About: I’ve had pets almost all of my life and dogs consistently for past 25 years. I have experience with senior care especially. We recently said goodbye to our loved one and our home is empty and needs some occasional love. I work from home full time Monday thru Friday. I can take breaks from work when necessary to provide any required support, such as play, potty and feedings. We have a fenced in yard. We have several dog beds, a raised feeding trough and a crate if necessary. While we don’t have any pets, neighbors on both sides have dogs.

We adopted her when I was in the third grade, and as an only child who had been begging my parents for a pet, Roxy quickly became my BFF. I also learned quickly that we are just humans living in the cat’s world. And it made me love her and cats even more. I am a stay at home mom so adding a pet into our daily routine is actually pretty easy! We’re used to care for our own dog! We just have them join whatever we’re doing which makes it easier. Our pups routine is usually out to pee in the morning, a walk after her breakfast, lots of outdoor play or sunbathe time while me and my two kiddos play our back, another walk once the kids take their naps, more play time with the kids, another walk after dinner, then a pee break before we get into bed for the night! I’m home all day as a stay at home mom and my husband is fully remote so our pup is used to having somewhere there for whatever she needs or when we do go out and about if we’re able to we take her! About: We only take dogs up to 30lbs due to my daughter being afraid of most bigger dogs despite us having one of our own. We will give consideration to dogs over that weight if we feel it’s a good fit. We have recently begun boarding in our home again and have adopted a new goldendoodle Lincoln on 3/22/24. About: Warning ⚠️! Your furry companion will be worn out with fun activities in my large fenced in backyard, with additional happy walks and hikes. When it's time to rest, they will enjoy relaxing in my spacious clean home with plenty of love and care. I am a stay-at-home mom with children who attend summer camps. Drop off can be as early as 7:00 a.m. and for overnight stays 6:00 p.m. Pick up times can be negotiated. Large safe neighborhood, in the heart of Independence. You can trust that I will be with your pet for most of the day and I always let the owners know if I have errands to run or appointments to attend. My children are 7 and 10 years old, they absolutely love animals. They have been educated on the proper way to approach and play with dogs and cats. At no time will the children be left with your pet alone. When my husband is in town, he arrives home around 5:45 every evening and is a big dog lover. He misses having a dog but travels too much for the military.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets regularly since 2017, but I’ve loved pets for much longer. Once I adopted my first dog Mia, my love for her grew into a love for every dog I lay eyes on, and I quickly became the designated sitter for all my friends’ pets. I’ve done it all from staying at their houses, taking their pets into my house, popping in for walks or play dates, and even taking in lost animals off the street to reunite them with their owners. Anything that gives me a chance to show an animal love and genuine care sets my heart aglow. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet, and that’s why when I pet sit, I treat your pets like my own because I know that’s exactly what I would want for Mia. I know every animal is different and I work with pet owners to set a plan for their pet and I follow it to a tee to keep the pet’s routine as regular as possible while the owner is away. I have extensive experience working with senior pets and pets with health problems (Mia being one herself), and I know first hand how important it is to find someone you trust to leave your pet with, especially if there are health issues, while you are gone. More of my story: It all started when we adopted my family’s first fur baby when I was 8. As an only child, I’d begged my parents for a pet for years and they finally gave in when I was in the third grade. We adopted the last kitten left of the litter at the local pound. She was a black kitten that I named Roxy. Roxy and I were inseparable during my childhood, and I can’t imagine what it would have been like growing up without her. In 2017 when I got a place of my own that allowed pets, I adopted my first dog. Found on the streets, malnourished, severely underweight and her hair lost to mites, she had just given birth to a litter. I was volunteering as a dog walker at the local shelter at the time, and when I met her, I knew from that moment that my volunteer gig had turned into something much greater. I adopted her, and 9 years later, Mia and I are one and the same. I have one other part time job serving, so I have extensive availability for you and your pet(s) and can focus especially on your pet’s needs while you are away. I will stay at your home to keep your pet in its trusted environment. We will meet before you leave to go over routines and other details for your home and your pet’s environment.

