About: As far as cats go, I have experience bathing, brushing, and trimming nails. As well as bathing and brushing for dogs. I also have experience administering liquid and pill medicine for both cats and dogs. :) I am the parent of a lazy domestic short hair cat named Eddie. I’ve had him for about four years and before Mr. Eddie, I’ve helped in providing care for many cats and dogs of all different breeds for family and friends. I feed Eddie twice a day (morning and night) and refill his water fountain every morning. Litter is changed every other day. He has two cat towers and more toys than I can count. He enjoys playing with other cats and has no problem sharing his space. As for pets in others homes I follow routines exactly as instructed.

About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for over 50 years. I was so lucky to grow up in a home that was the local Noah’s Arc. This childhood formed my commitment and love to animals. About 20 years ago, I decided to enter the world of pure bred dogs and have been an avid exhibitor and breeder of Pointers and Ridgebacks focused always on good temperaments and health. I love dogs and really believe it’s important that each animal I care for, feels at home, comfortable, pampered, exercised and loved. I have 4 dogs that are super casual and it has been very easy to bring animals into my home. I will only take 1 or 2 dogs at a time, as I want to be able to provide the best care possible for them. Your animals are treated as though they are mine and the care and love they will experience can only be exceeded by you. In addition my brother lives with me and he helps me take care of the dogs. There is always a person at our house while your dog will be visiting. About: I was born into an animal-loving family and I have continued to instill this love for animals in my own children. I have had a menagerie of animals all of my life. At the young age of 12, I started walking the neighbors' dogs and going to their houses when they were out of town to feed, water, and walk their pets. In college, I worked part-time in several different veterinary clinics. I am still very well connected to the veterinary world so if I am unsure of something involving my pets, I am able to reach out to get an answer pretty quickly. Over my lifetime of 40 yrs. I have had at least 20 dogs, 10 cats, several rabbits, horses, chinchillas, guinea pigs, hamsters, and a few reptiles (but no snakes). In my full-time job, I have a hybrid work schedule. Some days I am in the office and some days I work from home. This allows some flexibility when caring for fur babies. My family also helps care for our "animal guests". It is a group effort! I have a 1/2 acre that is fenced. I have 3 dogs- a Newfoundland, Black Lab, and a Beagle. All of my dogs are rescues. I know that I rescued them but as cheesy as it sounds, most days I feel like they rescued me. Each of them has their own personality, which I love. My dogs are usually always by my side when I am home. My dogs love to jump on the bed or couch and get snuggles. I also have 3 cats. All of them found us. About: I have had dogs most of my life and i love to spoil them and keep them active. I don’t have a yard so i take them out often and to play at the dog park 2-3 times a day if it isn’t too hot or raining. I am always available i work from home. I have plenty of time to walk dogs and give them plenty of attention. There is also a bell in case they are bell trained. I have a clean house and a large yard for the pups to use the restroom and play. I can feed them and walk them on your schedule and help them to potty train if needed.

From obedience to behavior to nutrition, I value all of the practical use, knowledge, and love I can apply to any dog I get the opportunity to work with! I'm a thoroughbred jockey currently off riding due to injury. I have a lot of free time now, and I've started to fill it by gaining as much knowledge and practice in professional pet and sport training for dogs and cats. Rover is a way I may be able to help out my community by applying everything I'm learning for pets and people that need someone that cares about their animals the way I've cared about animals my whole life. At home, I have two lovely house cats and one rambunctious puppy. My cats like their space and will ask for love when they want it. My puppy needs structure in his day to balance activity, learning, enrichment, and rest. I am more than comfortable providing the kind of care any client wants for their furry family members. Whether that's daily enrichment, getting out in the world, or learning an off switch at home. I'm familiar with excited jumping on guests and earning trust from nervous or shy animals. I have Ruffland crash tested kennels in my car and can provide enrichment and new adventures if requested! If you don't have a fenced area around your home, and you are comfortable with it, I do have 20ft long lines I can use so the dogs get a chance to be outside to play and do their business while also ensuring their safety. I've always been an animal lover, and now that I have free time in my life, I want to provide knowledge and time for other animals and their humans that need a helping hand.

About: I have dog sat and walked for family and friends for years. I am the mom of a mini schnauzer Loki and cat Sylvie. Animals bring so much joy into the world and I try to bring joy into their days as much as I can! I am an Athletic Trainer at a local high school. I work evenings so have the whole morning free. I love exercise and often walk my own dog 4-5 times a day. I have lived with dogs my whole life. I know how to feed, walk, and love a dog. I will treat your furr babies like they are my own. I will give them plenty of love, I will play with them, and get all their energy out!

We lost her brother, Charlie, a couple years ago to cancer. He was a black lab pit mix and the best light to your day! About: I have lots of experience working in dog boarding facilities & doggy daycares. I have plenty of experience with medication, special needs dogs, senior dogs. You can rest assured your pup will be treated like the king or queen they are! I can help energetic dogs run out some energy or if you have a snuggler, I can snuggle to their heart's desire. We reached out on extremely short notice for an overnight stay for our deaf, likely vision-impaired, fearful bully mix puppy, and Ashley and her family welcomed her into their home with open arms and all the chew goats she could imagine. They have several amazing dogs of their own, which ended up being such a great experience for our puppy. She was able to socialize, play, and experience all the normal puppy things we hoped she could have in a safe and loving environment. Honestly, I think she may have been more comfortable there than she is at our home! She did so well there. Their house is incredibly dog-friendly. Their dogs are clearly part of the family, and they gave our puppy so much patience, love, and reassurance even though she can be nervous, unsure, or reactive at times. Their backyard is basically a dream setup for dogs, with room to relieve themselves, run and play safely. I got so many updates and photos of my dog smiling and having an amazing time with their pups and getting naps. She had such a good time! I truly cannot recommend Ashley highly enough. We are also on 8 acres so they will have plenty of space to play and explore. I provide regular photos and communication so that you have peace of mind while you are away. We would love to care for your furry family member at Serenity acres. Being a retired couple, we take care of our two dogs and our horse. We love being outdoors. Your pet will get a lot of attention and outside fun. Pets are taken out on a regular basis to explore our farm. We will keep them on leash at all times when they are not in a fenced area.
