About: I grew up with animals and wanted to be a vet or caregiver. I have done Therapy Dog programs with Hospice and inbound elderly to bring the love of animals to brighten their day. I have adopted several adult rescue dogs, including Whippet and Greyhound breeds. As a child, I always had cats, including DSH and later Siamese breed. I support Adoption rescue and spay/neuter. I grew up on a small farm with cows, rabbits, and many visitors! I work remote from home weekdays and have a flexible schedule with more open availability on weekends. Conveniently located near Basil Griffin Park and Three Springs Roads. I have a 8 foot fenced yard, and have 2 fur babies (Shih-Tzu) that are very friendly. I know how hard it is to find someone who can take care of my animal when I need to go out of town or on a short trip. I am a student at Western Kentucky University, but I have plenty of free time in between classes to play with and care your dog! I can do midday walks or drop ins almost any day. Your dog will receive lots of love and attention, as well as long walks or trips to the dog park. I never take walks without using a leash and I don’t allow dogs to eat table food. I’ve also worked with their different sizes, ages, diets, medications, etc. I’ve got a dog and 3 cats currently. I also frequently pet sit for family and friends, often overnight or over the weekend. I love to go on neighborhood walks with my dog to make sure she gets her daily exercise in. Also playing outside and enjoying the nice weather. I’m available to let dogs go on as many potty breaks as they need! For my cats, I love playing with them and seeing all the different toys to make sure they never get bored. I’ve also done my fair share of cleaning, no matter the mess, I’ll clean it up! I am a college student with at most 3 classes a day. I can do early mornings and then evenings/afternoons. During school breaks, I’ll be available all day. There may be the occasional days where I’m busy or out of town, but more likely than not I will be free and not busy. I will most likely ask the pet’s owners what they prefer on things like going outside, for walks, and other daily routines. I will constantly be checking in on the pet and making sure they’re doing okay. If anything were to happen, I would immediately contact the owner to come up with an action plan and see what they would want to do, depending on the situation. I would make sure that the home is safe and that there is nothing that the pet could get into that would hurt them.

Regardless of size or breed I will love your dog like they are my own . I’m currently a full time student at WKU. My most available days are Tuesdays and Thursdays after 12pm. I can do early mornings on any days but I have class in the afternoons . I will also be available every other weekend . About: I’ve been working at an animal hospital for almost a year. I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs, cats, and other exotic animals. I’ve also worked with their different sizes, ages, diets, medications, etc. I’ve got a dog and 3 cats currently. I also frequently pet sit for family and friends, often overnight or over the weekend. I love to go on neighborhood walks with my dog to make sure she gets her daily exercise in. Also playing outside and enjoying the nice weather. I’m available to let dogs go on as many potty breaks as they need! For my cats, I love playing with them and seeing all the different toys to make sure they never get bored. I will most likely ask the pet’s owners what they prefer on things like going outside, for walks, and other daily routines. I will constantly be checking in on the pet and making sure they’re doing okay. If anything were to happen, I would immediately contact the owner to come up with an action plan and see what they would want to do, depending on the situation. I would make sure that the home is safe and that there is nothing that the pet could get into that would hurt them.

I am a student at Western Kentucky University, but I have plenty of free time in between classes to play with and care your dog! I can do midday walks or drop ins almost any day. About: Loving and caring for pets has been a part of my entire life. At a young age I started caring for my neighbor's pets while they were gone, helping lost dogs find their way back home, and training my own dogs. I started volunteering at my local shelter with basic care and also taking dogs off site for some fun outside of the shelter setting- walking, rollerblading for more active dogs, or just hanging out in the yard and working on training commands.
