About: I am a Military Spouse of 14 years, with all 14 of them, dragging our pups along with us for the ride. We have a Dachshund (13.5 years) and a Doberman (12.5 years) who are showing their age. I am comfortable providing routine medicine and have experience with doing insulin shots 2x daily. I am open to coming to your home to provide care, spend time with your pet and/or take them for walks. I am not currently comfortable with having other pets in my house with the unpredictability of my aging dogs and young children. If you're comfortable with it, I may have my children (8 yo boy, 3 yo girl) present with me during our drop ins. Located right on Ft. Knox, I am ready to meet your pets! I have worked outside of the home my entire adult life. Two years ago, my husband and I started what was supposed to be a small side hustle business (Heimtime Shirts) that has grown into something much larger than what we anticipated. I have decided to step away from my FT job at HRC and focus on Heimtime Shirts. However, I want to still be able to supplement my income during the slower times and help our military families by othering pet services! I am offering Morning, Afternoon and Evening drop in care. During those drop in's I can play with your pet(s), take them for a walk, or just snuggle, whatever is needed. Each drop in would be around 15-30 minutes depending on my availability with one of the times being at least 1 hour per day.
“I wish I could give Jeannette more than 5 stars! Jeannette agreed to watch our indoor/outdoor cat and keep an eye on our chickens while we were away. I had no idea she had never been around chickens before—you would never have guessed! We had a hen sitting on a nest and had calculated that the eggs would hatch after we got home... we were wrong! While we were away, several chicks started hatching. Jeannette didn't panic—she jumped right in. She went out and bought supplies, made sure the chicks were cared for, and handled everything like a pro, even hatching 4 chicks at her house. She also completely won over our cat, who now seems to love her more than us! Jeannette went so far above and beyond anything we expected. She treated our pets as if they were her own, kept us updated, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were gone. I recommend her with my highest recommendation. I’ve also looked after plenty of animals for family and friends when they’re out of town, with one family friend having me come back to dog sit for them for the last three years! Right now, I’m home from college for the summer, and don’t have a job, so my schedule is pretty free unless I have an appointment or other things going on on a certain day! I can also provide plenty of enrichment via puzzle toys, lick mats and kongs which is important for mental stimulation.

She gave updates (and photos) when I asked, and had him ready when we arrived for pick-up. About: I have a lot of experience caring for animals! We have had animals my entire life, and I currently now have 5 of my own. Anyone who knows me knows I am an animal lover and your dogs will feel at home here. I do have children ages 6 and 3 and one cat. I currently only work 2 days a week and have 2 kids who love to go on walks! So I am home most of the day and I am also able to walk any time of day! About: My Grandmother was a Colorado State award-winning dog trainer and I grew up helping her care for her three Belgian Tervurans. I've owned several dogs throughout my life as well. I have a history of volunteer work at shelters and have cared for a wide range of dogs! I have three kids aged 3, 4, and 7 who have grown up around all types of animals, including dogs of all sizes. Currently, we have one ferret, one cat, and we just rescued a puppy! We are extremely active with our animals and play with them throughout the day! My wife and I both work 35 hours a week on opposite schedules so one of us is always available! We have separate days off so 5 days a week, one of us has the day off. Outside: We have a large fenced in back yard with only one exterior entry point which is double gated. The double gated side yard is where we usually meet the owners when they come for pick up. The double gated entry way provides protection from escape artists🤣 We have a large metal container that we use as a water trough that we fill with ice water 3 times a day to keep all dogs well hydrated! We have lots of dog toys for the back yard as well. Inside: Dogs sleep upstairs on the main floor, but during the day, they have full access to the house and back yard. We do not provide kennels but will use one if the owner brings one. Dogs eat at the same time we eat. We send LOTS of pictures and updates throughout the day!