About: I started babysitting at around 13, from then on through high school and into college, I found a love for caring for both animals and children. As I got older I began routinely house/pet sitting for my aunt who had 4 cats and my grandma who had 3 dogs. Most recently I house sat for a MSgt in Abilene Texas who had 2 cats and 2 dogs for a little over a week. Being recently separated from the Air Force, my schedule is flexible as I am seeking to ease back into work- while also maintaining flexibility, as I intend on being a full time student in the fall. If secured prior to July 1, I intend on curating my schedule to long term clients. I have an open schedule for now- but again fully intend on tending to future clients needs. I treat every pet as my own. that means with respect, patience, guidance as needed, and above all else - love and protection. I will tend to everyday tasks of living with the best quality of life in mind for each fur baby in my care.
About: I can't remember a time I didn't have a dog! From birth I've always had my dog companons, I currently have 2 dogs of my own.(Deiliah, and scoob) Ive volunteered at several animal shelters delicating alot of my time to the ones who need love, and for the simple fact... How can you be sad surrounded by furry doggos...that's right you can't! I take my dog on daily walks, bathe her, love her, and play with all her favorite toys! Delilah is my rescue dog and she's been the biggest blessing to our family! I've never met a dog I don't like.. so let me love your fur babies! I accept puppies,and old dogs. All breeds are equally loved, pits, labs, Chihuahuas, and even Dobermans! I work 12 hour shifts Wednesday through Saturday. I have availability anytime after 2:00 Sunday through Tuesday I am available all day I currently work Wednesday through Saturday 2:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. I am off Sunday through Tuesday so my availability is flexible feel free to reach out During the visit if your pet gets too anxious I am able to create them a safe space or put them in their crate. I try to really behavior and adapt best to the pet.. I'm in their home therefore I adapt.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was little. I remember getting my very first puppy as a kid. Dogs have always been my best friend and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I work from home so I can be available for the times you need for me to watch your best friend. My doggie always has care if I need to be gone. I know what it’s like to care for an old dog that struggles with certain things. they would still get the exact same amount of attention as any other dog would. i’m very compassionate when it comes to animals. your pets needs are first priority. they’re happiness is what matters most. any pet of yours will be loved on, cuddled and cared for with me looking after them i don’t have a job but i’m still quite busy helping my family out during the week with therapy/doctor appointments. my brother is handicapped and so he has to go to therapy a few days a week all the way up in cincinnati which takes half a day. im also helping homeschool my younger brothers during the week. in my opinion i know the weekends would work the best bc I’m usually not doing anything which means that i could have my full attention on your pet(s). however we could always talk in advance about the schedule and i could make take time during the week work if needed They’ll have my full attention. I will always play with them to get them to exercise and have some fun. I can also take them on walks and runs and take them out for potty breaks. if they need to be fed at a certain time or need any type of medicine then that is very important to know in advance. Also knowing if they get along with other people/pets. we don’t want anything bad happening so knowing anything and everything about your pet(s) in advance is highly recommended.
About: I am new to the area! I have had an extensive foster care history over the past 3 years prior to relocating. I adore all fur babies but have the most experience with elder and special needs pups. I love animals, big and small. I have my own sweetheart pup and live with two cat friends (plus a lizard). I work as a nurse. Medication administration is no problem at all if needed as well. Please help cure my foster withdrawal and let me be there for your furry family members! I currently am taking a break from full time nursing to focus on enjoying life more. With advance notice, I can be available most days/times. Don’t let that discourage same day requests though! I take the time to learn pet needs and enjoy getting to know their personalities. The approach I use for each animal is based on what they respond best to. About: Since about 12 years old my neighborhood friends would hire me to dogs sit while their family went out of town. I’ve always had a huge amount of love for animals so I never had any problem doing so. Fast forward 5 years later my parents began breeding French bulldogs. My siblings and I had a lot of responsibility on our hands are far as feeding them, bathing, keeping them groomed, making sure they’re up to date on shots and etc. I currently work from home so that’s enables me with plenty of free time to walk, play with/take to the park, and feed your lovely animals! In my home my dog is crate trained. I do have a crate for my puppy for if friends come over and are not comfortable with him I can put him away for a few hours. I prefer all animals be crate trained , but only go to the crate if they would like to do so. I do not mind dogs walking around my house. I have a puppy of my own so every morning I get up and take my puppy on a 30 minute walk as well as every evening once I get home from work. I have an animal friendly house so I usually let pups/kittys run around the house as long as they’ve been fed and taken out for a potty break.

About: I’ve had pets almost all of my life and dogs consistently for past 25 years. I have experience with senior care especially. We recently said goodbye to our loved one and our home is empty and needs some occasional love. I work from home full time Monday thru Friday. I can take breaks from work when necessary to provide any required support, such as play, potty and feedings. We have a fenced in yard. We have several dog beds, a raised feeding trough and a crate if necessary. While we don’t have any pets, neighbors on both sides have dogs.
