“Melody was absolutely fantastic! She made sure to ease any anxiety that I had about Muffins stay before hand. And gave updates and pictures throughout her stay. Muffin is typically all over the place with energy throughout the day but when I picked her up from Melody not a peep, she basically rested the rest of the evening!!! About: Whether it was my own cat or someone else's, I've taken care of cats which needed oral meds, flea meds, combing, nail trims. I'm currently learning how to give my own cat B-12 injections. I have also given her a bath with one of those "bags" you put them into. ;-) I often held a previous roommate's cat while she gave it fluids. I believe in scooping litter boxes 2x/day unless you're using non-scoopable litter, then just 1x/day. I like to clean out & disinfect litter boxes 1x/week. I provide fresh bowls 1x/day, fresh water & food 2x/day & treats as the owner deems appropriate. ;-) If the cat has a stroller it can be taken out in, I like to do that. I like to use toys or a ball to play with cats. I also give lots of pets & cuddles. We may even take a nap together! :-)

Along with dogs, I have worked as a rescue horse trainer who saves horses from kill pens. I have rehabilitated and re-homed 9 horses to date. All animals bring joy to my life. My Promise: I will provide top care for your pets. My animals (dog, cats, and horse) are my pride and joy. I promise to care for your animals just as I do for my own. I cannot wait to spoil your dogs on walks and in your home. My doctorate program is 3 days a week (at most 6 hours during the day). Otherwise, I would be at your home with your pet giving them love, attention, and plenty of walks. My schedule is reliable and focuses on school and studying (which I would do at your home for night visits). I would love to help watch, visit, and/or walk your pets. First and foremost, I want your pets to be safe and comfortable. I feel the best way to provide this is to have them stay in their own homes. It is a safe space and a known location so even when their first owners are gone, they have a sense of security.
