“I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet! About: My animal experience goes way back to childhood. At the age of 7 I started in 4h, learning about animal husbandry. By the age of 13 I was volunteering at the local riding stables. By high school, I was working at the local animal shelter, volunteering with local rescues and advancing my education in dog training, with hopes of getting into service dogs. At age 19 I started working at a vet clinic This just advanced my love of animals and their care even more! All baths/ grooms come complete with a cute Pic! Please feel free to reach out with any questions ❤️ I work from home in my at home grooming salon, so your pet will never be alone. Should I need to leave the house for small errands, there is still someone left at home, or the animal will have a safe enclosed room to themselves. About: Although I’m new to Rover, I’ve had the opportunity to care for dogs through family and personal experience! I’ve pet sat for my brother’s four large dogs in his home, making sure they were fed, exercised, given plenty of attention, and kept on their normal routine while he was away. When caring for pets in my home, I do my best to keep them on their usual routine, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special instructions provided by their owner. When I’ve cared for my siblings’ dogs, they’ve slept in bed with me (if that’s what they’re used to), and I bring them with me whenever it’s appropriate so they’re rarely left alone. I enjoy having them by my side and giving them plenty of love, attention, and companionship. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s home. “I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet!
