“Chrissy is Wonderful !!Keno is a very picky Dog in his eating and taking his medicine … Chrissy was able to take the challenge and accomplished well in both areas !! I’m always comfortable in leaving my 14 year old Cockapoo with her !!!”

“Abbie was amazing! From the time we did our meet-and-greet, we knew her home would be a great fit for Kobe. She sent pictures and videos throughout the weekend. Kobe had a blast playing with her dogs! She was also very accommodating to a modified pickup time after we experienced flight delays. We will definitely be booking again!”

“Leeann has cared for our girl, Cami, on two occasions, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! She provides excellent care, keeping us updated with frequent messages and adorable photos, which gives us such peace of mind while we’re away. Her communication is outstanding—always clear, timely, and professional. What truly sets Leeann apart is her dedication. When a snowstorm disrupted our travel plans, she didn’t hesitate to extend Cami’s stay for two extra days, ensuring she was safe and well cared for. That level of flexibility and kindness means the world to us. If you’re looking for a pet sitter who is thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely loves what she does, we wholeheartedly recommend Leeann. Your fur baby will be in the best hands!”

“This was our first time using Rover. We are so pleased with everything. The Stamms are so nice and took great care of Charlie. They sent us updates and pictures during his stay. He was very happy and relaxed when we picked him up! Usually we get the cold shoulder and ignored when we bored him… but not this time! We will definitely be booking with the Stamms in the future. It’s so refreshing and reassuring knowing our pet is safe and taken care of when we are out of town.”

“I highly highly recommend Karen. She truly loves dogs and knows what she’s doing. We are so grateful that we found her. She took time to meet with us and our dog before his 4 night stay. She made drop off and pick up seemless. She sent pictures and videos every day! Our boy looked genuinely happy in every picture. She even taught him some things! Kyro is a high energy dog and he came home absolutely spent. Karen is amazing.”

“Dash had a wonderful time! Loved all the pictures and updates I received while we were traveling. Very understanding and flexible with both pick up time and time differences. Would definitely send Dash back!”

“Cori and family are AWESOME! We have repeatedly taken our two dogs to be cared for and loved on by her and highly recommend. We have a super chill Lab and an anxiety-ridden GSD. And she flexes to both of their needs and has the patience and understanding to handle our GSD. Both require some special meds/foods. I know it is always a tough decision to leave your furbabies in someone else's hands but Cori and her family can give you peace of mind that your pups are having a fun, attentive vacation of their own and most importantly of all - they are safe and expertly cared for.”
“Jane was wonderful with Penny. Our dog was feeling separation anxiety and she was so kind and patient. She sent lots of pictures and I felt very good about leaving her with Jane. This is our second time using Jane and I’d definitely use her again. Thank you so much!!”

“Misty was nice, and her boys loved spending time with our dogs. She sent pictures of them playing, which I appreciated. We have middle aged shepherd mix and a senior labrador. My only note is that my senior dog probably would have done better being boarded overnight at a home with fewer overnight guests. She seemed extra tired after the long Easter weekend. But it's not a criticism, it's more a note that may help other boarders decide if that's what's best for their dogs.”

“Such an amazing experience! Our dogs loved being there they got a spa day! And a nice hike in they were definitely worn out when they got home which I loved coming back from a trip! Drop off and pick up was very easy. We absolutely will book them again.”

“Patty was so nice and approachable Teddy took to her right away. She was in constant communication and sent lots of pictures so we knew he was doing well. We loved our first experience and will be using her again soon.”

“I CANNOT say enough wonderful things about Tammi. She is an absolute angel! Our corgi pup broke his leg the day before we had our two dogs' stay booked with Tammi. I was a complete mess because he needed surgery the next day (the day we were flying out) and I didn't know how to handle all of this. Tammi came to our rescue. She took our little pup in for his surgery, picked him up the next day and did his post op care for us while we had to be away. I was absolutely speechless at her kindness and willing to help people she hadn't ever met before. There are FEW people in the world like her and I would recommend her to anyone. This gesture is still one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for us and we will forever be grateful. Our corgis LOVED Tammi and her family. I know they can't wait to go back!! ”

“Katie was great. Sent me updates everyday and treated my dogs like they were her own. I’ll definitely be reaching out and using her for her services again. Thanks again, you’re appreciated!”

