About: I've taken care of many different kinds of animals for many years. I've gravitated towards animals as long as I can remember, and have always seeked experience wherever I can. We had never left our furry baby with anyone, but as soon as we met Amy, noticed her loving and professional approach and then the amazing facilities (very clean by the way, with organized purposeful defined areas) we were just hooked with her whole concept in pet sitting!!! Amy maintained continuos communication with us, throughout the 2 days she had our pup via texts and emails. She kept us informed on how Benji was doing, sending us multiple pictures she would take throughout the day. My pup had a camp/resort level experience with her and made new friends with very friendly doggies she so perfectly paired him with!! I loved the detailed Rover card at the end of each day with a summary on how my pet did each day including things like how many times he went potty!! I wish there was an Amy K in each town. Pets would be happy away from home and families would know without a doubt that they are safe and cognitively stimulated ( lots of time to play, be loved by his sitter and even time to 3cplore nature...)!! About: Warning ⚠️! Your furry companion will be worn out with fun activities in my large fenced in backyard, with additional happy walks and hikes. When it's time to rest, they will enjoy relaxing in my spacious clean home with plenty of love and care. I am a stay-at-home mom with children who attend summer camps. Drop off can be as early as 7:00 a.m. and for overnight stays 6:00 p.m. Pick up times can be negotiated. Large safe neighborhood, in the heart of Independence. You can trust that I will be with your pet for most of the day and I always let the owners know if I have errands to run or appointments to attend. My children are 7 and 10 years old, they absolutely love animals. They have been educated on the proper way to approach and play with dogs and cats. At no time will the children be left with your pet alone. When my husband is in town, he arrives home around 5:45 every evening and is a big dog lover. He misses having a dog but travels too much for the military.

I had a great dane as a teenager so big dogs are no problem. I am a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom so I am home a most of the time, never gone for long. I am available seven days a week. I have a large fenced in yard that doggies love! I only take one dog at a time or two "sibling" dogs so that everyone can get along and hang out together. I want dogs to feel welcome in my home. I have two cats that are very used to dogs. I have a very large dog kennel to keep your dog safe when I am out and about and at night.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was a child. We groom our cocker spaniels. If you want your dog bathed or groomed we can provide the service for an additional fee. Your dog will be loved and have playmates while you are away. My husband Marcus and I will feed and walk your pet. Walking is usually 1 time a day unless other instructions are given. I know every animal is different and I work with pet owners to set a plan for their pet and I follow it to a tee to keep the pet’s routine as regular as possible while the owner is away. I have extensive experience working with senior pets and pets with health problems (Mia being one herself), and I know first hand how important it is to find someone you trust to leave your pet with, especially if there are health issues, while you are gone. I relish the opportunity to meet you and your fur baby(or plural!) and would love to chat about a sitting care plan with you! More of my story: It all started when we adopted my family’s first fur baby when I was 8. As an only child, I’d begged my parents for a pet for years and they finally gave in when I was in the third grade. We adopted the last kitten left of the litter at the local pound. She was a black kitten that I named Roxy. Roxy and I were inseparable during my childhood, and I can’t imagine what it would have been like growing up without her. In 2017 when I got a place of my own that allowed pets, I adopted my first dog. Found on the streets, malnourished, severely underweight and her hair lost to mites, she had just given birth to a litter. I was volunteering as a dog walker at the local shelter at the time, and when I met her, I knew from that moment that my volunteer gig had turned into something much greater. I adopted her, and 9 years later, Mia and I are one and the same. I have one other part time job serving, so I have extensive availability for you and your pet(s) and can focus especially on your pet’s needs while you are away. I will stay at your home to keep your pet in its trusted environment. We will meet before you leave to go over routines and other details for your home and your pet’s environment.

About: We’ve had animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up on a farm in southern KY I am used to caring for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, birds, miniature pigs, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, etc! Our animals have always been apart of our family and go where we go! Our animals are allowed on the furniture, sleep in our bed, and love to visit our parents house! I am a stay at home mom so adding a pet into our daily routine is actually pretty easy! We’re used to care for our own dog! We just have them join whatever we’re doing which makes it easier. I have two Littles who love to play outside and take them walks so I usually just have our pups tag along! Our pups routine is usually out to pee in the morning, a walk after her breakfast, lots of outdoor play or sunbathe time while me and my two kiddos play our back, another walk once the kids take their naps, more play time with the kids, another walk after dinner, then a pee break before we get into bed for the night! I’m home all day as a stay at home mom and my husband is fully remote so our pup is used to having somewhere there for whatever she needs or when we do go out and about if we’re able to we take her! Our dog frequents our parents house for even more cuddles and play! Animals are always part of the family on our end.

About: I can't remember a time I didn't have a dog! From birth I've always had my dog companons, I currently have 2 dogs of my own.(Deiliah, and scoob) Ive volunteered at several animal shelters delicating alot of my time to the ones who need love, and for the simple fact... How can you be sad surrounded by furry doggos...that's right you can't! I take my dog on daily walks, bathe her, love her, and play with all her favorite toys! Delilah is my rescue dog and she's been the biggest blessing to our family! I've never met a dog I don't like.. so let me love your fur babies! I accept puppies,and old dogs. All breeds are equally loved, pits, labs, Chihuahuas, and even Dobermans! I work 12 hour shifts Wednesday through Saturday. I have availability anytime after 2:00 Sunday through Tuesday I am available all day I currently work Wednesday through Saturday 2:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. I am off Sunday through Tuesday so my availability is flexible feel free to reach out During the visit if your pet gets too anxious I am able to create them a safe space or put them in their crate. I try to really behavior and adapt best to the pet.. I'm in their home therefore I adapt.
About: I've taken care of many different kinds of animals for many years. I've gravitated towards animals as long as I can remember, and have always seeked experience wherever I can. I have walked, animal sat, full groomed, bathed, and more! Anything that I haven't done, I'm always willing to learn! I currently go to college and live on campus! About: In my future, i plan to start a rescue for animals in need and are injured. Animals are my best friend and i couldn’t ever imagine being without them. I’ve taken care of 10 dogs most of my life. My parents love animals so i’ve always been around different kind of animals. They currently have 3 bunnies, guinea pigs, 10 cocker spaniels, 1 lab, and 2 cats. When they are away i am the main person to take care of them since they also foster and i’m the oldest kid in the family. I know how to care for dogs of all sizes, breeds, temperaments and personalities. About: Warning ⚠️! Your furry companion will be worn out with fun activities in my large fenced in backyard, with additional happy walks and hikes. When it's time to rest, they will enjoy relaxing in my spacious clean home with plenty of love and care. I am a stay-at-home mom with children who attend summer camps. Drop off can be as early as 7:00 a.m. and for overnight stays 6:00 p.m. Pick up times can be negotiated. Large safe neighborhood, in the heart of Independence. You can trust that I will be with your pet for most of the day and I always let the owners know if I have errands to run or appointments to attend. My children are 7 and 10 years old, they absolutely love animals. They have been educated on the proper way to approach and play with dogs and cats. At no time will the children be left with your pet alone. When my husband is in town, he arrives home around 5:45 every evening and is a big dog lover. He misses having a dog but travels too much for the military.
