Rooster can struggle with separation anxiety, and this was our first Rover experience where, when I arrived to pick her up, she happily greeted me and then immediately went back to playing instead of making a beeline for the car to go home. About: Since about 12 years old my neighborhood friends would hire me to dogs sit while their family went out of town. I’ve always had a huge amount of love for animals so I never had any problem doing so. Fast forward 5 years later my parents began breeding French bulldogs. My siblings and I had a lot of responsibility on our hands are far as feeding them, bathing, keeping them groomed, making sure they’re up to date on shots and etc. I currently work from home so that’s enables me with plenty of free time to walk, play with/take to the park, and feed your lovely animals! In my home my dog is crate trained. I do have a crate for my puppy for if friends come over and are not comfortable with him I can put him away for a few hours. I prefer all animals be crate trained , but only go to the crate if they would like to do so. I do not mind dogs walking around my house. I have a puppy of my own so every morning I get up and take my puppy on a 30 minute walk as well as every evening once I get home from work. I have an animal friendly house so I usually let pups/kittys run around the house as long as they’ve been fed and taken out for a potty break.

We had never left our furry baby with anyone, but as soon as we met Amy, noticed her loving and professional approach and then the amazing facilities (very clean by the way, with organized purposeful defined areas) we were just hooked with her whole concept in pet sitting!!! Amy maintained continuos communication with us, throughout the 2 days she had our pup via texts and emails. She kept us informed on how Benji was doing, sending us multiple pictures she would take throughout the day. My pup had a camp/resort level experience with her and made new friends with very friendly doggies she so perfectly paired him with!! I loved the detailed Rover card at the end of each day with a summary on how my pet did each day including things like how many times he went potty!! I wish there was an Amy K in each town. I've had critters to love and care for since I can remember - all kinds: dogs, cats, a pony, ducks, chickens, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs and fish. I have a large fenced yard for off-leash, supervised play time and live in a forest with acres of trails for leashed walks. About: I am new to the area! I have had an extensive foster care history over the past 3 years prior to relocating. I adore all fur babies but have the most experience with elder and special needs pups. I love animals, big and small. I have my own sweetheart pup and live with two cat friends (plus a lizard). I work as a nurse. Medication administration is no problem at all if needed as well. Please help cure my foster withdrawal and let me be there for your furry family members! I currently am taking a break from full time nursing to focus on enjoying life more. With advance notice, I can be available most days/times. Don’t let that discourage same day requests though! I take the time to learn pet needs and enjoy getting to know their personalities. The approach I use for each animal is based on what they respond best to. I encourage families to share likes and dislikes of their animal friends to promote a low stress environment as they get to know me. I can administer medication, take them for car rides or walks if desired. Companionship in any form is something I look forward to providing them!!

Likely, I'll leave to workout, run errands, see friends but I will let you know if there's a particularly busy day and we'll discuss so you feel comfortable knowing your pet(s) is still being taken care of. Plenty of time to stay at your place overnight, teach fitness or clean a house then come back for quality time with your fur family. I DO NOT PROVIDE HOUSING AT MY HOME. I will gladly come to your residence and even stay overnight for your pets to alleviate any anxiety and make you and your family feel safe and at ease. References upon request. About: I have had pets for my whole life. Most of my friends called my house a "zoo" growing up because of the wide range of animals we had around the house, from puppies to snakes to pigs- we had it all. When caring for another animal, I treat it like it were my own. I always saw my pets as an extension of my own family and want to treat all animals the same way. I am currently home from college right now, so I am flexible. I have 3 pets of my own who I take care of, other than that I am free. It depends on the pet and their individual needs. I have a dog, but he is extremely active and loves being outdoors, so letting him out every hour or couple minutes is important for him. Whereas, another dog may not enjoy. being outside as much or have certain medical needs that prevents them from running. I love cuddling up on the couch with my pets (dog and two cats), and giving them affection. I also enjoy spending time with them by getting them active and playing their favorite games/ toys.
About: Since about 12 years old my neighborhood friends would hire me to dogs sit while their family went out of town. I’ve always had a huge amount of love for animals so I never had any problem doing so. Fast forward 5 years later my parents began breeding French bulldogs. My siblings and I had a lot of responsibility on our hands are far as feeding them, bathing, keeping them groomed, making sure they’re up to date on shots and etc. I currently work from home so that’s enables me with plenty of free time to walk, play with/take to the park, and feed your lovely animals! In my home my dog is crate trained. I do have a crate for my puppy for if friends come over and are not comfortable with him I can put him away for a few hours. I prefer all animals be crate trained , but only go to the crate if they would like to do so. I do not mind dogs walking around my house. I have a puppy of my own so every morning I get up and take my puppy on a 30 minute walk as well as every evening once I get home from work. I have an animal friendly house so I usually let pups/kittys run around the house as long as they’ve been fed and taken out for a potty break.

About: I have had many animals! From reptiles, to chinchillas all the way to dogs & cats I’ve had a lot of experience with many different pets. I am a big animal person! As a first time cat mom I fully understand how important it is to have a pet sitter who helps you feel secure in leaving your fur babies with them. Not only am I a trustworthy person, I’m very attentive to detail and reliable. I’m currently unemployed, doing odd jobs like dog sitting, house cleaning, and babysitting. About: Warning ⚠️! Your furry companion will be worn out with fun activities in my large fenced in backyard, with additional happy walks and hikes. When it's time to rest, they will enjoy relaxing in my spacious clean home with plenty of love and care. I am a stay-at-home mom with children who attend summer camps. Drop off can be as early as 7:00 a.m. and for overnight stays 6:00 p.m. Pick up times can be negotiated. Large safe neighborhood, in the heart of Independence. You can trust that I will be with your pet for most of the day and I always let the owners know if I have errands to run or appointments to attend. My children are 7 and 10 years old, they absolutely love animals. They have been educated on the proper way to approach and play with dogs and cats. At no time will the children be left with your pet alone. When my husband is in town, he arrives home around 5:45 every evening and is a big dog lover. He misses having a dog but travels too much for the military.
