About: I have been pet sitting since I was 12 years old and have experience with all different types of animals: dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, and small animals like chinchillas, hamsters and birds. In addition to pet sitting, I have a long work history in the vet field working as a veterinary assistant, so I am able to administer medications and work with senior dogs or dogs with disabilities. “I wish I could give Jeannette more than 5 stars! Jeannette agreed to watch our indoor/outdoor cat and keep an eye on our chickens while we were away. I had no idea she had never been around chickens before—you would never have guessed! We had a hen sitting on a nest and had calculated that the eggs would hatch after we got home... we were wrong! While we were away, several chicks started hatching. Jeannette didn't panic—she jumped right in. She went out and bought supplies, made sure the chicks were cared for, and handled everything like a pro, even hatching 4 chicks at her house. She also completely won over our cat, who now seems to love her more than us! Jeannette went so far above and beyond anything we expected. She treated our pets as if they were her own, kept us updated, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were gone. I recommend her with my highest recommendation. My experience is not limited to my fur babies, though. I have three previous cliente that I provide cat care for! Responsibilities included preparing steamed rice to place in wet food for Georgina, a senior kitty, deep-cleaning litter boxes, and providing ample snuggle and play time!

At first our dog was a little shy and unsure, but she eventually warmed up to her and started getting excited for their walks and playtime. I was honestly nice seeing her look forward to the visits. She always made sure our dog was fed and had fresh clean water, and even with only 30-minute visits, she still took the time to walk and play with her. Our dog can pull a lot during walks, but she handled her really well and seemed patient with her. About: I have taken care of a wide variation of dog breeds from a very young age. I grew up with multiple dogs in the house at all time. I also had K9 dogs in the house so I am experience in reactive dogs and know how to handle them. My dad trains dogs for police work and I help him with taking care of the dogs and training. I currently am a full time college student so I am available early mornings and than after 3:00 pm on weekdays. I’m available all day on weekends. We are an active family so being outside a lot is important and we love to share that with animals. We go on walks and hikes a lot we even bring them on lake day adventures and my favorite… camping trips! I can clip nails, give baths, brush coats throughou and I have experience with giving injections and medications. I love to play with pups fetch with a ball or tug of war with their favorite rope toy! I am very observant, organized, adaptive and willing to to learn anything about your furry friends! I’m currently a stay at home mom. I am the sole caretaker for your furry family members! My son is 2 years old and will be accompanying me with drop ins and dog walking, he will be under my supervision at all time while providing animal care. I take full responsibility for my son while we care for your furry friends. He is comfortable around animals, we’ve had dogs and cats in our family since he was born! We live a very active lifestyle where we are always on the go. We go for walks and hikes a lot. We also enjoy swimming, and we always bring our fur baby along for the adventure. Pet care would fit perfectly with our schedule and lifestyle, with the love of being outdoors it’s so nice to share that time with our 4 legged friends! I do not have a fenced yard at my house, I always stay with my puppy weather on leads or ecollar. We have an electric fence but I ensure nothing can come into our yard(other animals, people etc). If we do not use the electric fence we use a long lead. At a clients home if they have a fenced yard I would still never leave an animal unattended, that’s just me personally. I would love to spend time with your pets outside, maybe we can play a little or if your fur babies just wanna soak up some sun and relax, I’m here for it all! If the client does not have a fenced yard I would use a long lead or regular leash and never leave the pup pup unattended. For safety both in my own home or clients I utilize a crate if necessary, and positive reinforcement for good behavior! I also have experience with muzzles and other tools(collars, leads, head leads, etc) Its not only about protecting me and others but to ensure the safety of the animal as well. About: I’ve had pets my entire life, so I love to help take care of them and love on them! I’ve also looked after plenty of animals for family and friends when they’re out of town, with one family friend having me come back to dog sit for them for the last three years! Right now, I’m home from college for the summer, and don’t have a job, so my schedule is pretty free unless I have an appointment or other things going on on a certain day! About: I’m a pre-vet student in college and I work at an Animal Clinic. I am a volunteer at the Kentucky Humane Society and have very good experience with your babies needs, management, handling, and of course love!! I have a lot of experience with older animals with giving insulin etc. And house sit for others frequently. I work Friday and Saturday so I will not be available then but Monday through Thursday I’m available after 12:30 due to class in the morning. I understand how important the safety and environment is for your baby. Making sure that no other animals (that they are not familiar with) are present is very important in maintaining safety. About: I have been pet sitting since I was 12 years old and have experience with all different types of animals: dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, and small animals like chinchillas, hamsters and birds. In addition to pet sitting, I have a long work history in the vet field working as a veterinary assistant, so I am able to administer medications and work with senior dogs or dogs with disabilities. I also have a slat mill and dog pacer treadmill to provide plenty of exercise during inclement weather. I can also provide plenty of enrichment via puzzle toys, lick mats and kongs which is important for mental stimulation.
