HOWEVER, I felt comfortable with Chrissy from the start and was actually excited that Mr. Miyagi (the dog) got to stay someplace where I felt he'd be really cared for. And "cared for" Chrissy and family did! She sent me photos of him every other day and I got to see how normal life stayed for him while I was gone. Another reason I felt comfortable with Chrissy is that she has the vet tech background. Mr. Miyagi has allergies and can be a little high maintenance. I wanted someone who could recognize his allergies and respond accordingly if needed. Chrissy was great! I give her 4 "dog thumbs" up!”

Growing up on a farm in southern KY I am used to caring for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, birds, miniature pigs, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, etc! About: When Covid started, I accidentally started my business by helping a couple people who adopted dogs outside of their care knowledge. Helping them with their working class dogs (pitbull, collie, and a GSP) and establish a better owner/pet relationship made me realize that this is the right move for my future. Since then I have started my own business as well as helping others with their new family member(s). No creature is too small or large for me. My smallest dog client is 3 pounds and the largest is 215. Aside from that I have expanded my practices with lizards, snakes, cats, and birds. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! I am home most of the day. I do part-time work in hospice as well as part-time classes; (I have a door bachelors degree already working towards a BSN). If you have a special needs animal, I am more than happy to comply with their schedule, I just need to know in advance as much as possible. I have a fenced in yard in the back (will have a fully fenced in yard by the end of August in the front). My dogs have a semi strict schedule of activities to keep them mentally/physically stimulated. I follow suit with everybody’s dog. Everybody eats in their own crate, is provided with soft bedding to sleep on in their own crate, but exercise thoroughly throughout the day.

About: I have taken care of dogs from a very young age. I am an avid pet lover and have been responsible for feeding, walking and bathing not only my pets, but also my friend’s and family’s. I am currently working part time, so I will have plenty of time to fit your pets routine in to my day! I also have a designated large area within my home, separate from any other pets so your animal gets the best care.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs. My family used to breed AKC Collie’s, owning 2 collies in total. Once I moved to college, I couldn’t have a collie where I lived so I got a Sheltie. He’s been with me ever since, though his “time” is approaching. (Passed away 4/6/2021) I’ve dog sat for several friends. I teach therefore summers off means a lot of availability for me to care for your dog! I’m no professional but I’m good with training and very patient with dogs. During the week is not out of question, just know they will be alone (must bring crate due to no supervision) from about 7 until 3/3:30 during the months school is in session. I do have gentle giant (Great Dane) who loves to play. He can be intimidating, but he’s so sweet and just wants to play. Disclaimer- he drools a lot. I can keep your pet clean, though! I also have a Boston Terrier named Ellie. She is a very special story and although I picked her up as a 6 month old pup in 2012, we have been apart for 10 years and she’s back where she belongs. <3 If I come to your home for services, I am very professional and will be sure to follow your steps completely. I might sometimes need to bring my children with me, depending on the day.

About: Animals have been so much the center of my life that I made it my career! I am a professional dog trainer with an education through Jean Donaldson's Academy for Dog Trainer's. Let me bring that experience to carrying for your best friend's when you need a set of extra hands. I have loved and cared for pets my entire life! Growing up we had cats, dogs, birds and lizards. Currently I have two Great Pyrenees and one cat of great personaity. They have been my guides in the wonderful world of clicker training. Ghost, my rescue dog, has given me a lot of experience with anxious, sensitive dogs that need a little more time and care. Where as Nanuk has shown me how to handle dogs with a ton of drive and intelligence. And how to harness that despite physical limitations. And my cat... well, he comes running whenever I get the treat bag and clicker and has his own variation on all the dogs tricks. ;) I look forward to meeting your pets and seeing what I can learn from them! I am currently working part time and happy to work with you on scheduling. My husband is also retired which allows me a lot of flexibility for being away from home I do not care for client pets in my home. When is someone else's home I will do my best to continue your pet's usual routine while you are away.

About: I can't remember a time I didn't have a dog! From birth I've always had my dog companons, I currently have 2 dogs of my own.(Deiliah, and scoob) Ive volunteered at several animal shelters delicating alot of my time to the ones who need love, and for the simple fact... How can you be sad surrounded by furry doggos...that's right you can't! I take my dog on daily walks, bathe her, love her, and play with all her favorite toys! Delilah is my rescue dog and she's been the biggest blessing to our family! I've never met a dog I don't like.. so let me love your fur babies! I accept puppies,and old dogs. All breeds are equally loved, pits, labs, Chihuahuas, and even Dobermans! I work 12 hour shifts Wednesday through Saturday. I have availability anytime after 2:00 Sunday through Tuesday I am available all day I currently work Wednesday through Saturday 2:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. I am off Sunday through Tuesday so my availability is flexible feel free to reach out During the visit if your pet gets too anxious I am able to create them a safe space or put them in their crate. I try to really behavior and adapt best to the pet.. I'm in their home therefore I adapt.
About: I’ve owned dogs my whole life from tiny dogs such as a chihuahua or a dashchund to big dogs such as giant schnauzers! I’m also an animal science major at the University of Kentucky on the pre vet track, so I’m well educated on dogs as well! My only occupation currently is being a student but I have mostly online classes, so I should be free to dog sit or take care of them whenever! I’ve owned dogs my whole life and know how they work as I constantly learn about them. I also know how to work with different types of dog breeds and different types of behavior as well without being afraid of them!

HOWEVER, I felt comfortable with Chrissy from the start and was actually excited that Mr. Miyagi (the dog) got to stay someplace where I felt he'd be really cared for. And "cared for" Chrissy and family did! She sent me photos of him every other day and I got to see how normal life stayed for him while I was gone. Another reason I felt comfortable with Chrissy is that she has the vet tech background. Mr. Miyagi has allergies and can be a little high maintenance. I wanted someone who could recognize his allergies and respond accordingly if needed. Chrissy was great! I give her 4 "dog thumbs" up!”
