About: In the past 10 years I have been given the opportunity to dog sit for many friends and family. I've owned a dog for my entire life and believe in regular walks, treats, and attention. I prioritize exercise, safety, and food for an animal in my home. If a family asked me to accommodate their pet's special needs, I would abide to their wishes. Each animal is unique. About: I've had at least four dogs as long as I can remember. As a child, they were my first companions and my second caretakers. Even as I grew into an adult, they were always there to comfort me and to brighten the darkest of days. Dogs hold a very special place in my heart and I am eager to give back what they so willingly give; love, acceptance, understanding, comfort, and joy. In the last two years, I have gone from four dogs to one, due to Cancer and Congestive Heart Failure, and I must admit that their absence has affected me deeply. I miss them so so so much!! I'm one of those people that celebrated their dog's birthdays and bought them copious presents for Christmas. While my friends were pulling out their family pics, I was always pulling out my dog pics. I share this same sentiment towards birds, rabbits, and cats; all of which I had growing up. Being surrounded by animals as a child was a great experience. It even prompted me to volunteer at the ASPCA for almost a year. As I hope you can tell, I will not only provide what your pet needs to survive, but I will also provide him/her with special attention and love. I look forward to meeting with both you and your pet! About: Throughout most of my life my family has had cats. For a long time when I moved to the country, we only had one cat that was outside most of the time, his name was Henry and he was so sweet. However, after he passed, we adopted two beautiful baby kittens a few months later, Teddy and June! Me and my siblings helped raise those tiny kittens to the big beautiful fur balls they are now and they are the most loving and sweetest cats we have ever had for our family. I also help take care of cats through the humane society at my job at Petsense, I do my best to visit the local humane societies as often as I can to love on all the kitty babies. Cats are beautiful creatures and I truly love every single one I meet, I want to take care of each of them as best I am able. ❤️ I am very clean and make sure that when I am cleaning their space (litter box, play toys, etc.) I do a good job so they can be comfortable. They deserve the best care!

About: I was born into an animal-loving family and I have continued to instill this love for animals in my own children. I have had a menagerie of animals all of my life. At the young age of 12, I started walking the neighbors' dogs and going to their houses when they were out of town to feed, water, and walk their pets. In college, I worked part-time in several different veterinary clinics. I am still very well connected to the veterinary world so if I am unsure of something involving my pets, I am able to reach out to get an answer pretty quickly. Over my lifetime of 40 yrs. I have had at least 20 dogs, 10 cats, several rabbits, horses, chinchillas, guinea pigs, hamsters, and a few reptiles (but no snakes). In my full-time job, I have a hybrid work schedule. Some days I am in the office and some days I work from home. This allows some flexibility when caring for fur babies. My family also helps care for our "animal guests". It is a group effort! I have a 1/2 acre that is fenced. I have 3 dogs- a Newfoundland, Black Lab, and a Beagle. All of my dogs are rescues. I know that I rescued them but as cheesy as it sounds, most days I feel like they rescued me. Each of them has their own personality, which I love. My dogs are usually always by my side when I am home. My dogs love to jump on the bed or couch and get snuggles. I also have 3 cats. All of them found us. They were all dumped on us and of course, I couldn't turn them away. :) I would treat your animals the same way I treat mine- with love and snuggles.

About: I’ve owned dogs and cats since I was a kid my family loves animals. I dog sit for family friends and have taken care of animals as veterinarian tech. I’m currently a student at UK and take a mix of online and short in person classes. My schedule is pretty relaxed as I don’t have classes everyday of the week. When I do have class I’m home a lot between classes and have time to check on animals every 2 hours. I live near campus so I can take your pet on walks around campus or to the park. About: For 8 years I have been working in the animal industry. I started as a pet groomers assistant at a two vet clinics. I quickly decided caring for animals was something i would want to dedicate my life to doing and being someone pet parents could trust and rely on to take great care of their babies. I have multiple certifications in the pet stylist industry and for pet heath. I have experience with numerous amounts of breeds and temperaments. I can ready body language, introduce myself properly, take it slow and just get to bond with your baby. I am constantly around animals from working in a Veterinary clinic to learning about them. When I am not working I am hanging out with my own animals. Happiness and safety of animals has always come before everything. Making sure your pets get the proper care they need while you're away is important to me. I strictly follow the instructions I have been given as consistency is key in an animals life.

About: I have always had dogs and cats in my life. I have cared for senior animals when it got more difficult and puppies that needed round-the-clock care. I’ve also been trusted by family, neighbors, and friends to care for their homes and pets while they were away. I’m a recent college grad and have not yet found employment, so my schedule is wide open! I will be available Monday through Sunday at all hours. I do not offer boarding in my home, however I can supervise multiple dogs at once, walk dogs, follow specific feeding instructions, and respect the boundaries of your cat. I can also work with security systems and keep your home safe and neat.

“Nancy was absolutely amazing with Hazel- my 3 month old Rhodesian ridgeback. Hazel was a lot to handle and we were having issues with her biting and crate training. We got back a bit more calmed matured new puppy. Nancy helped socialize her and guide her in better obedience. Absolutely would recommend Nancy to anyone and everyone needing a great overnight or doggy day care sitter.”

Our dog is shy by nature and takes a bit to warm up to new people/spaces, but Tia was so understanding and patient with our doggo! she sent us updates and pictures on how jojo was doing, and took her on walks around the neighborhood. We could tell when we picked jojo up that she was well taken care of and spoiled with pets! We will definitely be using Tia again in the future to watch our sweet little nervous nelly of a dog.”

“Addie is fantastic!! We met her twice before we left town just to be sure things were all set— and our dog loves her. We were flexible about where she stayed with our dog- her house or ours- because we were gone for 16 days. She did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable with her. She sent pictures, responded quickly to texts, and Levi’s know how everything was going. Additionally, Addie is a genuinely nice person who is driven in her work as a dancer. We were very impressed with her. We are looking forward to many more trips, knowing our dog is safe and well loved in our absence.”
