“Thank you so much! This was our first experience using Rover and overall, it was a good one. Shunita was great and flexible in allowing us to come and pick them up at the end of our night so we didn’t need to leave them overnight. They were kept in kennels but Shunita said she lets them out every 2-3 hours to play in the back yard and go potty. Our puppies are on the larger size and not used to being kenneled or separated so, in the future, I will likely look for someone that allows them to join into a family atmosphere where they can roam & play freely. A smaller or older dog w/lower energy would do great, or a dog that’s used to being in a kennel. (That’s just a preference thing for the current puppies we have.) Shunita was very nice and made me feel relaxed and comfortable in leaving our puppies for the day.”

I currently have two dogs of my own, Murphy and Lucky, they are my whole heart and I love every pet I care as if they were part of my family. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine because I work overnight shifts from 9pm–5am, Monday-Friday, which gives me a flexible daytime schedule. I’m able to adjust my sleep schedule as needed, so I have plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, medication administration, playtime, and overnight care. In my home, I do my best to create a safe and comfortable environment where pets can feel relaxed, cared for, and entertained. I have a fully fenced-in yard that backs up to a park, which gives dogs plenty of space for supervised outdoor time, play, and exercise. I also have a separate guest room available if an owner prefers their pet to have their own quiet space during their stay with us. I understand that every pet has different routines and comfort levels, so I try to keep their schedule as consistent as possible with feeding times, potty breaks, walks, medications, playtime, and rest. I’m happy to accommodate senior pets, puppies, and pets with medical or mobility needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure they feel comfortable in their familiar environment while keeping up with their normal routine and giving them plenty of attention, affection, and companionship. I always treat both pets and homes with respect and care, and I know how important communication and reliability are while you’re away from your pets. I love to send parent’s updates on their babies and we can work out details on how frequently you would like pictures sent!

About: I have years of experience taking care of both dogs and cats, and with housesitting as well. I am able to help support animals who have health concerns, special needs, and anxiety. I can administer medication and give shots as well. I have a senior kitty and an adult age cat myself, so plenty of experience with senior care. And I have experience with dogs of all ages, including puppies and seniors. I am happy to work with any owner to accommodate their pets needs and make them feel comfortable while they are away. About: I have had multiple animals in my home since I was an infant. I cannot remember the last time I did not have pets of my own. I began pet sitting regularly at the age of 14. About: I absolutely love animals and have my whole life. I just know my last words are going to be "pst pst...come here buddy" as I walk up to a big cat or something. I have had pets ever since I was little and have always considered them apart of my family. I have experience with the care of cats & dogs and I would be delighted to care for your fur baby!
