I have dog sat for my sister who has two special needs dogs that need multiple medications daily, which I had no problem administering. I’m comfortable with cats and taking care of their needs and will change the litter box if necessary. I'm also familiar with chickens and their needs. I currently work from home, Monday through Friday 11am until 9pm but am happy to take care of your pets on my breaks if you live close, before work and weekends. About: As far as cats go, I have experience bathing, brushing, and trimming nails. As well as bathing and brushing for dogs. I also have experience administering liquid and pill medicine for both cats and dogs. :) I am the parent of a lazy domestic short hair cat named Eddie. I’ve had him for about three years and before Mr. Eddie, I’ve helped in providing care for many cats and dogs of all different breeds for family and friends. I feed Eddie twice a day (morning and night) and refill his water fountain every morning. Litter is changed every other day. He has two cat towers and more toys than I can count. He enjoys playing with other cats and has no problem sharing his space. As for pets in others homes I follow routines exactly as instructed.

About: I was born into an animal-loving family and I have continued to instill this love for animals in my own children. I have had a menagerie of animals all of my life. At the young age of 12, I started walking the neighbors' dogs and going to their houses when they were out of town to feed, water, and walk their pets. In college, I worked part-time in several different veterinary clinics. I am still very well connected to the veterinary world so if I am unsure of something involving my pets, I am able to reach out to get an answer pretty quickly. Over my lifetime of 40 yrs. I have had at least 20 dogs, 10 cats, several rabbits, horses, chinchillas, guinea pigs, hamsters, and a few reptiles (but no snakes). In my full-time job, I have a hybrid work schedule. Some days I am in the office and some days I work from home. This allows some flexibility when caring for fur babies. My family also helps care for our "animal guests". It is a group effort! I have a 1/2 acre that is fenced. I have 3 dogs- a Newfoundland, Black Lab, and a Beagle. All of my dogs are rescues. I know that I rescued them but as cheesy as it sounds, most days I feel like they rescued me. Each of them has their own personality, which I love. My dogs are usually always by my side when I am home. My dogs love to jump on the bed or couch and get snuggles. I also have 3 cats. All of them found us. About: I have a very anxious senior dog who I love caring for. I am able to handle all needs of your fur babies from medical needs to just your typical potty break. I am an elementary special education teacher. This causes for my schedule to be limited to evenings and weekends. I will have some day availability some weeks and in the summer. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I can take your fur baby on walks with or without a harness. I can cover their food and water needs.

About: I have had dogs and cats all my life. All my fur babies have been trained by me. if you have a puppy that is still in training I have no problem with that. we have all been there. I worked for a year at a local animal rescue. Where I was able to strengthen my knowledge on behavioral training and pet health. I am a college student and am free lot of the time but class are during the day. So breaks away from your fur babies might be longer during the semester. My top priority is to make sure your animals are safe and secondly happy. This means checking on not only your fur babies but also your house to make sure there are no new problems arise. Checking off the to-do list is numbee one but giving your pet time to play and enrichment is also an important priority of mine.

I unfortunately lost my fur baby in January of 2022 and due to landlord issues I can’t have another of my own again yet! I have been house sitting for several years for family member and friends. Looking to branch out a bit and pick up my own clientele. I offer in your home animal sitting which also includes getting the mail, watering plants etc. I also offer drop in and dog walking. I have reliable transportation and I am willing to travel to surrounding counties. I currently work as a dental assistant 2 days a week so I have a flexible schedule. I am very dependable. About: I’m a veterinarian that graduated from Virginia Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. I love to be around fur babies on my free time! I’ve helped friends with their dogs/cats/rabbits/guinea pigs while they are away on vacation. I'm keen on walking dogs twice a day and taking them hiking, to the pond, or for mini adventures around the park! My previous jobs have been in two veterinary hospitals (one of which included Banfield) as a veterinary assistant. I can give your pet the best possible care! I’m currently a proud owner of a a cute Ragdoll cat and a labrador retriever. My experience administering medication Yes, I am. I work full time 8-5 Monday through Friday, but my routine outside of work is very much built around taking care of my pets and participating in dog training and dog sports (IGP/Schutzhund). I have a 6 ft chain link fence with a privacy screen which is padlocked. I also crate dogs when not being actively supervised. I make sure to match play groups based on temperament of the dogs and can let dogs out one at a time if needed to stay safe and reduce stress.
