About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was a little girl, and animals have always been a huge part of my life. Over the years, I’ve owned and cared for many different types of pets and have always taken the time to research their individual needs so I could give them the best life possible. I have over 30 years of experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities, from small breeds to large, powerful dogs. I’m comfortable following established routines, providing plenty of attention and playtime, and adapting my approach to each dog’s individual personality and needs. I also have experience with senior pets and understand that they may need extra patience, a slower pace, and closer attention to their comfort and behavior. My own dog is Hemi, my Rottweiler and resident “big baby.” He loves giving hugs and even knows how to tilt his head on command! Having a large dog of my own has given me plenty of hands-on experience with the strength, energy, and wonderfully goofy personalities that often come with bigger breeds. When I care for your dog, I want them to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’ll follow your instructions and their normal routine, spend quality time playing or relaxing with them, and I’m happy to send pictures and updates so you can see how they’re doing. I treat every pet in my care the way I would want someone to treat my own. As a teacher, I have a consistent schedule that makes it easy to plan pet care around my workday. I’m available for house-sitting every other week and can provide care before and after school as well as more flexible care on weekends and school breaks. When I accept a booking, I make sure I have the time to give your pet the attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve, not just rush in and out. I know it takes a lot of trust to welcome someone into your home and leave a beloved pet in their care. As a teacher and longtime pet owner, I’m responsible, dependable, and attentive to details. I’ll carefully follow your instructions and your pet’s normal routines, respect your home, and pay attention to any changes in behavior, appetite, or overall well-being. I’ll also send pictures and updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is safe, comfortable, and cared for.

About: I have experience with administering medications, picky litter box users, and coordinating feedings. Everything from the single shy kitty, to the whole household, filled with furry love.

About: I have been taking care of pets (as a job) since I was only 10 years old. I grew up wanting to be a vet (until I realized I'd have to put animals down) and decided to just take care of them myself in my own home! :) In college, I actually specialized in canine genetics if that tells you anything about my obsession. I have one Great Dane, for now, who I spoil rotten. I have also had experience training, walking, and grooming pets as well. I don't think I've ever said "no" to taking care of an animal, and that's saying a lot. I'm that person that always gets random emails, calls, and texts asking to watch their pets because of what they've heard. Dogs are my passion, truly, they are my life and get all my love! I'd love to help you out! I will care for your pets as if they were mine, always given top priority and unconditional love! I will only accept the booking if it aligns with what you need specifically :) My favorite feeling and compliment is your pets trust in me. Those words, “he/she must like you” or “they usually don’t warm up to people this quick” is what I live for! I LOVE animals and they know it, so no need to worry about if they’ll feel safe, as I’ll do everything in my power to have them enjoy every minute we spend together!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for the past 3 years and even potty trained and raised abandon kittens. I love animals and always make sure they are able to play. I’m available to work after school at 3pm and in between shifts at the YMCA. And I’m available for over night boarding any day of the week. I live in a two room apartment but I live close to the university of Kentucky and the dog park on campus is just a shirt walk.
