“I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet! About: I have been taking care of pets for members in my church for years. I have also worked at a pet store that took care of and sold animals to their furever homes. I work full time and take care of my brother's dog as I go home from work and he is still working. About: I have been taking care of dogs since 2017. I have been professionally trained for grooming and other needs. I would love to see your dog or cat anytime. I am currently working full time at a grooming shop. But leave early morning and come back mid afternoon. They would still have a lot of play time and a free back yard to roam around in. About: Throughout most of my life my family has had cats. For a long time when I moved to the country, we only had one cat that was outside most of the time, his name was Henry and he was so sweet. However, after he passed, we adopted two beautiful baby kittens a few months later, Teddy and June! Me and my siblings helped raise those tiny kittens to the big beautiful fur balls they are now and they are the most loving and sweetest cats we have ever had for our family. I also help take care of cats through the humane society at my job at Petsense, I do my best to visit the local humane societies as often as I can to love on all the kitty babies. About: Welcome! While new to Rover, we are not new to loving and caring for our furry loved ones! We own 3 dogs and 1 cat and they are so loved! We have a large fenced yard that your pet can play and run! We also supply crates, that we use only when unsupervised or during feeding (if needed). For most of the time they will be having fun outside or curled up in the house with us, especially on the cold days as winter approaches. For cats, to create a safe place for them, I am able to give them their own quiet space and allow them in the main part of the house if/when they are comfortable. I’m experienced with giving medications, including shots. I have experience working with pets and their basic commands as well as potty training, so I am more than willing to keep those young dogs/cats or elderly that may need some extra love and maintenance! I work at home and care for our livestock, so I am home all day and able to care and love your pet as my own so they feel safe and comfortable! We have a fence yard so your pup can run, play and do business their business fear of running off. We also provide crates for unsupervised times when I’m not in the house, as well as feeding if needed. With our personal dogs, we are more than happy to let them play with your pup but we are also set up to keep them separate if there is concern. Your pup will be treated like a part of the family but we want your pup safe and happy and will do what we can to make sure that happens!
About: I've had a fur baby in my arms since I was a child. Not only did I raise my own, but I've kept my friends, my co-workers and my son's dogs while they were out of town, for a day, a week and sometimes longer. I cared for my son's senior boy while he worked, and then he brought the newest baby to me everyday she when she was a puppy, so she wasn't home alone and I could potty train her with love. I raised our German shepherd with my sons from the time she and my youngest were both just 8 weeks old. When Libby was almost 18 yo we had to have our vet assist her in crossing the rainbow bridge. From there I got my first tiny dog, a little boy named Dexter, Chihuahua 6.6 lbs, and then shortly after I got Danika, Chihuahua 5.5 lbs. They went everywhere with me, vacations, nail salon, shopping. They had a purse they loved to jump right in and 2 booster seats so they were secured safely in my car. I lost Dexter to heart disease at 14 yo and poor little Danika was lost without him. I adopted Lucylle, Chihuahua 6 lbs, she was 2 yo. She was left at the vet by her previous family, that never came back to get her. She was very aggressive towards everyone in the beginning and it took me 3 months of patience and love to bring her out of it. By that time her and Danika were best friends, and loving companions, of course they went everywhere with me. We lost Danika just few months ago, she was 16 yo. That's when I decided to start my journey with Rover, to bring some added joy into mine and Lucylle's life and give other fur babies a safe and loving place to visit when family were away. I retired 04-2024, Lucylle and I have plenty of time on our hands. I bought a patio home, with a nice fenced back yard, where I sit in the morning or anytime during the day/evening and watch Lucylle go out and do her business or just play. We take walks around the neighborhood or down at the walking trail. My neighbors are also dog lovers, they just love little Lucylle. I have a fenced back yard for them to play in with my girl, and I keep a watchful eye on them when they are outside. I can crate your baby if needed, as I do my own sometimes. I have little beds and/or a blanket for them to snuggle when they are napping. Being retired gives me plenty of time for your fur baby (and mine). Caring, playing and loving them as if they were my own.
About: My first dog was a Golden Retriever, and I was hooked! I wanted a career working with dogs and was a dog groomer at a boarding facility for 20 years, working with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personality types. Several of my grooming clients also boarded in my home. Personally, I’ve raised puppies and adopted seniors, so have experience with training and administering medications. I’ve started a second career and now work from home. My office has three dog beds, and my little dog is waiting for a friend to come over! My yard is small, but fenced, and I can take the furry friends out as often as they need to go. If your dog prefers a walk-about, I can accommodate that as well. Please note, due to my insurance I cannot accept Staffordshire terriers, pitbulls, or bully mixes of any kind. In addition, although the Rover weight class is 16-40 pounds, I only accept dogs that are 25 pounds or less. I want your dog to feel at home in my home! I’m happy to send you pictures during the day, or FaceTime you. I can administer meds, and will adhere to their own feeding/walking schedule. Because I work from home, your dog will have constant companionship. I have a ten pound Boston Terrier who loves playing with other dogs, but I’m in a three bedroom house, so there’s plenty of space if anyone needs time apart. My dog stays in my office with me when I’m working, and your dog can too! If your fur baby does not need constant supervision they would be free to roam around the house. I also have two crates if needed. My fenced yard is great for potty breaks, and I can also do leash walks, either with my dog or only yours if preferred.