“Amy is the best and we are so grateful that she takes great care of Toby for us. If you are looking for someone to care for your dog the way that you do Amy and her family are the best option out there! Thanks again Amy!”

“Dianna was amazing! We were worried about leaving Ellie with anyone other than family, but by the time we picked Ellie up we decided we would most likely use her again rather than family! Thanks Dianna for keeping our big baby and allowing us to have nice worry free time away!”

“Hailey went above & beyond taking special care of our dog Lulu. She was quick to respond with updates and photos while we were away on vacation. She made us feel comfortable with the entire process and we would highly recommend Hailey if you need someone to care for your pet!”

“This is the first time I’ve used a pet sitter instead of boarding my cat Cali as I felt she would be more comfortable in her own home. I came across the Rover website and booked a sitter close to my home. My cat has an automatic feeder for dry food as well as a water fountain. So, the only “services” I needed were to feed her wet food in the evening and clean the litter box. I met with my sitter, Amy, and explained how to access my home, where to dispose of litter etc. Amy did an excellent job and even went above and beyond to try and get a photo of Cali, who hides from strangers. Thai has been a great experience and I will definitely use Rover and Amy again.”

“Chloe did an outstanding job when doing drop-in visits for our cat. All instructions were followed to the letter, very attentive & professional. We will definitely rebook Chloe for future needs.”

“Brooke was great with my kitty. She came in daily for a week and I could tell Ravi was very comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend Brooke to all! This was my first time using Rover and Brooke was very responsive which put me at ease.”

“This was my first time using Rover & so I really had no idea what to expect. Haley set up a time to meet me & my dogs before we left for vacation which worked out so well. My dogs were familiar with her when she came the first time, and by the end of the week they clearly loved her! My dogs had a couple issues during the week, and Haley was a trooper and not phased one bit. I would definitely recommend her for your pets!”

“Cathy did a great job caring for my cat! She was a great communicator sending daily updates with pictures on the Rover app. Appreciate her help and would use her service again!”

“So great! My puppy Steve loves going to Kimberly's house he has lots of playtime with the other dogs that are there, Kimberly keeps in contact with me sending pictures of my pup playing, she takes them on walks! I couldn't be more happy with the doggie daycare, Steve is much more happy and stimulated and I'm relaxed knowing he's being well taken care of and getting the love and attention he needs”

About: I’ve had a dog of my own that I’ve taken care of for 11 years now! In the past I have also taken care of my neighbors cats while they were away. Although I have never taken care of another family’s dogs, they are my favorite animals in this world and I have spent a few years volunteering at dog shelters in the area where I take them on walks, play with them, and help with feeding them. I will be more than happy to help take care of ur pets while you are away and make new furry friends! I am currently unemployed and have a lot of time on my hands to take care of your pets while you are away! However, I am in search of a part time job, but that will still not take too much of my time. I am also totally available on the weekends if it is needed! I have a dog at home who is not too friendly with other dogs, so boarding is not really an option unfortunately. However, I am more than willing to care for your pets in your home and neighborhood! I will be able to crate your dog if need be and if course follow the rules of your house. Your pets will be well fed, walked, played with, and given all of my attention!

“This was my first try at rover and I am so thankful Karen was able to be our first experience. I have only depended on family for care in the past but now am thankful I can find amazing people like Karen to help me when I’m in a pickle! She was so sweet and welcoming!”

“Angel is great! It was our first experience leaving our Zoey with a sitter. Angel kept in contact with us during the day and even sent pics. We brought Zoey back for a second stay 2 days later while we were on vacation so we could do our thing and we would be at ease knowing Zoey was in good hands. We would definitely use Angel again if needed.”

“Sadie and Lola had the BEST day playing with their new friends! I’ve had a lot of experience with Rover and could easily see that my girls felt welcomed and cared for throughout their stay! Jamie was quick and efficient in responding to all my questions. I received updates and pictures throughout the day and could see my girls were in the best of hands! Sadie and Lola will be back soon! I highly recommend Jamie!”

“Leeann was amazing with a last minute booking and being so flexible on drop off and pick up times. Thank you for finding a calm room for her to stay where she was comfortable too!”

