out During the visit if your pet gets too anxious I am able to create them a safe space or put them in their crate. I try to really behavior and adapt best to the pet.. I'm in their home therefore I adapt.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets regularly since 2017, but I’ve loved pets for much longer. Once I adopted my first dog Mia, my love for her grew into a love for every dog I lay eyes on, and I quickly became the designated sitter for all my friends’ pets. I’ve done it all from staying at their houses, taking their pets into my house, popping in for walks or play dates, and even taking in lost animals off the street to reunite them with their owners. Anything that gives me a chance to show an animal love and genuine care sets my heart aglow. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet, and that’s why when I pet sit, I treat your pets like my own because I know that’s exactly what I would want for Mia. I know every animal is different and I work with pet owners to set a plan for their pet and I follow it to a tee to keep the pet’s routine as regular as possible while the owner is away. I have extensive experience working with senior pets and pets with health problems (Mia being one herself), and I know first hand how important it is to find someone you trust to leave your pet with, especially if there are health issues, while you are gone. More of my story: It all started when we adopted my family’s first fur baby when I was 8. As an only child, I’d begged my parents for a pet for years and they finally gave in when I was in the third grade. We adopted the last kitten left of the litter at the local pound. She was a black kitten that I named Roxy. Roxy and I were inseparable during my childhood, and I can’t imagine what it would have been like growing up without her. In 2017 when I got a place of my own that allowed pets, I adopted my first dog. Found on the streets, malnourished, severely underweight and her hair lost to mites, she had just given birth to a litter. I was volunteering as a dog walker at the local shelter at the time, and when I met her, I knew from that moment that my volunteer gig had turned into something much greater. I adopted her, and 9 years later, Mia and I are one and the same. I have one other part time job serving, so I have extensive availability for you and your pet(s) and can focus especially on your pet’s needs while you are away. I will stay at your home to keep your pet in its trusted environment. We will meet before you leave to go over routines and other details for your home and your pet’s environment.
About: I've taken care of many different kinds of animals for many years. I've gravitated towards animals as long as I can remember, and have always seeked experience wherever I can. I have walked, animal sat, full groomed, bathed, and more! Anything that I haven't done, I'm always willing to learn! I currently go to college and live on campus! About: After a break from pet sitting, I have decided to start taking bookings again for walking/drop-in visits. I am also open to overnight stays at your home depending on circumstances. I have always had a soft spot for animals. They bring me such happiness and I honestly feel like we are not deserving of the love that they give! I have great anxiety when I have to Board or find care for my own pets, and I strive to bring comfort and compassionate care to others who may feel the same way! I work from home which allows me to constantly be present for the needs of my own animals and the needs of pups that are visiting my home. I have a large fenced in yard in a safe community. Visiting pups will be treated like family and will be loved on and treated like one of our own.
About: I walk the dogs at the animal shelter when I have extra time. I have done this on and off for about 3 years when I can. I work part time night shift and I’m in school 3 or 4 mornings a week, but I often have time in the afternoons and weekends. I have grown up with dogs and cats. I have 3 cats and 1 large dog at home and have always loved the company of animals.
About: We’ve had animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up on a farm in southern KY I am used to caring for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, birds, miniature pigs, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, etc! Our animals have always been apart of our family and go where we go! Our animals are allowed on the furniture, sleep in our bed, and love to visit our parents house! I am a stay at home mom so adding a pet into our daily routine is actually pretty easy! We’re used to care for our own dog! We just have them join whatever we’re doing which makes it easier. I have two Littles who love to play outside and take them walks so I usually just have our pups tag along! Our pups routine is usually out to pee in the morning, a walk after her breakfast, lots of outdoor play or sunbathe time while me and my two kiddos play our back, another walk once the kids take their naps, more play time with the kids, another walk after dinner, then a pee break before we get into bed for the night! I’m home all day as a stay at home mom and my husband is fully remote so our pup is used to having somewhere there for whatever she needs or when we do go out and about if we’re able to we take her! Our dog frequents our parents house for even more cuddles and play! Animals are always part of the family on our end.
About: I've cared and pet sit for family for years, I would watch over my Nana's ten pets for weeks at a time multiple times a year. I always look forward to when I get to sit and care for families pets and spend time with them one on one. I love the calm moments where they sleep next to you and the energy of running around in the backyard for hours and taking walks. I work a full time job in the evening, but I have two pets I care for at home before and after work. I would love to be able to help others know their animals are safe and taken care of while they're at work or out of town, especially if they're gone late at night when their pets need them most. I always make sure to approach an animal and not force myself on them until they feel comfortable around a new person. I make sure when taking them on a walk to always have them on a leash just in case and be cautious around other animals because you can't ever be too sure of other people's pets around your own. I would always check with the owner but I would love to bring approved treats for the animals as a fun surprise and maybe a new toy if it was okayed by the owner.

About: Warning ⚠️! Your furry companion will be worn out with fun activities in my large fenced in backyard, with additional happy walks and hikes. When it's time to rest, they will enjoy relaxing in my spacious clean home with plenty of love and care. I am a stay-at-home mom with children who attend summer camps. Drop off can be as early as 7:00 a.m. and for overnight stays 6:00 p.m. Pick up times can be negotiated. Large safe neighborhood, in the heart of Independence. You can trust that I will be with your pet for most of the day and I always let the owners know if I have errands to run or appointments to attend. My children are 7 and 10 years old, they absolutely love animals. They have been educated on the proper way to approach and play with dogs and cats. At no time will the children be left with your pet alone. When my husband is in town, he arrives home around 5:45 every evening and is a big dog lover. He misses having a dog but travels too much for the military.

About: I am a stay-at-home mom so I am home most of the time. I can give your doggo all the attention they need. I've taken care of dogs really for as long as I can remember. I had a great dane as a teenager so big dogs are no problem. I am a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom so I am home a most of the time, never gone for long. I am available seven days a week. I have a large fenced in yard that doggies love! I only take one dog at a time or two "sibling" dogs so that everyone can get along and hang out together. I want dogs to feel welcome in my home. I have two cats that are very used to dogs. I have a very large dog kennel to keep your dog safe when I am out and about and at night.