About: I have been around pets my whole life, but dogs are my favorite! I love them all, from puppies to the senior friends. I regularly care for my family dogs and I have experience caring for friends dogs and I have several regular clients. I have experience with puppy care and training, bathing, feeding, and administering medication. I also have experience with senior dog care nearing the end of life and all others in between. I have no trouble creating the special bond needed with most dog personalities. Dogs are truly our best friends! I play and exercise my own dogs daily. I understand the importance of keeping dogs engaged, healthy, and active. I do have a part-time job, but schedules are flexible given enough notice. I am so excited to care for your pup! I like to make sure the doggie is a happy, tired doggie when I do have to leave them. They love me and know fun is in store when I’m around. I play fetch and frisbee in the backyard and go on long walks around the neighborhood. If we can’t be outside I’ll play games with them indoors to challenge their minds and keep them occupied. Then of course there’s snuggle time together until they’re ready to nap or go to sleep in their crates or bed.

About: I've taken care of all variety of pets since I was a child. I have also personally had a variety of pets ranging from dogs and cats, to snakes, lizards, ferrets, rabbits, rats, hedgehogs, chinchillas, (multiple) fish (salt and freshwater) and a lot of different critters in between. All services I provide are outside my home environment as I currently have senior pets residing in my residence that need special care as well as are very old and not so much the hair these days days but more the tortoise. I appreciate your understanding. Available anytime with proper notice and am very flexible as far as the service I do provide even as far as late at night for those who work the graveyard shift. Even though your work schedule may not be of the norm, your babies still need care and love while your away. Caring, loving and most of all knowledgeable on a variety of pets. I personally feel fuzzies, feathered or scaly babies all have their own personality and needs. One must just need to be able to read and understand the difference in the way all animals communicate these thoughts, ideas, and feelings. Other than doctor appointments and health care needs, I am free almost any time day and night. As I also understand fur baby parents have all sorts of schedule's they need addressed to have care for their critters. I prefer as much information that can be given on how you prefer your furries to be cared for, or how they are accustomed to be cared for. As well as I wish for an emergency phone number list including vets and and other important phone numbers I may possibly need. Though hopefully will not. Pet care is my daily routine lol. Personally all of my little zoo all come before I do. I have always been this way even when I was very young. Daily routine starts with walks and then what I like to call "foodication" for my older ones and breakfast for the others. Play time is a must, or for my snuggle bugs just a bunch of belly rubs and loves all through the day then dinner for some and "foodication" for the others and then off to bed. Rinse wash repeat lol. In my household it just has been meshed into to my everyday routine. It is not nor has it ever been "fit" into my day, it is just part of my day! I currently only care for my fur babies at my home. I do not provide any services that include boarding at my house due to the ages of some of my critters.

I have worked part-time at Petsense and I currently work at Tractor Supply, but I will work around my schedule at any point to try and help you with your fur babies! Personally, I treat my dog like he is my baby because he's part of my family. I love him very much and love to sit and play with him, give him snuggles, and take him with me on walks because I simply love being in the presence of animals. They make me so happy, and I do what I can to make sure your animals are happy and taken care of too. They deserve it!
About: I have been pet sitting for my family for years. I also have babies of my own that I take care of everyday. I can guarantee your pet will be in good hands! Working part time taking care of animals gives me the opportunity to meet and get to know other breeds of dogs and cats. Also, Just have fun! I lost one of my fur babies a year ago and miss him very much! I take my fur babies to the park and outside. Rain or shine. My babies have a lot of energy. I Let them get fresh air and a lot of time to play. I always make sure they are fed and given the love they need.

“I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet! About: I’ve had dogs all my life. From pups to adults. I enjoy that they have a personalities of there own. they always make me smile I have open availability at this time. If that were to change I would give time to adjust schedule to make it as Convenient for everyone Fenced in yard. Friendly dog and cats. Yard is safe for dogs to play and even have a pool for summer time to stay cool.
About: I have been taking care of dogs since 2017. I have been professionally trained for grooming and other needs. I would love to see your dog or cat anytime. I am currently working full time at a grooming shop. But leave early morning and come back mid afternoon. They would still have a lot of play time and a free back yard to roam around in. Each pet will have there own room. With kennels available. Water full time and plenty of toys and love to go around for all the little ones.