“My puppy visited Lisa for another day of doggy day care. He gets so excited when we pull up to her house. He came home happy and worn out. I would highly recommend Lisa for any doggy day care needs!”

Have plenty of space to love more while I can I am home outside of errands and can manage your dogs while you are at work. They will have frequent potty breaks and lots of room to play. Dogs are apart of the family. They are allowed on the furniture and the beds, we have extra play space and the house is baby proof.
“We appreciate Amanda and Mike watching our Golden for a couple of days while we visited the Ark and the Creation Museum. They were very friendly, and Daisy was happy to return the second day. They have a great backyard too.”

About: I have had 9 cats of my own. I have cared for kittens from age 2 weeks old, having to bottle feed them to senior cats who needed medication. I'm open with owners about things I find. I once noticed a cat I was caring for had worms and I relayed this to the owner. Another time, I noticed during a nail trim that a cat had a claw growing into its paw pad. The owner was so glad I caught these things and informed them. I have driven pets to the vet for a client. I have walked dogs, and cared for chickens and geckos. I am precise when following directions provided by the pet owner. I LOVE taking pictures of pets and will send them over every day. I have 4 cats of my own, so their care is a daily routine for me. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to care for other pets. I usually go to the clients' home for pet sitting cats or dog walking. Although, I have a fenced-in yard with a privacy fence, which allows me to have dogs over.
About: Hi! I’m someone who genuinely loves animals and treats every pet like family. I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable leaving your pet in someone else’s care, so I focus on making both pets and owners feel safe, relaxed, and cared for from day one. I have experience caring for pets with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and needs — including administering medications, working with reactive dogs, senior dogs, and puppies. I understand that every pet is unique, and I’m patient, attentive, and committed to creating a calm, positive environment where they feel secure and comfortable. Whether your dog loves long walks and playtime, or simply wants extra affection and attention, I tailor my care to fit their individual routine and personality. I’m confident reading body language and helping nervous or high-energy pets feel safe and understood. I pride myself on being dependable, communicative, and attentive. You’ll receive regular photo and video updates so you always know your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. I also make it a priority to keep routines consistent to help reduce stress and make the experience as comfortable as possible for your pet. My goal is simple: to give your pet a loving, stress-free experience while giving you total peace of mind. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your furry family member! I currently stay at home so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive, loving care for your pets. I’m available for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop-in visits throughout the week and weekends. Your pet will never feel rushed or overlooked — I make it a priority to give each animal personalized attention, exercise, playtime, and affection. I’m also happy to accommodate feeding schedules, medication routines, and special care instructions to help your pet feel comfortable and at home. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment where animals can feel secure and loved while you’re away. I have a fenced yard for supervised outdoor play. I treat every pet like family and always follow each owner’s instructions closely, including feeding routines, exercise needs, medications, and preferred sleeping arrangements.
“We traveled from Michigan to explore the area and visit the Creation Museum. During our visit, Tyler provided outstanding care for our nervous dog. He ensured she enjoyed multiple walks each day, which she loves. Understanding her age, Tyler was flexible and allowed her to take her much-needed naps. Thanks to Tyler, we could fully enjoy ourselves knowing our dog was in great hands!”

“Ruth and her husband took excellent care of Murphy (my dog) they made their home, his home, and their fenced in back yard was wonderful for potty breaks! Thank you both so very much! You helped both Murphy and I feel right at home and so comfortable! We both enjoyed our vacation time!!! It was a real pleasure meeting you both!”

