“I had a very short-term need at the last minute and Katrina came to the rescue! She was really easy to work with on the booking and her communication is extremely responsive and quick. All this comes second to the great care she took of my dog Toto, even though our stay was short. She sent pictures and updates while I was away which was really nice as this was our first stay with her. You know your dog is happy with their care when they go to the dogsitter and wag their tail and bid them farewell! Thank you Katrina!”

The way she spoke about his personality and mannerisms made it very clear that his days were not spent inside a kennel and only taken out for occasional walks. They even provided his favorite enrichment activity, ripping apart cardboard boxes! He is now home, happy, and absolutely worn out. I will 100% choose Lensey again in the future.”

About: I have experience working at a doggy daycare and boarding. There I have learned how to bathe, nail trim, read body language, and deeply care about these furry friends. I worked with all kinds of dogs, ranging in size/breed and age. I also have owned dogs my whole life, as have my friends, which I pet sit for frequently. I can pills dogs and disperse ear medication. My availability is fairly open. I can be more specific with the pet parents as we connect, in order to find something that works great for both of us. I do not offer services within my home, as I live in an apartment downtown. However I will follow any instructions given diligently. I have experience in reading dog's body language, which will give me insight into what I need to do and how to keep the pup safe.

About: Throughout my life, I’ve always been surrounded by animals. There was never a time period in my life that my family didn’t have a furry friend to accompany us. I know the importance of having a pet and how they are really more than just that, they are family. I am confident that I would do an outstanding job in this role because I am passionate about the care of animals and would make sure the owners are at ease and trust I will follow their wishes. I would love to bring a smile to your pets face and make them feel comfortable and loved while you are away for work, vacation, or whatever the case may be. I always dreaded leaving my pets home alone, so I understand wanting them to have the upmost care. Don’t worry, I’ll make your animal feel like they are on their own personal vacay!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life. Around the neighborhood I’m the go to pet sitter. I love being around dogs and cats. I guarantee I will be able to keep your furry family members safe, comfortable, accommodated, and happy. I have complete open availability. I look to be accommodating for even the busiest of schedules. I am able to come to you, or take care of pets in my own home. I have a fully fenced backyard, and live in a single story home. The backyard consists of grass, and a concrete porch. My dog does sleep in bed with me, and I can also provide other pet beds. We can also accommodate crate trained pups as well, as long as the crate is brought with the pet for their stay. On a case to case basis I can arrange special sleep arrangements, and would be happy to do so.

“Lensey and her husband were amazing! She was very professional and knowledgeable about introducing her pack to my pack, and did so with no issues. She administered medications and food exactly as requested, and my babies came home happy and exhausted! This was a last minute booking as I was coming to the lake with friends and Lensey was so helpful deciding if doggie day care or drop ins would be the best fit. Next time I will definitely consider just booking her for dog sitting the entire weekend! (Oh, and bonus, she keeps her calendar on Rover up to date!)”
