About: I’m 21 years old and have grown up around animals my entire life. I have hands on experience caring for a wide range of pets, especially dogs of all sizes and breeds. I’ve had dogs my whole life from Chihuahuas and Dachshunds to Pit Bulls and Belgian Shepherds so I’m comfortable with everything from small, high energy pups to large, working breeds. I still care for my childhood Dachshund and currently have a Belgian Shepherd, which has given me strong experience with daily routines, training basics, exercise needs, and attentive care. I treat every pet as if they were my own and focus on keeping them safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. Pet care is my full time job, so it’s fully built into my daily and weekly routine. This allows me to dedicate my time and attention to each pet’s individual needs, whether that’s walks, feedings, playtime, medications, or just extra companionship. About: I have experience working at a doggy daycare and boarding. There I have learned how to bathe, nail trim, read body language, and deeply care about these furry friends. I worked with all kinds of dogs, ranging in size/breed and age. I also have owned dogs my whole life, as have my friends, which I pet sit for frequently. I can pills dogs and disperse ear medication. My availability is fairly open. I can be more specific with the pet parents as we connect, in order to find something that works great for both of us. I do not offer services within my home, as I live in an apartment downtown. However I will follow any instructions given diligently. I grew up wanting to be a vet (until I realized I'd have to put animals down) and decided to just take care of them myself in my own home! :) In college, I actually specialized in canine genetics if that tells you anything about my obsession.
