They played fetch with her and sent pics every day. Winnie seemed really comfortable when we picked her up. “Rachel and Frank were great with my dog Rusty, he was allowed to nap on the couch, snuggle on the bed, running around the house just like he's used to at home. Rachel provided picture updates daily, you can tell Rachel and Frank are dog lovers, they really care about your pet as their own. My flight was delayed on the way back, I didn't get to pick up Rusty until after 10pm, Rachel and Frank were very understanding. I would book with them again next time I need to go out of town!”

“We had a wonderfully experience with Kaitlin as our dog sitter. She arranged a meet and greet beforehand to introduce our dogs and address questions and concerns on both sides. Kaitlin took the time to observe our dogs together and ask questions about their routines, quirks, preferences, etc. She is responsive to messages and skilled at keeping our dog on its medicine routine. When we picked them up, they were genuinely happy and they’d not picked up any bad habits. We look forward to doing this again with Kaitlin.”
