Our dogs are bonded and have never been boarded. Our 6 1/2 year old pittie/heeler mix is very cautious with new people. Both our dogs loved Shelley immediately! She never flinched about the ruptured tumor, which is not for the faint of heart. She sent us pictures and updates daily, which was very appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Shelley and wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. Archie and Sophie says Shelley is a 10 out of 10.”

About: I have taken care of pets since I was young, and always had pets in my home! I am a huge huge animal lover! We currently have 3 dogs, 3 cats, 2 bearded dragons, chickens, ducks and rabbits. We love all animals! I have been a Stay at Home Mom since my girls were born. Now that they are older, I’m looking for new things to do that I enjoy, and can still be around for my family when they need me. I have a fenced in yard that the dogs run and play in, a detached garage with an attachment. Inside the attachment there is a couch, TV, AC, and heat, with plenty of room to run around and play! It makes a nice little hang out spot. We come out here to play and run around at times. There is also a security camera in the attachment as well. Dog must be potty trained, and good with other dogs and cats. Please be honest, so it won’t cause conflict while taking care of your baby and others. If we take care of larger dogs, they will stay in the attachment and not in the house.

My husband and I are both retired now and have moved to Kentucky and are just starting to use the Rover platform. We stay and play not just let them out and then leave. I will follow any care instructions you have left and I will clean up any found accidents (puppies and other non house broke animals or elderly) including if their crates need cleaned as long as the supplies are easily found without me needing to open cabinets (on a counter or table) I always avoid people and other animals on walks to minimize all risks. Your pup will enjoy full access to our home’s main floor, outfitted with baby gates, plush dog beds including a human sized one for large breeds or bonded pairs and sun bathing areas by large windows perfect for lounging. During the day, dogs are never kenneled unless we need to leave the home for a short period of time and can freely explore both indoors and our spacious, fenced backyard filled with squirrels, rabbits and birds to chase. At night, all pups sleep safely in kennels, monitored by a live feed camera system that streams directly to our phones. We welcome dogs of all ages and sizes. Safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we’re happy to answer any questions during your meet and greet.