About: I've always have dog in my life, and my passion for dogs will last forever. My friend told me that I don't treat my dogs as dogs but babies. Remember, a genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being are at the heart of any successful pet care experience! I'm currently full time house wife with 2 dogs, no kids. My daily routines are my dogs, so I have a lot of time to watch yours too! We walk 4 times a day, and enjoy homemade dog treat and food. I don't have yard so I walk dogs instead (3-4 times a day), and I always clean them right after walking so they are allowed on furniture. Remember, a walk a day keep vet away. I do have crates if needed.
About: Hi! I'm Elijah and I'd love to care for your dog(s) whether you're going on vacation or simply need a sitter for the day. I'm a nursing student in my final semester and I'm returning to Rover after six years! I have one dog of my own, a 9-year-old mini schnauzer named Winston, along with two rabbits and a leopard gecko. My partner has two dogs of his own as well, a labrador named Nina and a shih-tzu mix named Lucky—both of them being seniors at ages 13 and 15! We live in a 2 bedroom house with a medium sized, fenced in backyard. I have gates and areas of the house that can easily be secluded if your pet would do better with limited access to other animals. Our dogs are all easy-going, surprisingly playful for their ages, and get along with other animals very well (although I'll still do introductions slowly and safely!). Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are the 3 days I have classes and I'm always home after that! Tuesday and Thursday I have a 2-hour class, and Saturday is my long day with a 10 hour clinical so my bookings will be closed for that specific day. The animals in my home are left alone for very little time each week. If guest animals have to be left alone, I have gates along with two rooms I can secure the guest pet in if need be! If you utilize a crate for your animal, you can bring that as well for me to use if I must leave for a short time.
About: When Covid started, I accidentally started my business by helping a couple people who adopted dogs outside of their care knowledge. Helping them with their working class dogs (pitbull, collie, and a GSP) and establish a better owner/pet relationship made me realize that this is the right move for my future. Since then I have started my own business as well as helping others with their new family member(s). No creature is too small or large for me. My smallest dog client is 3 pounds and the largest is 215. Aside from that I have expanded my practices with lizards, snakes, cats, and birds. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! I am home most of the day. I do part-time work in hospice as well as part-time classes; (I have a door bachelors degree already working towards a BSN). If you have a special needs animal, I am more than happy to comply with their schedule, I just need to know in advance as much as possible. I have a fenced in yard in the back (will have a fully fenced in yard by the end of August in the front). My dogs have a semi strict schedule of activities to keep them mentally/physically stimulated. I follow suit with everybody’s dog. Everybody eats in their own crate, is provided with soft bedding to sleep on in their own crate, but exercise thoroughly throughout the day.

About: Animals have been so much the center of my life that I made it my career! I am a professional dog trainer with an education through Jean Donaldson's Academy for Dog Trainer's. Let me bring that experience to carrying for your best friend's when you need a set of extra hands. I have loved and cared for pets my entire life! Growing up we had cats, dogs, birds and lizards. Currently I have two Great Pyrenees and one cat of great personaity. They have been my guides in the wonderful world of clicker training. Ghost, my rescue dog, has given me a lot of experience with anxious, sensitive dogs that need a little more time and care. Where as Nanuk has shown me how to handle dogs with a ton of drive and intelligence. And how to harness that despite physical limitations. And my cat... well, he comes running whenever I get the treat bag and clicker and has his own variation on all the dogs tricks. ;) I look forward to meeting your pets and seeing what I can learn from them! I am currently working part time and happy to work with you on scheduling. My husband is also retired which allows me a lot of flexibility for being away from home I do not care for client pets in my home. When is someone else's home I will do my best to continue your pet's usual routine while you are away.
About: I’ve grown up around dogs. My family used to breed AKC Collie’s, owning 2 collies in total. Once I moved to college, I couldn’t have a collie where I lived so I got a Sheltie. He’s been with me ever since, though his “time” is approaching. (Passed away 4/6/2021) I’ve dog sat for several friends. I teach therefore summers off means a lot of availability for me to care for your dog! I’m no professional but I’m good with training and very patient with dogs. My sheltie was house broken in 6 months and knew all the basic commands. I have so much fun with dogs and have children to play with them too! Dogs must be good with other dogs and with children. I look forward to meeting your dog or dogs! I care a lot about animals! I do offer services year round, however, June through August are my peak times. I teach, therefore September through May are harder for me to care for other’s pets during the week. It can be done, but it is more difficult, as the pets will be cooped up from 7-3:30. I am always available on weekends! I offer discounts for repeat clients. Discount applied after booking. I am a teacher, therefore I primarily take on clients during the summer and on weekends. During the week is not out of question, just know they will be alone (must bring crate due to no supervision) from about 7 until 3/3:30 during the months school is in session. June through mid August, I am home except occasional errands and will be available for frequent potty breaks! I have a fenced in yard for your dog(s) to run around! I do have gentle giant (Great Dane) who loves to play. He can be intimidating, but he’s so sweet and just wants to play. Disclaimer- he drools a lot. I can keep your pet clean, though! I also have a Boston Terrier named Ellie. She is a very special story and although I picked her up as a 6 month old pup in 2012, we have been apart for 10 years and she’s back where she belongs. <3 If I come to your home for services, I am very professional and will be sure to follow your steps completely. I might sometimes need to bring my children with me, depending on the day.
“Sydney is an excellent two-dog walker. My high-energy pups are already recognizing her and getting excited about their walks with her. I just stepped outside to retrieve them and they were sitting politely and picture-perfect.”
About: I grew up with cats and dogs constantly in my life. I understand the need for medication given on time, cats needing daily litter changes, and everything that goes along with pet care. I am free anytime of day. I’m very open, loving, and enjoy building relationships with clients and their pets. Best part of my day is when their animals remember me. All animals are always welcome! I love going on walks with clients dogs, or sitting and taking care of their cats. Other animals are welcome as well, I have had training with all other animals as well- goats, horses, sheep and beyond.

