“Thank you so much! This was our first experience using Rover and overall, it was a good one. Shunita was great and flexible in allowing us to come and pick them up at the end of our night so we didn’t need to leave them overnight. They were kept in kennels but Shunita said she lets them out every 2-3 hours to play in the back yard and go potty. Our puppies are on the larger size and not used to being kenneled or separated so, in the future, I will likely look for someone that allows them to join into a family atmosphere where they can roam & play freely. A smaller or older dog w/lower energy would do great, or a dog that’s used to being in a kennel. (That’s just a preference thing for the current puppies we have.) Shunita was very nice and made me feel relaxed and comfortable in leaving our puppies for the day.”

About: I’ve spent my entire adult life caring for cats, and at this point I speak fluent meow. Whenever a partner was out of town, I handled all the drop‑ins—providing belly rubs (but only when Her Majesty permitted), play sessions, cleaned litter box, and always sure there is a full bowl of fresh food and water. About: Pet-sitting is a a very personal experience for me. When I was younger my very first job pet sitting was offered to me by my neighbors who had dogs and a cat at that time. By providing care to their pets, I saved up enough money to adopt my first cat named Alice. Since then I have taken care of pets for others during my time in college. About: My animal experience goes way back to childhood. At the age of 7 I started in 4h, learning about animal husbandry. By the age of 13 I was volunteering at the local riding stables. By high school, I was working at the local animal shelter, volunteering with local rescues and advancing my education in dog training, with hopes of getting into service dogs. At age 19 I started working at a vet clinic This just advanced my love of animals and their care even more! Coming from a farm and vet background, I have experience with just about every animal including exotics. My personal dogs are all very well socialized with other animals of all kinds. They all have extensive training and are completely safe with others. They know just how to make our new guest feel right at home! All my boarder dogs are treated as family, allowed on beds and furniture and cage free unless otherwise requested. Bath or grooming add ons are always available! All baths/ grooms come complete with a cute Pic! Please feel free to reach out with any questions ❤️ I work from home in my at home grooming salon, so your pet will never be alone. Should I need to leave the house for small errands, there is still someone left at home, or the animal will have a safe enclosed room to themselves. My Backyard is attached to the house and fully enclosed with a large wooden privacy fence. Pets are never left outside unattended and are kept in my view at all times.

About: As a dog owner, I know how challenging it can be to find reliable, quality, trustworthy care, and I promise to be just that! I've had and loved dogs my entire life. In our house, our pups are like family and yours will be welcomed with open arms. In addition to my two, I also foster for The KY Humane Society which has given me plenty of experience with puppies, senior dogs, giving meds and tending to your pups every need. Your dog will be cared for like one of our own! I work from home so your pup will very rarely be alone. If your dog has separation anxiety, then I am the perfect sitter for you! Our current feeding schedule is 8:00 and 6, so please let me know if your pup needs a different schedule. Unfortunately, I am not able to accommodate free feeding, so your pup will be on a feeding schedule while they are in my care. I require meet and greets for any new clients. I want to meet you and your pup(s) and I want you to meet mine. Even if you have the friendliest dog, not all dogs will vibe, so this step is important. **Meet and greets can be waived for dogs under 6 months but am happy to have one if that is your preference. We have a large, fenced in back yard as well as live in a safe, quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood. In our house, there is no furniture off limits. Your pups will be welcome to sleep on the bed, on the couch, or on the floor. If you prefer your dog crated at night, we can do that too! My house is set up to host dogs in the safest way possible. This includes multiple safety gates for feeding times or some alone time for your pup to chew on bones or toys. I will accompany your dog(s) on any potty breaks outside that include my dogs. My dogs are also crated when I leave to ensure everyone's safety. Both of my girls are vaccinated to boarding standards and I would prefer yours be too! This helps to keep all our pups safe! **I am happy to provide their vaccination records upon request. If you have additional concerns, please let me know and we can discuss.

About: I love animals and will treat your fur babies as if they were my own. I will communicate consistently and send photo updates on visits. I do work full time, my current hours rotate Monday through Friday. Weekends are always free unless I have military obligations, my schedule will reflect accordingly if so. I have two cats who roam around the house as they please. Security is important to me and I always double check doors and ensure nothing is out that may pose a threat to anyone in the house.

About: I’ve been working at an animal hospital for almost a year. I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs, cats, and other exotic animals. I’ve also worked with their different sizes, ages, diets, medications, etc. I’ve got a dog and 3 cats currently. I also frequently pet sit for family and friends, often overnight or over the weekend. I love to go on neighborhood walks with my dog to make sure she gets her daily exercise in. Also playing outside and enjoying the nice weather. I’m available to let dogs go on as many potty breaks as they need! For my cats, I love playing with them and seeing all the different toys to make sure they never get bored. I’ve also done my fair share of cleaning, no matter the mess, I’ll clean it up! I am a college student with at most 3 classes a day. I can do early mornings and then evenings/afternoons. During school breaks, I’ll be available all day. There may be the occasional days where I’m busy or out of town, but more likely than not I will be free and not busy. I will most likely ask the pet’s owners what they prefer on things like going outside, for walks, and other daily routines. I will constantly be checking in on the pet and making sure they’re doing okay. If anything were to happen, I would immediately contact the owner to come up with an action plan and see what they would want to do, depending on the situation. I would make sure that the home is safe and that there is nothing that the pet could get into that would hurt them.

I am currently home from college for the summer and have plenty of free time during my day to take care of your pups! I am available to walk your doggo anytime during the day and want to make this process stress-free. If there is a time that your pup does better walking, I want to make that possible for you. For dog walking and pet sitting, I focus on creating a safe, fun, and comfortable experience for every pet. During walks, I make sure dogs get the exercise, attention, and stimulation they need while also prioritizing safety and positive behavior. I’m comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels, including larger breeds, since I have two large dogs of my own. For pet sitting, I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special instructions provided by the owner. I make sure pets feel comfortable, loved, and relaxed while their owners are away by giving them plenty of companionship and attention. I’m dependable, patient, and highly attentive to each dog’s individual needs and personality. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident knowing their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for.
About: My name is Dakota and I am 34years old and I have been taking care of animals for over 16 years. I currently work full time as a boarding director/manager for a dog daycare/boarding facility. I have worked at a cat adoption agency as well as a dog shelter and volunteered at an animal rescue farm where we recused and rehomed all animal types. I have rescued and rehabilitated all types of animals from pigs, Rabbits, squirrels, opossums, cats, dogs, guinea pigs, ferrets and birds. I have cared for all types of animals except snakes. I have extensive knowledge on animal care, behavioral health, training and medicine administration. Animals are my life, and all animals are treated as family in my home. When your pet stays in my home they are treated with love and respect and become part of the family so that they are always welcome here anytime. I like to make sure the owners have nothing to worry about while they are away. I have major flexibility with my the ability to be available on short notice for clients. I work hybrid so I am often home or very close by. I have a fenced in yard and if needed the ability to separate my dog during the stay. I have 4 cats but we have a room dedicated to just the cats.
About: I have been a proud owner of dogs for over ten years. I have taken care of friends and family dogs throughout those years as well. I currently have two small Yorkies and one yorkie mix that only know love in my household! I will treat your pet just like a member of my family and will ensure they know nothing but love in my house! You can trust that I will cherish your pet and ensure I make you feel comfortable and up-to-date while they are in my care. I love to take dogs on long walks, dog parks and I have a big backyard for them to run around in as well. I like to spend quality time and play with your pet while they are in my care.
