We never had to reach out and ask how Tater was doing. We had to ask to extend Taters stay due to our flight being cancelled and rebooked. Abi was super flexible and allowed us to extend our stay. About: Growing up with dogs of all sizes taught me how to adapt to their unique needs, training styles, and energy levels. I currently care for two energetic, 45-pound dogs, which requires daily structured exercise, interactive mental stimulation, and consistent behavioral management. We all savor ending the night with cuddles and love. I currently work weekdays and get off around 2:30pm so I would be available after then and on some weekends. Due to my job, i'm often available when there are seasonal/holiday breaks. I also live on the base at fort knox! I have 2 dogs that are very shy around newcomers, but love to play when they are warmed up. Since I understand that going into someone's home it's scary for the new comer. I will be extra careful and make sure that they feel comfortable and safe. I do have a fenced yard. I am always around the dogs, so there are almost no times when they are left alone.

“I wish I could give Jeannette more than 5 stars! Jeannette agreed to watch our indoor/outdoor cat and keep an eye on our chickens while we were away. I had no idea she had never been around chickens before—you would never have guessed! We had a hen sitting on a nest and had calculated that the eggs would hatch after we got home... we were wrong! While we were away, several chicks started hatching. Jeannette didn't panic—she jumped right in. She went out and bought supplies, made sure the chicks were cared for, and handled everything like a pro, even hatching 4 chicks at her house. She also completely won over our cat, who now seems to love her more than us! Jeannette went so far above and beyond anything we expected. She treated our pets as if they were her own, kept us updated, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were gone. I recommend her with my highest recommendation. If you're looking for someone who truly cares and will go the extra mile, Jeannette is the one!”

“We will 100% come back to Melody for dog sitting again. Finn and Echos stay with Melody went great. I was worried because my dogs aren't the calmest and best behaved but she said the did very well. We stayed for a bit so that we could make sure our German Shepherd and Husky would get along with the other dogs and Melody was so accommodating, introducing each dog slowly and calmly. I also want to point out that Melody has a 5' fence which is one of the reasons we decided to go with her as our sitter. Finn has been known to jump shorter fences but I knew he would be safe in her yard. Another great thing was all of the puppy friends they got to play with while they were there! About: I have been raised with dogs my whole life. I've been taught to treat them like family. Animals are my weakness. I go out of my way to make them happy. I love playing with dogs. Walking them. Teaching them. Most importantly loving them. My house will be your dogs home away from home. They will get so much love here from me and my kids. If they are older my kids no how to be gentle or just stay away. I will make sure they are safe and happy at all times. I can do as many walks as needed. Potty breaks are no problem with my big fenced yard. I do not leave dogs out for too long especially in the heat. We will have play time daily. We live a very active lifestyle where we are always on the go. We go for walks and hikes a lot. We also enjoy swimming, and we always bring our fur baby along for the adventure. Pet care would fit perfectly with our schedule and lifestyle, with the love of being outdoors it’s so nice to share that time with our 4 legged friends! I do not have a fenced yard at my house, I always stay with my puppy weather on leads or ecollar. We have an electric fence but I ensure nothing can come into our yard(other animals, people etc). If we do not use the electric fence we use a long lead. At a clients home if they have a fenced yard I would still never leave an animal unattended, that’s just me personally. I would love to spend time with your pets outside, maybe we can play a little or if your fur babies just wanna soak up some sun and relax, I’m here for it all! If the client does not have a fenced yard I would use a long lead or regular leash and never leave the pup pup unattended. For safety both in my own home or clients I utilize a crate if necessary, and positive reinforcement for good behavior! I also have experience with muzzles and other tools(collars, leads, head leads, etc) Its not only about protecting me and others but to ensure the safety of the animal as well.
