“First of all, let me apologize for not posting this review sooner (it has been quite a crazy several weeks in my household since Maggie's stay way back in early July lol). We planned one long family/summer birthdays beach trip this summer for the kids before they start school for the first time this August. I guess the Rover.com gods decided to bless us with one of the best sitters we've ever had for our dog Maggie, because Savana is the real deal! Not only was she able to care for Maggie for our entire trip length (July 6-12) in her loving household with a great, supportive hubby and a super cute baby boy to keep Maggie company, but she even was kind enough to give our beagle some of her beagle's dog food for the last day of her stay (I had mismeasured the amount of food:trip days I bagged for Maggie, being off by a day, whoops!). On top of keeping us posted with tons of cute pictures/videos, Savana was also great about keeping us posted on how Maggie did around any other dogs that get dropped off for doggie daycare from time to time at her house as well, which I greatly appreciated. Sometimes it's hit or miss with how Maggie acts around other dogs she doesn't know, which Savana was very understanding and definitely put my mind at ease with Maggie's dog interactions. I told her she could spoil Maggie if she wanted to, and Savana did not disappoint lol; I think that dog was in dog heaven she looked so happy and content everyday over there lol! Knowing that Savana is a great lover of animals, especially dogs, I knew Maggie was in good hands and had no worries our entire trip about her well-being, since we knew she was being loved on and cared for 100%. I would highly recommend Savana's services for whatever you and your pets need, and I can guarantee you will never be disappointed picking this sitter. And shoutout to her hubby for also being flexible enough to get off work a little early than normal to be in place at home for us to pick up Maggie as soon as we came off the highway on the 12th, when Savana unfortunately couldn't be present that day to say her goodbyes to Maggie and for us to thank Savana in person. But believe me folks when I tell you, Savana you the real MVP girl! Thank you for welcoming Maggie into your home, and just thank you for your flexibility, patience, and understanding with our family's hectic schedule that week, and just thank you for everything! Hope to use your services again and again in the near future!!”

My dog is and old lady and usually I leave her with friends who know her as she can be timid but that wasn’t an option this time around so I took to Rover and found Maria and she took care of clara so very well! About: I’ve taken care of cats of every kind since I was 10 years old. I have 3 cats of my own currently living with me who are all in perfect health, and my senior cat (from my college years) is living the retired life at my parent’s lake house, so he’s still doing great too! I also had a cat when I was younger who was diagnosed with diabetes toward the end of her life, so I learned how to administer insulin shots on cats. I am comfortable giving my cats any type of medicine, even the one that fights me the most on any kind of medicine, haha!

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life! I graduated Austin Peay with a Bachelor’s in Agriculture and concentrated in Veterinary Technology. While I was in school, I worked at a boarding facility and daycare. I worked in an animal hospital for over 3 years until I had my son in November. I stay home with my son now as a full time mom. My veterinary experience allows me to administer medication, provide extraordinary care, and give lots of love! I currently am a stay at home mom to my son who was born in November! Our days are open and willing to help out families with their fur babies! I have 4 dogs of my own- 2 senior small girls, a senior lab (though she doesn’t act like it), and a middle aged silly boy! They are all friendly and welcoming to any animal in our home. I do have an unfenced yard but do have runners and will leash walk all animals in my yard. I am able to crate any animal if necessary.

About: With over two years of experience house sitting for friends and family—often for extended periods—I’ve earned a strong reputation for being dependable, respectful, and truly dedicated to the pets I care for. I’ve grown up around animals my entire life, from energetic puppies to gentle senior pets, and I’ve developed a deep understanding of their needs, routines, and personalities. What sets me apart from other sitters is my ability to provide both companionship and specialized care, especially for older pets who need a little extra patience and attention. Whether it’s administering medication, sticking to a feeding schedule, or simply offering comfort and snuggles, I treat every animal like they’re my own. My goal is always to keep pets happy, safe, and stress-free while their owners are away. I am currently working part-time! But my schedule is completely up to me and flexible. The good thing about the job I work at is I get to create my own schedule! As long as I am kept in the loop with the people I provide services for dog sitting, walking, and care will always be my top priority! I treat every home and pet I care for with the same respect I’d want for my own. I always follow routines closely—whether it’s feeding, walking, or giving medication—and make sure pets stay safe by double-checking doors, gates, and anything they might get into. I’m clean, organized, and careful to leave the home just as I found it. Most importantly, I take time to understand each pet’s needs and personality so they feel comfortable, calm, and cared for while their owner is away. Trust and safety are always my top priorities!
About: My wife and I did pet sitting in Virginia for a little over 3 years before moving to Tennessee. Our pet parents loved us and recommended us highly. We have never met a dog or cat that didn't like us and some even called my wife the dog whisperer because she has a very calming demeanor. We have taken care of dogs from toy poodles to boxers (3 boxers at one time for the weekend). We love to play and snuggle and we will treat them like they are our own. I work nights but my wife is a stay at home grandmother and between us we have plenty of time to give your dog(s) or cat(s) the special time they need and we would love the chance to get to know yours. I am home full time so I have plenty of time to love on your pet(s) except when I have to go to other clients homes to love on theirs. I have a fenced in yard and take them out regularly and I go out with them to make sure they are safe and secure.

“First of all, let me apologize for not posting this review sooner (it has been quite a crazy several weeks in my household since Maggie's stay way back in early July lol). We planned one long family/summer birthdays beach trip this summer for the kids before they start school for the first time this August. I guess the Rover.com gods decided to bless us with one of the best sitters we've ever had for our dog Maggie, because Savana is the real deal! Not only was she able to care for Maggie for our entire trip length (July 6-12) in her loving household with a great, supportive hubby and a super cute baby boy to keep Maggie company, but she even was kind enough to give our beagle some of her beagle's dog food for the last day of her stay (I had mismeasured the amount of food:trip days I bagged for Maggie, being off by a day, whoops!). On top of keeping us posted with tons of cute pictures/videos, Savana was also great about keeping us posted on how Maggie did around any other dogs that get dropped off for doggie daycare from time to time at her house as well, which I greatly appreciated. Sometimes it's hit or miss with how Maggie acts around other dogs she doesn't know, which Savana was very understanding and definitely put my mind at ease with Maggie's dog interactions. I told her she could spoil Maggie if she wanted to, and Savana did not disappoint lol; I think that dog was in dog heaven she looked so happy and content everyday over there lol! Knowing that Savana is a great lover of animals, especially dogs, I knew Maggie was in good hands and had no worries our entire trip about her well-being, since we knew she was being loved on and cared for 100%. I would highly recommend Savana's services for whatever you and your pets need, and I can guarantee you will never be disappointed picking this sitter. And shoutout to her hubby for also being flexible enough to get off work a little early than normal to be in place at home for us to pick up Maggie as soon as we came off the highway on the 12th, when Savana unfortunately couldn't be present that day to say her goodbyes to Maggie and for us to thank Savana in person. But believe me folks when I tell you, Savana you the real MVP girl! Thank you for welcoming Maggie into your home, and just thank you for your flexibility, patience, and understanding with our family's hectic schedule that week, and just thank you for everything! Hope to use your services again and again in the near future!!”

My dog is and old lady and usually I leave her with friends who know her as she can be timid but that wasn’t an option this time around so I took to Rover and found Maria and she took care of clara so very well! Always sending me pictures and updates! Clara LOVES to be outside and Maria made sure she got her time in the sun! So thankful I was able to find her! I think Clara is already wanting to go back! Will be re-booking with her again in the future!”