I have decided to step away from my FT job at HRC and focus on Heimtime Shirts. However, I want to still be able to supplement my income during the slower times and help our military families by othering pet services! I am offering Morning, Afternoon and Evening drop in care. During those drop in's I can play with your pet(s), take them for a walk, or just snuggle, whatever is needed. Each drop in would be around 15-30 minutes depending on my availability with one of the times being at least 1 hour per day.
About: Hi! I’m Alison, but most people call me Alie. I’ve grown up around pets my whole life—everything from hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits to cats, geckos, and of course dogs of all sizes. I’ve raised dogs from puppies all the way through their senior years, and I’ve also adopted shelter dogs. My early experience comes from helping at the animal hospital where my mom worked, and that taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, and compassion in caring for animals. I’m 41, have a teaching degree and I work full time. Outside of work, I spend most of my free time with my own dog, Sammy. We go hiking, kayaking, walking in the woods, and even out on the river together—he’s truly part of the family. That same love and dedication is what I bring to caring for your pets. ⸻ My Care Style • I treat pets like family, making sure they get plenty of love, attention, and activity. • I follow your pet’s routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. • Walks, playtime, and enrichment are always part of the day. • I can take pets on fun outings like park walks, trips to Lowe’s/Home Depot, or pet stores if requested. • Safety is a top priority—I drive a mid-sized SUV with a hammock in the back seat to protect pets during travel. ⸻ Availability • I work on Ft.Knox, I can walk and/or do check-ins on weekdays if you live on post (weekends also of course) • I live in Elizabethtown, I can assist in the surrounding areas before or after work hours, on my way to and from work • Weekends not limited and can accommodate anything including house sitting. ⸻ Helpful Info I’d Like to Know To provide the best care, I ask pet parents to share: • Any food or toy aggression triggers • If your pet dislikes being touched in certain areas • How they behave with kids, loud noises, or other pets • Whether they’re comfortable in new environments or around stairs • Any allergies, health issues, or special routines The more I know, the better I can make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. My daily schedule can be modified to fit your pets needs. During my work hours, typically 8-4, I can check in and/or walk your pet multiple times per day if you’re located on Fort Knox or right outside of the gate. I’m available for services early in the morning and late in the evening, and no limit or extend on the weekends. I don’t care for my dog, or any pet, like typical “normal” people do. I treat all animals as if they’re my own. I’m super flexible and can accommodate any need or request, even if you think it’s sounds crazy, super odd or outlandish. I have a mid sized SUV and I use a hammock in my back seat to prevent injuries in the event of any accidents.
About: I am an animal lover and have voluntarily trained animals while working in the ARMY. I establish a " sense of security" for the animals with training and intuition , that has developed over my life experiences handling animals. I enjoy seeing the happiness in my own pets; for instance, after a hike. I will treat your pets with compassion and as if they are a ' part ' of my family , while they are in my care. I love dogs and cats and am looking forward to walking, training and allowing my own dog, Precious , to have socialization with other animals. I trained Precious to co habitat with cats. She is well behaved around all types of others , people and animals.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. I grew up on a farm, and love all animals. I watch my friends and families dogs regularly; walking, feeding, and bathing their four legged family members I do work from 8-330 Monday-Friday, but have an 1.5hour lunch daily, and always have free time after work. Outside of work, I just spend time with my dog. I have a fenced in yard, 4 year old Australian Shepard mix that loves other dogs. Tons of toys, and activities to keep your pups busy.

About: Hey there! I’ve had animals and pets all throughout my childhood. I have always been passionate about animals. Our fur baby’s really are a huge part of our family. We are an active family so being outside a lot is important and we love to share that with animals. We go on walks and hikes a lot we even bring them on lake day adventures and my favorite… camping trips! I can clip nails, give baths, brush coats throughou and I have experience with giving injections and medications. I love to play with pups fetch with a ball or tug of war with their favorite rope toy! I am very observant, organized, adaptive and willing to to learn anything about your furry friends! I’m currently a stay at home mom. I am the sole caretaker for your furry family members! My son is 2 years old and will be accompanying me with drop ins and dog walking, he will be under my supervision at all time while providing animal care. I take full responsibility for my son while we care for your furry friends. He is comfortable around animals, we’ve had dogs and cats in our family since he was born! We live a very active lifestyle where we are always on the go. We go for walks and hikes a lot. We also enjoy swimming, and we always bring our fur baby along for the adventure. Pet care would fit perfectly with our schedule and lifestyle, with the love of being outdoors it’s so nice to share that time with our 4 legged friends! I do not have a fenced yard at my house, I always stay with my puppy weather on leads or ecollar. We have an electric fence but I ensure nothing can come into our yard(other animals, people etc). If we do not use the electric fence we use a long lead. At a clients home if they have a fenced yard I would still never leave an animal unattended, that’s just me personally. I would love to spend time with your pets outside, maybe we can play a little or if your fur babies just wanna soak up some sun and relax, I’m here for it all! If the client does not have a fenced yard I would use a long lead or regular leash and never leave the pup pup unattended. For safety both in my own home or clients I utilize a crate if necessary, and positive reinforcement for good behavior! I also have experience with muzzles and other tools(collars, leads, head leads, etc) Its not only about protecting me and others but to ensure the safety of the animal as well. I want to do what you need me to do to ensure the safety of your pets. I want peace of mind and communication for everyone! Don’t be afraid to advocate for your pet, let’s talk!

Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, play with, and care for their pets while they were away. As a U.S. Army veteran, I'm dependable, patient, and understand the importance of routine and consistency. I have my own dog, Jaxx, so I know how important it is to treat every dog like family. Whether your dog needs a long walk, playtime, medication, or just some extra attention, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away. I have a pretty open schedule that let's me have time to do the things I would like to do. I can be available on short notice if needed. I am very active in my dogs life or if I'm watching somebody else's dog. Always playing and going on walks with them. There is nothing worse than a dog who is bored.
About: I’ve had pets my entire life, so I love to help take care of them and love on them! I’ve also looked after plenty of animals for family and friends when they’re out of town, with one family friend having me come back to dog sit for them for the last three years! Right now, I’m home from college for the summer, and don’t have a job, so my schedule is pretty free unless I have an appointment or other things going on on a certain day! I don’t offer boarding for pets in my own home unfortunately, but for my clients, I will make sure all their needs are met and more, playing with them and making sure they’re doing great before I leave for the day.

I do not have a fenced yard however I have tie outs if needed, I live next to several parks and walking areas. We have a spacious yard. All my dogs are friendly and accepting of other animals.

While our yard is not fenced, Dogs are always leashed or on a long line and supervised while outside. I also have a slat mill and dog pacer treadmill to provide plenty of exercise during inclement weather. I can also provide plenty of enrichment via puzzle toys, lick mats and kongs which is important for mental stimulation.