About: I take my dog on walks all the time!! I’ve dog sat many different times/breeds!! I love taking my dog for long walks in the park! I have Saturday's open in the morning, Mondays, Thursday's, and Friday's open!! I can pretty much do any time during the days listed other than my Saturday's it would need to be anywhere before noon!! I really enjoy keeping my dogs active and making sure they are healthy and happy. I like taking them on walks, playing with them outside, and giving them plenty of time to run around and burn off energy. Staying active helps them stay strong and keeps them from getting bored. I also make sure to take good care of them by feeding them well, giving them lots of love and attention, and making sure they are comfortable and safe. Taking care of my dogs is important to me because they are part of my family, and I want them to live happy and healthy lives. 🐶💛
“Cathy is a wonderful dogwalker! She was conscientious and caring regarding my older dog's needs. She communicates well and provided photos daily. Cathy made me feel at ease in trusting her with my dog and in my home.”

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I’m truly passionate about. I have hands-on experience fostering dogs, volunteering in animal shelters, and caring for pets with a variety of personalities, backgrounds, and needs. I also attended school to become a veterinary technician before ultimately choosing a different career path, which gave me valuable knowledge about animal health, behavior, and overall well-being. As a foster parent and volunteer, I’ve worked with everything from energetic puppies to shy rescue dogs who need extra patience and understanding. About: I grew up with cats, owned a 3-legged senior dog for many years, and have owned small rodents, and an indoor rabbit. I've been pet sitting for friends for almost a decade! Relax while you're away knowing your furry family member(s) are well taken care of. I'm currently on summer break (I work in education) so my availability is very open. I also work a summer job at Riverbend, but that's only a few nights a month. When I visit a clients home, I like to first make sure to take an inventory the pets' general wellness, and just love on them a little if possible before beginning any cleaning or feeding. Then I will start potty breaks or box cleaning, food and water changes, and any other necessary tasks. Then, more loves & scritches as needed :)

“We really appreciated the daily texts and pictures letting us know how our pups were doing! They seemed to have a fun time and we will definitely be repeat customers!”

“Michelle is fabulous! I take my Australian Labradoodle to her and she cares so much about him. She goes on daily walks, plays outside with him, and keeps him safe. I feel so comfortable with him being there. Thanks again Michelle! We’ll be back.”

“Kymberlee, and her beautiful family were wonderful sitters for my fur baby Roscoe. Roscoe was happy and sad to leave when I came to pick him up. Kymberlee, made me feel completely comfortable in leaving Roscoe in her care. She was patient and thoughtful in her care for Roscoe knowing he had a pre-existing injury. I would not hesitate to recommend Kymberlee to all my friends and family.”

“Leann is a fantastic dog sitter! I highly recommend Leann as a dog sitter. She recently watched my Dalmatian for a week and a half, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Leann provided constant updates with photos and videos, which really put my family’s mind at ease. It was clear from the updates that my dog felt safe and genuinely loved. She went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable and happy. I will definitely be using Leann's services again in the future. She is a true gem! Rating: 5/5 stars”

“**Review for Jamie:** Jamie was fantastic! She watched our dog Sarge for a full week and did an amazing job. She kept us updated the entire time with pictures and messages, which made us feel completely comfortable and at ease while we were away. Sarge clearly had a great time too. We’d happily book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring sitter!”
