All this comes second to the great care she took of my dog Toto, even though our stay was short. She sent pictures and updates while I was away which was really nice as this was our first stay with her. Lola is older and requires medication and some other specific things, and Kathy was on top of everything and gave me updates and photos every day. I knew that lola was in good hands and didn’t have to worry for a second about her. I could tell that lola was very loved and taken care of while she stayed there. Kathy even put a rug down prior to Lola’s stay because she immediately noticed during our Meet & Greet that lola would have trouble with the hard floor - such a sweet animal lover! About: I have experience working at a doggy daycare and boarding. There I have learned how to bathe, nail trim, read body language, and deeply care about these furry friends. I worked with all kinds of dogs, ranging in size/breed and age. I also have owned dogs my whole life, as have my friends, which I pet sit for frequently. I can pills dogs and disperse ear medication. My availability is fairly open. I can be more specific with the pet parents as we connect, in order to find something that works great for both of us. I do not offer services within my home, as I live in an apartment downtown. However I will follow any instructions given diligently. I have experience in reading dog's body language, which will give me insight into what I need to do and how to keep the pup safe.

About: I’ve always had multiple dogs and cats in my home, until I retired and moved here. I want to be able to nurture and care for your pet, as either a sitter, or for boarding in my home. They would have my full attention, and be spoiled. I’m retired, and home most days/nights. I can give your pet my full attention, either by sitting or boarding in my home. Usually available on short notice. I don’t have any animals in the home. I don’t have a fence, but have a large yard in a rural area, distant from any busy roads. Would always accompany them closely when outdoors. The animals would have free roam of my home, including furniture and beds.

About: There isn’t a time I can remember that I didn’t have pets. I’ve always loved caring for animals and I’m happy to extend this love and experience to caring for your pets as well! Currently, my schedule is widely available and I could spend as much time as needed with your pets. I am available every morning, all afternoons except Thursdays, and every evening. I’m also available on weekends! I have three loving cats and one very large, wonderful dog! My backyard is entirely fenced in and is complete with a wide selection of sticks from the surrounding woods. My pets are friendly and I enjoy doing necessary care tasks like feeding and grooming my pets all the way to special care when needed like medication distribution and separating pets for feeding to ensure correct portion and food.
