About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a little kid. I grew up with a Yorkie named Simon. Then I adopted my first dog, Sam. She gave me loads of experience in pet ownership and many life lessons. Sam had epilepsy, so I am very skilled in taking care of medically complicated pets. I currently have two dogs: Bella (6 year old hound mix) and Eloise (6 month old Golden Retriever). I am a teacher from August-May. I teach from 8am-3pm and I have no other obligations outside of that. I am of course willing to provide care before 8am and right when I leave school at 3pm. Both of my dogs are crate trained and friendly towards other dogs. For drop in care, I will follow all required and requested directions from the owner. This includes all feeding, potty, medication, grooming, and play needs!

I am a very available person, I do have a part time job but other than that I’m very free. I usually work a few hours every other day. About: I've had at least four dogs as long as I can remember. As a child, they were my first companions and my second caretakers. Even as I grew into an adult, they were always there to comfort me and to brighten the darkest of days. I grew up wanting to be a vet (until I realized I'd have to put animals down) and decided to just take care of them myself in my own home! :) In college, I actually specialized in canine genetics if that tells you anything about my obsession. I currently have a female American bully but in the past I’ve had English mastiffs, pit bulls, and a border collie. I enjoy high energy dogs that love to run and play as well as older dogs that just want to play around and be loved on. I’m currently on summer break. I am an athlete at Eastern Kentucky University and have required practices every day but I’m gone no longer than 3 hours per day. About: I've been working with dogs since I was 9 years old. It started at a summer camp located at my local shelter and at home with our own dogs. At 18 I helped foster 2-week-old kittens that were born in our front yard and abandoned by their mom. I have worked with many different dogs and have been house sitting since I was 16 years old with different types of dogs and different care levels, from needing to give elderly dogs medication to hyper puppies who need lots of play time. I fit in Pet care into my daily routine by waking up at a specific time every morning to take care my own dog out for a morning potty break, then it is breakfast time, then an hour after is a morning walk, after I have lunch is a shorter afternoon walk and before dinner is an evening walk, with several potty breaks scattered reasonably every 3 hours to make sure. Sometimes I take my own dog on small hikes or to the dog park to get some more socialization in. Outside of my hobbies and schooling pet care is my life. This does depend on what I am hired for, if I am hired for potty breaks and play time then I do just that, I arrive at the home, let the dog out to go potty, take a walk play with some toys. If I am housesitting, then I follow the schedule the owners have their dogs on as to not disrupt the dog's stability.

Not only do my own animals rely on me for quality care, I have had the pleasure of caring for other animals while friends and family are away. Every morning before work I make sure all of my animals have food and water, as well as making sure my dogs get all of their daily vitamins and dental sticks. Currently I have open availability on weekends as well as morning and night availability throughout the week. Caring for pets is a big responsibility and I take pride in knowing animals will be safe with me. At the beginning of booking with me I would set up a meet and greet to make sure your pets are comfortable with me. After doing so, we would begin services. During services I will make sure to closely monitor your pets, keep them leashed while not in a fenced in area, keep away from road ways and other - potentially dangerous animals. I would also ensure timely medication, feeding, and watering schedules.

My growth and passion for animals is every evolving I currently work a full time job, so I have 2 rotating days off a week plus off every night. Schedule and times can always be discussed. I have 8+ years of pet education along with nutrition and training, I have more then 40 hour of positive/ positive reinforcement training to help keep things under control.
About: Hi there! I absolutely love animals and enjoy taking care of them. I’ve been watching/taking care of dogs/cats for around 10 years and I love it! I also worked on a few thoroughbred farms for 4 year since I just love being around animals (no matter how big or small! 😊) I just moved to the area from Montana, but lived in Lexington, KY for most of my life! My schedule is normally 6-2:30 during the week with one day off, and I usually work about 8-2:30/3ish on Saturday with Sundays off every week! I normally have availability before and after work to care for your fur babies!! I absolutely love taking care of your fur babies! Their schedule is totally accustomed to your needs and wants as their owners! If you create a schedule for them, that would be wonderful and allow me to take care of your fur babies as you would yourselves!
About: I have taken care of my own current dog, Mack, since I was 12. I've had several other family dogs in the past that I have helped raise and train as well, I've taken care of other people's animals before, and I have always truly loved all animals. ❤️ I love to walk dogs, or cats! The only days of the week where I’m out for more than 3 hours is Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am at home otherwise, the more time I have with your pet, the better! I do have two cats, so they will likely be separated from your pets in a boarding situation, but I live next to a dog park so it is easily accessible for pups.
